In my recents reseacrhs i found many launchers such ez,adw,go,holo,etc.
n these all are similar to mmlabs.launcher in cosuming rams some low some high.
BUT now i am goin to tell a laauncher which consumes no ram,
even it dosent show that it is running in background or not, less memory,light,
lovable, efficient launcher.
i founded it on xda developers.
LAUNCHER - SONY XPERIA LAUNCHER. i.e xperia home.:fingers-crossed:
Well this launcher is totally based on sony launchers but with few modifiactions
so that they run on non-sony mobile phone.:cyclops:
After installing launcher, i found -
1. Total size - 724 Kb
cache - 0.00 b
2. In running apps - Its not showing that any launcher is working or not means lil bit more ram
hows it??? comment please.:silly:

Sorry Guys for starting this new thread, But for last few days i am facing problem with My new ROM DDKP3. After I had flashed DDKP3 my Max. Ram stays occupied in idle condition i.e without opening any apps. Moreover I hadn't used many Widgets as well. In addition to it when I checked about running services it only comprises 160 to 210 Mb of Ram space while my 340 to 360 MB of RAM stays occupied in idle condition. Please help me out.

I am on miui_v10 , my ram condition is , occupied about 340 mb and 160-170mb free with only any.do widget on screen. I am also using LagfreeV2 script. So your condition seems fine for me.

i use these apps with LeWa_13.06.07 ROM.... it gives better performance.........
the launcher is butter smooth without any lag after flashing the 60 FPS patch... details available in original LeWa thread.....
for better performance use the app " Rom DIY (root) ", available in play store.... disable the apps you don't use, including system apps which cannot be disabled through Task Manger and reboot. you will notice the difference in performance.... before using the app, Temple Run OZ force closes, but after disabling some unwanted system apps, it plays smoothly. I locked some apps to the RAM and even after using cleaner, i got more than 230 MB free RAM. (see the screenshot below)
for more real estate use " resolution change / Density " available in play store.... set the DPI to 180 or 200 and reboot.. (see the screenshot below)
LeWa is a better ROM available for MMX 110, but the Video Call Option and the Chinese fonts in some apps is the draw back here........

Cons:
as i have seen in many LEWA OS roms in this rom their is a lack in customisation and i hope developer is working on it, since u can change only icons wallpaper and fonts but u cannot change lockscreen style or the global UI.
if u kill all apps using task manager it permanently terminates all apps thats gud but i found out that if u run it it will stop the background services which help you to recieve messages on applications like whatsapp and facebook messenger pls developer see to this problem
though it showed over 175 mb ram free always i use task manager to free it game like INTO THE dead and other gud graphics game displays an error of low memory and terminate by them selves pls dev see y this is happening :angel:
need some battery life improvement but i can live with it.
safe centre UI crashes this is also a problem but i dont care :angel:
One again a beauty for all Micromax a35 bolt users..
This rom fully Based for performance and the bugg fixes of previous versions..
U may think this rom as an extension of Bugglessbeast...but bugglessbeast v2.0 will be released soon due a small delay by me..(gopinaidu)

Been using this for quite sometime now and what I noticed is that the rom slows down considerably when turning wifi on. Sometimes the screen would go unresponsive, then hang and reboot. Very very frustrating. Keyboard default app needs to be set after every boot
Guys i am going to give you all my little knowing tips for performance which will help you to use your phone like you want.
we know in the phone there is two apps running system one is single tasking and another is multi tasking
Single tasking:- where you can use one app in one time but in android can be use 2apps also in single tasking, i have only 289mb Ram but i.love single tasking cause its so smooth no laggy so i changed my dalvik.vm.heapsize=64mb to 128mb its so smooth no laggy you can use high RAM using apps no force close... for example i have sgy s5360 i want to play 8pool game but new updated 8pool game force close after 8pool logo but i changed my dalvik.vm.heapsize=128mb its working like butter
multi tasking:- where you can use more apps in one time if you love multitasking then you can manage your RAM how much mb you want to devide per apps i mean if you have total 289mb RAM then minimum 32mb is good for multi tasking make your dalvik.vm.heapsize=32mb its good for multitasking you can use your more apps in one time but sometimes its laggy and can't use high RAM using apps..too much force close
procedure: your phone should be rooted,use any root explorer,mount rw and edit build.prop you can find it in system folder now find code (dalvik.vm.heapsize=64mb) and change it which you want only change 64 to any size comparing your RAM size and save it,reboot yoyr phone done
battery tricks :- use cpu manager and change governer...my best cpu setting is (max. freq. =max available min. freq=312 onedemand+noop)
note: do a cwm backup 1st i am not responsible for any softbrick,bootloop but i am sure it will work try it once
