yes it will. it will take 3:30 - 4 hours to fully charge from 0%. this wont replace ur power adapter but at least you can have few more hours of usage.
Ahh OK that's cool might give it a go if I need another battery pack
Sent from my blazing fast nexus 4 o yeah baby this phone is awesome

I picked up the Nokia DT-900 from my local Verizon store for $49. When placing the device on the charger it will charge cycle a number of times before stabilizing into a charge. Last night I had a issue where I had to remove and replace the device because the charger was blinking after failure to charge 10+ times. The positioning doesn't matter as long as it's on the keystone, although the Nexus slides off rather easily.
The stock adapter is +12VDC 0.75A. I tried hacking in a +12VDC 1.75A transformer for faster charging rates but the device failed to do anything. I re-spliced the stock transformer and it still works. With daydream activated the keystone maintains to drains the battery as it cannot provide enough charge to power the device. For $49 this product is a compromise to failure in wireless charging technology due to charging rate and slick surface.
Battery Mix reports +/- 10%/hour charge

Inside the device. The back pops right off with a proper tool. Notice the 3 temp sensors between the coils.
Underside of the circuit
The maximum charge rate is set for 789 mA and at 4ish volts this is less than 4 watts. When the battery gets full the rate goes down, so try again with an empty battery.
There is not much use in a bigger adapter.
This Qi charger isn't good, I tried it .

Nokia Qi charger and magnet
Hi, I'm sorry if the question is a nonsense but.... would a usual magnet, attached to the plastic cover of the charging plate, interfere with charging capabilities of the plate? or is there any Qi standard wireless charger, which would hold the phone with a magnet? would be a good charging accessory of the car.
thank you
Ended up returning mind and going with the WCP-300. Had little to no luck with these, zero issues with WCP-300.

I got one of these.. and the 1st few times I tried it, it was working great.. no issues at all...
now I can't get my N4 to stay charging for more than 5 minutes (then it stops, beeps, tries again, fails, etc)... I leaning towards returning it.
Does anyone know what the thickness without the casing is?
I've got some new tear down pics I will post soon. I just ended up using this charger in my car based on your review and a few others. thanks for posting this.

I would also like to know this!
I've heard no but it goes against the physics, so I'd say yes. It's not a good idea to have magnets next to a phone anyway, unless it's a weak case one. That ought to be OK on the charger too
By backwards engineered alien technology.....

You can open it up like this to make it thinner:
http://imgur.com/x5QyghB
4 mm PCB with power plug
3 mm PCB without power plug (if you solder your own power supply to it from car cigarette lighter for example which also regularly uses same 12 volts as this Qi charger takes as input)
4 mm coil
All measurements are approximate.
Hey, I don't know how to force to charge tablet in the car.
I use 2.1 amper car charger. After I plugged it to the tablet I got either red cross or just info that tab has been connected.
I know trick to mount USB partially, sometimes it works and there is no red cross, however I noticed in Battery Monitor Pro:

You see tab's been plugged, it shows "USB connected" and "Discharging" however power depreciation is still high.
When there is no red cross (I mount USB stick partially). Then charge rate is very low - 0.5-0.6 ampers instead of 2.1.
Charger is working good, I tested it.
How to force it to be charged at full rate? I worry about GPS power consumption - Sygic+Locus Pro = more than 1 amper depreciation, so this is matter of time till tablet will go off. The worst scenario... during road trip.
You need something like this with 2.1 amp

Or this Belkin one

Or the oem Samsung for the galaxy tab, which should also Work with tab 2

Thx, but are you sure that Dual USB charger will give me full 2.1 amper (or min 1A)? I have 2.1 A charger but it gives only about 500-600 mA. I've heard due to USB cable pins made for Apple products (even if it is universal one).

