[a510] Sound problem - Acer Iconia A700 and A510

After unplugging headphones system still thinks that they are connected.
There is no sound in main speakers and if you connect headphones again you can hear sound.
All the time you can see headphone icon in right-down corner.
I tried to reboot, didn't help, same with hard reset. I didn't try factory reset.

Volume muted after connecting A2DP

Here's another odd little niggly thing I've found about my Touch Pro.
I normally have the volume at about 90% all the time. When I get in my truck and the phone automatically connects to my bluetooth stereo, the volume on the phone suddenly changes to mute. I then have to up the volume back to it's normal level.
The volume will stay put from then on, even after disconnecting and reconnecting the A2DP....
...except.....
...if I have to reboot the phone for some reason. After the reboot, the first time it connects to the bluetooth stereo it mutes again.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Same problem with my elife e8

Low bluetooth volume

First off, I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere.
I have a Lexus CT200H and when I have the phone connected to the internal phone/audio I can hardly hear person on the other end of the line regardless of how high I have the volume turned up on the car or the phone.
Any ideas?

Similar issue with my 2012 Mazda 3. I can't change the in-call volume on my phone (Verizon Galaxy S3). So I have to turn the volume all the way up on the Mazda BT to (barely) hear the call.
I'm using the volume buttons, and on the phone screen it shows the BT volume icon and slider going all the way up, but the volume thru the Mazda is unchanged.
Same thing occurs with my wife's HTC Incredible 2. I adjust the BT in-call volume up and down, but there is no effect on the actual volume.
Both phones ARE able to adjust the BT in-call volume on a BlueAnt ST3 unit, so I know the phones are OK.
Surprisingly, for music streaming, I *am* able to adjust the music volume on the phone. But not the in-call volume.
So troutbeck27, when using the volume keys, do you see the BT icon next to the volume slider? Do you hear ANY difference between a low/high volume setting on your phone? And are you able to change your media streaming volume on your phone?
Anyone else have this issue with the in-call BT volume being non-adjustable?
Install the app called "Volume+" to boost the volume of the bluetooth device.
had the same issue and the work around is to turn off the headset button on the phone and turn it back on. That will fix the problem.

I tried:
-turning off bluetooth (at the system level) and turning it back on
-turning off/on bluetooth during the call (i.e., switching from car BT to handset and back again)
Neither of those resulted in allowing volume adjustments...did I understand your suggestion correctly?
Thanks.
I'm having similar bluetooth volume issues, my head unit is the DEH-P9400BH.
Running Cyanogenmod10-nightly.
The phone will output to its speaker, or headphones just fine, but the moment I pair it to my car's had unit, and bluetooth takes over, the audio is much quieter. Specifically the bass signals don't appear to be passed from phone to car.
I've tried unpairing from the phone, from the car, deleting the profiles of the car from phone and phone from car. I've tried unpairing while bluetooth was in use playing music. Tried lowering the volume levels and raising them again (as that seemed to work once before).
I have a feeling that the phone's master volume setting is set lower when bluetooth connects, and I'm find a hard time finding that control, as the volume key controls the bluetooth volume settings while bluetooth is activated.
Any ideas?
Thanks for reading!
Edit: bluetooth audio has worked before without too many problems. This is a recent thing, maybe a week old.

[Q] Notification sound w/ Headset plugged in

Anyone know how to turn off the notification sound through the speakers when a headset is plugged in? Looked throught the usual setting and nothing jumped out. Thanks.
answer
Press and hold the power\lock button to mute everything except the media sound after plugging in your headset. All of the sound settings will return to your previous settings when you unplug your headset.
This appears to be an Android bug and others are also using "SoundAbout" from the play store to work around this issue of automatically muting the external speaker when you plug in your headset.

Noise from speaker

i have a problem with speaker. i can hear some noise from speaker whenever the speaker is active, and few seconds after...
noise is heard when mute or volume very low, since noise is not that laud..
type of noise, how to explain, its constant low noise, maybe something like this
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSaJXDsb3N8&index=18&list=RD5Yw1mgZigEg
example 1: if i play mp3's or youtube i can hear it all the time(when i go to sleep and i listen Ludovico on volume (2), if i mute it it's still there. when i press pause - 3 seconds after that that noise is gone
example 2: i press vol button(up or down), normaly i can hear beep and beside that i hear that noise which stops 3 seconds after beep is gone..
example 3: i listen mp3 music through earphones, press pause, press volume button and i hear normal beep and also noise from speaker. from earphones i hear no noise i think..
tried some things already:
-ACR app (had a problem like this i think, but uninstalling and clearing cache didn't help), also uninstalled some other apps(viber, skype,..), tried safe mode it's the same, and now i even tried to reboot the phone and when samsung animation is on the screen that noise is there for few seconds,..??
p.s. S7 doesn't have boot-startup sound, right?
Today i had a chance to test brothers S7. SAME thing !!??
Please can anyone confirm me if this is normal or not.
And if anybody else have this issue.
You can test it just by pressing button volume-up or volume-down, having speaker near your ear. beside beep, there is a noise which stops after 3 seconds.
any hint would be great

Weird sound out of phone speaker

I need some help with a problem that I'm facing.
Some time ago, while I was fixing a pc speaker set which was with a 12v ac adaptor, I had my phone plugged in the earphone jack and because the pcb contacts where uncovered I touched them and somehow some voltage went to my phone and it restarted. After the restart you could hear a loud static sound even if the phone was in silent mode and even with headphones wherever were some sound to be played(like music, unlock and lock screen sounds). So I got it(somewhat)repaired from the shop I bought it.
I can hear the sound again but only if i place it near my ears. The second problem is that if you upper the volume from a point, you can hear the sound breaking. If I restart the phone, the second problem is fixed but only for some minutes. Please tell me a solution I have some pro tools to repair it myself.
