I can't connect to any WiFi routers for some reason. It will say connecting then saved and then connecting again. I'm also having isues with GPS lock. On maps it literally shows me jumping around between several different buildings a block ot two away. Should I do a ROM reflash? I'm on synergy ROM.

Go back to an ICS rom - get lock and then flash back to synergy
Do a clean flash of Synergy. A clean flash includes formatting system. The maps and location apps are in system/apps. This problem is usually accociated with corrupted maps and location apps and google framework. Alternately you can also try this fix although it will not fix any other problems flash related.

I'm on Synergy r73 and initially had a bunch of GPS lock issues. It would work intermittently. Sometimes it would lock then halfway along the route it would tell me I'm on a road that was several blocks away. Sometimes it wouldn't lock at all, not picking up a single satellite. I was close to a complete reformat but then I followed the directions in that link posted above and also used GPS Status and did all the calibrations.
It didn't take at first so I went back, cleared data on maps under applications manager, unchecked Standalone GPS services, unchecked Google location services, backed out, went back to location services and rechecked Google location services and Standalone GPS services, ran GPS status calibrations again, rebooted, then ran GPS Status calibrations again.
I probably didn't need to go through all of that, but after doing all of that GPS Status showed I was picking up satellites again. Hope that helps with the GPS issues.
As far as wifi, it gets weird every now and again, but I just turn it off and back on and all of a sudden it works well again.
The thing is I've been having grey signal bars for a while now, which means no connection to google services and therefore no push notifications... which sucks.
It's not a problem with the network, since it doesn't work either on wifi or hsdpa, and I've tried several wifi networks and hsdpa on different places and it's the same story.
I've narrowed the problem down and found that the problem is caused by the Play Store, if I uninstall all updates and leave it as just Market and reboot, the signal bars go blue and I start getting syncs and push notifications again... but as long as I update back to Play Store (either manually or automatically OTA) the bars go grey again and I stop getting notifications.
Do you know what could be the problem? I've tried rebooting.. cleaning google services framework data and market/play data.. even factory resetting (restoring only /data nandroid which is where I have all my apps and stuff) but nothing works. It seems the only way to solve it is uninstalling the Play Store and leaving just the Market app...
Any ideas?
Device: Motorola Motoluxe XT615 running stock GB 2.3.7
EDIT: Nevermind people... I just deleted dalvik cache and now everything is working again... I can't believe I didn't think of that before... anyway mods you can close the thread now
I can't connect to Google play store/Gmail or Google Now on my nexus 5 via Wifi. None of the older topics about the same problem helped. It seems to work on my mobile network. It started completely randomly, the only thing i installed was Lookout security (but i'm not sure if it started after that) Then i uninstalled it, but it did not work as well. I had stock unlocked Nexus 5, was planning on installing cyanogenmod so this was a perfect chance to do so, and get a fix to the problem. Surprisingly, even unlocking, rooting, installing CM did NOT solve the problem.
Google play says no connection
Google Now says sing in error
Gmail says no connection
Google+ is working though.
Since even installing custom ROM did not help, you can be sure i already tried clearing the caches/data and all of the simple steps.
Any ideas?
You said that you can't connect on wifi, so I assume that you can do so on your mobile data connection?

Yes everything works on mobile connection, only my google play installed apps list seems to be constantly loading without showing my apps.
Google now, gmail, everything works on mobile. Other family members on the same wifi don't have any problems accessing their apps.
I fixed the problem in case anyone else gonna have the same issue try this: open your wifi settings, hold on your current wifi connection, select modify, check show advanced options and select proxy to "none"
I have a moto g 8gb. It is rooted and i am using infusion custom rom (and have been for the past month). Yesterday, my wifi started being faulty. It works perfectly (though a bit slowly) for internet browsing on google chrome, and i can send hangouts fine. However, when i try to download or update an app from google play store, it doesnot download. It tells me it is downloading but after about 5min it says could not download. I also cannot connect to the internet in any games eg. candy crush and my instagram feed does not refresh. This occurs at home and work so i know it is not the wifi provider. Also, when i switch to 3g the apps begin downloading straight away.
I have tried rebooting my phone many times. I have tried lots of wifi fixer apps none of them help. My phone thinks it is connected but only chrome and hangouts works. I tried a factory reset then a TWRP restore to no avail. PLEASE HELP
I have a OnePlus 2, and when i connect to my wifi network (also tried in a few different places like coffee shops etc - same problem) the speed is around 0.5mbps (measured by speedtest app, browsing, downloading etc), with any other device in my home i get around 50mbps. The signal is great, it connects normally, everything ok except speed. BUT, sometimes (extreamly rare) when I connect to my wifi the speed is normal (50mbps) and it stays that way until I disconnect and connect again...then I drops to 0.5mbps.
Things I tried:
Tried using static ip, and any other setting available in wifi settings.
Tried wiping cache/dalvik, factory reset, format internal storage.
Tried downgrading to lollipop, also flashing custom roms cm13/cm14/exodus/hydrogenos and also custom kernels.
Nothing above solved my issue, the problem was always the same. It's not router releated, because I tried connecting to different ones, same thing. Any advice?
Thank you in advance!

There is very little on the device that would cause this because your data speed is more controlled by the network you're connected to than by the device.
More than likely, it's something running in the background tying up your data connection, probably google play services and the playstore checking for updates. If you're using Facebook app, Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, Kik, Snapchat or any of the other social media/texting apps, they also tie up your data connection scanning for notifications and updates.

I was thinking the same, but then I did a factory reset, 0 apps installed and same speed... I tried connecting to different wifi networks in different places...same speed :/
EDIT: and as I said above, in extreamly rare cases when I connect- it works...then if I disconnect and reconnect again I get the same speed issue (doesn't matter if I do this in an hour or 5 hours)

You Stoll have google play services and google playstore after the reset, if you'll read around a little while, you'll see that the updated google play services causes slow data, battery drain and heating issues because its constantly scanning network, sane for playstore.