I just played around with making a wireless charger. It is 1 amp and it will charge the 7" tab2. My 850 mah wall charger will charge it as we'll. both show an x over the battery but they charge. The secret is the data wires. They need to be connected together. I modified a cable for a car one time to do this, but many car chargers today do it for you.
The tab 2 will charge off less as it can charge off a pc USB port at only 500mah, so it is not the amps.
Possible solution for chargeing issue

Pardon me but but you have a Samsung Galaxy tab 7 plus looking at your other posts. My P6200 only charges from 0.9A lower limit to 2.02A upper limit at 5vDC if your amps go lower or higher you get that red cross
I get best results at 2.0Amp charge and no more. otherwise battery only takes in 0.5 to 0.6A which I see you observed the same with battery pro I did it with a external power supply that reads drawn current
P.S I know I am late hope it helps somebody else

Like the previous product MobilePal Gen-2 Wireless Charging Pad in m last review, I didn't pay for this unit; I got this as a review unit and I'm going to put my honest opinion here. Please consider this if you're looking for a power bank.
I do have several other power banks and to start this review, this one isn't very different. We are reviewing MobilePal 10000mAh Universal Power Bank. I'm sure you must have noticed the product listing on Amazon says "MobilePall" instead of "MobilePal" but I'm pretty sure it's the latter.
Anyway, we'll just split this up in following 4 categories:-
- Boxing & Contents
- Build Quality & Design
- Functionality & Performance
- Pros & Cons
Boxing & Content

Like any typical power banks, the box comes with the following items inside:-
- MobilePal 10,000 mAh Power Bank
- 1 x 2-in-1 Charging Cable (Micro USB & MFi Certified Apple Lightning Port)
- User Guide
Now, the charging cable do support iPhones and other Micro USB Phones, so you wouldn't really have to separately buy or carry around a long cable. MobilePal has found a very nice way to fit both the ports in a tiny USB Cable.
Build Quality & Design
As a 10,000 mAh powerbank, it's definitely smaller and lighter than any other powerbanks out there with equivalent capacity. The body is made of solid plastic with matte surface. Overall, the finishing looks great unlike some cheap products out there. The powerbank doesn't have any LED to show the charge status, instead they have integrated a small LCD display which is very cool. It shows the battery capacity in percentage and it also displays, which output the charging unit is connected to.
It has 2 USB Outputs and 1 micro-USB input. It also has an LED flashlight and a power button to turn on/off the flashlight and powerbank.
Functionality & Performance
I've been using this unit for like 3-4 days now and I must say that it did dissapoint me a couple of times but given the price, the performance and the quality is easily acceptable.
Before I started using the powerbank, I charged it to 100% using a Samsung OEM Charger and quite frankly, it charged pretty quickly compared to my other 10,000 mAh powerbank. I didn't get a chance to use the powerbank for next two days and it did hold up nicely too. Clicking the Power Button on third day, it did show me 100% on the inbuilt LCD Panel (with bright blue backlight). Once connected, I was able to charge my iPhone 6 Plus from 10% to 100% in around 160 minutes (2 Hrs, 40 Min). It is important to mention that both the USB outputs have different specification, the one on the left has 1 Amp while the other one has 2.1 Amp output. During my iPhone charging, I was constantly connected to 2.1Amp output. Now, I know that an iPhone may not charge at full 2.1A rate, but if it took 160 minutes, then I'm assuming the charging rate was at approximate 1.1A which is a bit dissapointing.
To check the output of both the ports, I connected an USB amp meter next time and charged the device back to full. For verifying simultanous charging of 2 devices, I connected my S6 Edge+ and Nexus 4 together. Here's a summary of the result:-
The result clearly shows that the 2.1 Amp output doesn't deliver upto it's claims although, my S6 Edge+ was charged faster than the iPhone (about 125 minutes). Another thing that I noticed is that initial drop in the % (displayed on LCD) is much faster but it gradually slows down. So do not worry if just after the first full charge, the value drops to 60%, it did hold up more than 2 times to charge my S6 Edge+ easily. Another good thing about it is that the charging rate isn't affected much even when two devices were charged simultaneously.
About the flashlight, there's nothing extraordinary about it. It's just a casual flashlight for emergencies, do not depend on it while going for a camping or any other dark places.
Pros & Cons
Pros:-
- Good Build Quality
- High Capacity
- Small in size
- Built-in LCD Panel
- 2 USB Outputs
- Built-in Flash Light
- 2-in-1 USB Cable
Cons:-
- Lower Output
- 1 in-box Cable
Overall, it's a decent power bank at a decent price. Even though this one is just 10,000 mAh, MobilePal has one for massive 20,000 mAh battery at just $30.

