Either baked black bean or aokp by far. Especially with either the boot.img that Mikey compiled or the aosp kernel by klinn.
My daily driver is black bean

Ive been using the recent PAC Man Rom posted by klin1344 at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2014008
I also flashed klin1344's AOSP kernel at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1837630
I have TWRP custom recovery.
This seems to me to be very stable. It has the best of AOKP and also Paranoid Android features too.
There are some minor issues with Google Maps and Navigator, but I think all AOSP and CM10 based ROMS are at the same level with some of these issues.

I am using Klins Baked Blackbean, which is a great ROM I think. Running smooth, no big bugs, great battery and a very nice look

Paranoid Android ics build 11.
If you have an extended battery then any jelly bean ROM would do.

Do you prefer ICS or Jellybean?

Which one do you guys prefer. Right now, I'm on Eugene's AOKP ics 4.0.4 rom. I find that it doesn't lag after a while, like most Jellybean Roms. Which one do you guys use?
Cm10 10/14 build jellybean. Pretty awesome, better than ics in every aspect except for I can't use camera at all at the moment but ehh its better than having only a partially working phone.

Can't stand the graphical glitches.
I'm running cm9 nightly. Haven't checked out jelly bean yet. There's a cm10 available for my phone, but it's not working all that great yet from what I can see.
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Exhibit 4G running Cyanogen Mod 9.
Switched to CM10 10/15 nightly. OMFG, I'm never flashing any other ROM's. The best jelly bean rom by far.
Jellybean is the latest so go with them...

Using M1UI 2.10.12.v2 CM10/JB ROM, everything running smoothly and I'm in love with it. Used to have some problems with the earlier JB ROMs though. As for JB compared to ICS, deffo JB, not that different, but some nice improvements here and there (it's the small things that count ).
i want jelly bean because its more dynamic

Best jelly bean Rom out there

I have a note n7000 running on slim bean...and i want to know which is the best jelly bean rom out there for my note...thanks
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda app-developers app
The one made by CM team otherwise get the unofficial one that isn't cooked or modded.
AOKP
I have a Samsung Note I717 running AOKP 4.1.1 Kernel 3.0.42
I havent had any issues that I have discovered. No bugs or hardware issues. Seems to be very customizable and runs very smooth.
I would highly recommend AOKP.
www.aokp.co <-- that is the link on my phone, check them out and see what you think. Good luck
Theres isn't any roms out there with a good use of the s-pen besides leaked roms right?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda app-developers app
Not from what "I" have seen. Most likely because that is one of the more low priority features. I mean I can still navigate with mine however I can't use the gestures that touch wiz provides. For ex: when you hold the s-pen
Button down while pressing and holding the pen to the screen,it takes a screen shot. Won't do that with AOKP.

best ROM Slimbean

Yea, Because of samsung, touchwizz based roms are really the only roms that you can use s-note and all the s-pen apps on....on cyanogenmod based rom's...the pen is simply just a stylus

No such thing as a best rom. Go to the development thread for your device and flash them and find the best one for you.

Fastest&Smoothest Rom für HTC One S (S4)

Hi all,
I had already many Android 4.2 Roms installed circa 10 or more. But no rom was really smooth. I had normal ROMs like cm10.1 experimental m2 and custom ROMs like PAC man and so on but no ROM was really smooth. Even on graphical Simple game like doodle Jump and so on or when I only Scroll the Home screen the widgets are flickering. so my question to you is what's your favorite rom is and which can you recommend me ?
Sent from my HTC One S using xda app-developers app
Disabling HW Overlays and Force 4x MSAA in Development Options can reduce the screen tearing
Thank you and what's you favorite rom
Sent from my HTC One S using xda app-developers app
Chameleon OS newest nightly just do it

I'd advise you to try LiquidSmooth from Droyd. Actually most of his 4.2 ROM's(I've tried pretty much all of them) run smoothly in my experience and have a good amount of customization as well. LS is the simplest I believe and Rootbox and Deviant are a bit harder to tweak everything but all are easy.
Tank you Disabling HW Overlays and Force 4 x MSAA dont help me.
Sent from my One S using xda app-developers app
do you have screen tearing on your device ?
None at all on any of the Droyd Roms but my phone isn't sensitive. If I recall correctly the screen tearing is a know issue with CM10 based ROMs. Some phones get it, others have no trace of the problem
Sent from my One S using xda app-developers app
ok thanks
Hi i tested some Roms by myself and the best 4.2 Roms for sensible phones are Rootbox(the new one from the 29th april ) and I can also advise you all jellybam. For me both ROMs are cool root box has only AOKP and jellybam has cyanogenmod, AOKP, paranoid.

i suggests also Black bean 8. Very smooth and high duration battery.

I understand. I haven't this problem of tearing, fortunately. It depends from device to device.

Screen tearing can be fixed with a kernel.
Sent from my HTC One S using Tapatalk 2
Try SlimBean with Bubba v3 kernel. Very smooth, stable, great life and it has tons of settings for personalization. For me at the moment it is the best 4.2.2 Rom.

*P3113 based.
Any roms based on P3110 or P3100 won't have IR.
Would it be something someone could port to a custom rom like pac man rom or some sort of hybrid rom

Trust me, people have tried. Best you could do is make a stock based custom rom (there are a few to choose from). From what I understand, the stock based framework needs to remain intact and for the ir to remain functional. AOSP, AOKP, and CM based ROMs don't have any shred of touchwiz which is what is required.

A lot of times you can make the tweeks from those ROMs work on a stock based ROM.
For instance, if you wanted pie. You could use hide bar, to get full screen, and lmt launcher for pie ( my favorite features of pa-ish ROMs).
