How to Install stock ROM for GALAXY mini ??

hey
i got samsung galaxy mini from US .. but i need to install the middle east version of android 2.2 on it to let it full support of Arabic language .. how could i get this stock rom and how can i install it ?

try samfirmware.com this site have everything you need to change your existing ROM with Arabic language

[Q] Downgrade P3100 from 4.2.2 France to 4.1.2 ITV

I want to try flashing 4.2.2 france on my P3100 (now 4.1.2 ITV) by Odin.
But... Any problem if I will want to downgrade to 4.1.2 for any reason? (Modem problems? etc...)
Flashing by Odin the 4.1.2 version over the 4.2.2 version will be ok? Or there is some issues?

Why 4.1??
4.2 is so much better in many ways.