My Review :
I got this power bank for £29.99 from amazon and i think its worth every single penny. And I really like the high quality build of this power bank with matt finish. It charge my phone in 1 hour 45 minute from 0 to 100(S6 ) and This power bank’s high power capacity makes it great for charging multiple devices, especially considering its USB charging speed 2.1A output. And it allows me to charge my phone 3 time from 0 to 100.
The first thing you notice about this unit is it’s size ,weight and it cool designee . Believe me at this point I thought there is no way this device roughly the size of a smart phone could possibly jump starter my car. I've always used a heavy, bulky and cumbersome 18kg jump starter/battery pack, so it's hard to believe something measuring just 18 x 8.5 x 4.5cm and weighing 617g (vs 18kg!) can perform the same role - but it does!! I tested this unit on a standard car battery AND a van battery and both started perfectly ON ONE CHARGE!!
I've now used a few of these compact jump starters, been impressed by the performance of them all and they have each started our 1.6 Citroen Berlingo, 2.0 Diesel Renault Laguna and 1.4 petrol Megane. Of them all, however, this one seems to be the best, most powerful and it's the only one to include a red warning lamp to indicate a hazard - essential for roadside breakdowns.

I just bought the xiaomi power bank 2 , from someone's recommendation here and it works great , fast charging works perfect, nice price also
Samsung S8 has a 3000mAh battery, which is high capacity compare with other smartphones. That is means at least you should buy a 10000mah+ power bank which can charge your S8 above 2 times.
This is Luxtude quick charge power bank which is 13400mah, it can charge your S8 above 3 times.
besides,it is IP67 Waterproof & Dustproof, Shockproof
Amazon ASIN:B074167W1V
I've got a 20,000mah BEAST with 3 ports....all dishing out 2.1amp.
LCD indicator etc, the lot....not one of those cheapo chinese rip offs.....DAMN, the name of it has literally gon e outta my head this second..aRGHHH!!
Only cost £25.00
Charged my S8 Plus from 0-100% twice, my mother's LG G3 0-100% once and my Daughter's HTC Desire Eye 0-100% and still msaying 64% left..lol.
Love it!

Anker 20000 mah one with fast charging is good.
Maybe you should look at this one
Luxtude 13400mah capacity power bank http://amzn.to/2uf6JJH
Smart Output/Input Quick Charge--It supports max 5V 2.4A output charging and charging 2 devices at the same time. And it also supports max 18W input charging, which could be fully charged in 4.5h fastest. Save your time maximally.
Compatible Well with 99% Smart Devices--Liberating you from various battery of devices when you go out. P67 Waterproof & Dustproof--It is the same level as iPhone 7, for ensuring to be used+ normally in any outdoor environment(jungles, rivers, Desert etc.).
Durable, Shockproof and Portable Design--It passed the professional drop test, which could even be used to protect yourself when confronted with danger. But it's lighter.
Top Class LG Battery--It could charge phones repeatedly with 13400 mAh capacity, such as iPhone7 5 times, iPhone6s 5.5 times and Huawei P9 3 times.
I have used Anker power bank and it charges my phone very fast (compared to other power banks) .. the capacity depends on your preference.
The important thing is that you need to make sure that the power bank supports Qualcomm Quick charge (which has the green port)
