Great to see a froyo rom, I liked your 2.1 rom, great modding of the frameworks, downloading soon, and testing then. Can we excpect that you will go for FRF72 Rom soon? Maybe you can easily update this one?

So are there still any bugs in here like a light sensor that does not work, or camera/filming function that does not work?

Excellent, amer, u have been waiting for a froyo Rom from you. But what is the battery drain in this Rom? It was impressive on the 2.1 Rom. So what to expect here?

seems nice. just not a fan of the theme so flashed cyanogen.

Tried to install (using Fake flash etc) but bombed out with an error in line 7??? Maybe the zip file I downloaded got corrupted?

[Q] Installing ICS 4.0.3 Build 3

Hi,
I am not sure if this has been posted earlier by someone regarding the new build for ICS Build 3 installation.
Following are the things that I did for flashing this amazing rom and everything works fine (except the bugs which are still to be fixed). No sim card, sd card, headset or flickering issues.
Steps
Flash build3 as one package using Odin.
Let the device boot completely.
Flash build 3 kernel (by apollo) as one package using Odin again.
Put arakmar's kernel (zip) on your SD card.
Reboot in recovery.
Flash arakmar's kernel.
Wipe data and cache.
Reboot the device.
You wil have the ICS working with USB debugging and storage option. No more FCs while installing any new app. Sim card is recognized automatically. Headsets work fine. Storage issue (faced it for a long time for both internal and external memory) is fixed.
Hope the above information is helpful (at-least for someone)
Edit : Install arakmar's new kernel ics24.zip, I am using it for past 2 days now and the rom works pretty smooth.

i.e. as a university student University student wifi has to be run wid ip and proxy bt after applying and saving it only applies or run on default proxy and no other app run thru wifi . .
both tried on gingerbreb and froyo bt
on ics proxy applies on all apps and all apps cn go thru wifi. . which i tried on Samsung nexus s wid ics. .

there are separate android apps, you know one thing? there is an android market in every android phone.

Delete the app and reinstall just app, after you see the icon then go back and add data. I'm here looking 4 a replacement 4 my epic so that's how I know! Goodluck if any, pm me!

Woah O.O thank you for this tutorial cause when i made it myself i realy think i would make something false but yeah i cant wait for built 4 then i try it myself too
now i'm using cm7 but yeah with some cool ics theme

a problem i faced while using build 3 with arakmars newest kernel, was that for a day it would work like a charm, then i'd start getting a horrible lag on the touchscreen, where it wouldn't log my touches for about 2 minutes. this went away after a reboot, but i ended up having to reboot every day. any solutions?

Try clearing all the running processes and keep the internal memory free. I am using this ROM daily and have faced no lag issues yet.

Hi guys!
The ICS is very good, but I have got a very big problem.
I can just call emergency number. When I want to select the 'Telenor HU' manually, it says:"Can't currently connect to "Telenor HU". Please try again later!"
And a smaller problem:
The keyboards bottom isn't on the screen!
The first problem is bigger, so ithe answer of it is enough.

I think this ROM is good, very fast, but...Wi-fi, bluetooth etc. doesn't work and when I apply your bug fix for all ROMs, it stucks on the CM logo or reboots all the time any advice please?

this issue will be cause if the wipe is not done properly
first apply the rom wipe/factory reset and reboot
second apply the patch wipe/factory reset and reboot
and final one gapps apply wipe/data and reboot and so all your bugs will be rectified have a try sorry for long processor

I did all as you wrote but with no success I connect to wi-fi, the icon of the wi-fi signal appears, says it's connected but when I open browser, "Web page is not available",email "Unable to open connection to server"...Notebook is connected, so wi-fi is good. I tried bluetooth too. When sending from mobile "No app can perform this action". SMS works well...I don't know where the problem could be, but if nobody posts about this problem, it's probably in me
Edit 1 the bluetooth is without problem...don't know how

I upgraded to ICS Alpha to how how it was working, it was crap so I flashed back to this rom, and I am now having problems with WIFI, I have signal but Browser, Market and Sync all have connection problems

ics is under development and i think you not see some lines in thread

friend i think ur getting use of my old one this i posted was new update on 3rd april
have a try so at this update fixes are wifi stability, and few minute bugs just follow the instruction that i given at last comment on how to flash so there will be no bugs
this rom is for daily use

The cyanogenmod series is amazing except the massive issue that the WiFi toggle stops working. Is there any fix to it, can cqhanging the kernel help or do I have to change my ROM again?

I dont think so theres any wifi toggle freeze problem in sense 4

I'm on build 8. Amazing! Try it out, I got just 3 reboots while I was fooling around

the following are the available options
1.reboot
OR
2.turn on and off the airplane mode
OR
3.turn wifi on and leave it, after some time it turns on(takes quite some time)

Other possibile fix is flashing back Kernel 2.6 (Garuda Kernel build 5).
You loose USB mass storage this way, but this can be fixed through 3rd party app available in Play store

please can you provide download link for garuda kernel i tried searching but there was no DL on its thread !!!

I was using cm 9 rom ([DEV][ROM][ICS][4.0.4][IMM76L]Unofficial CyanogenMod 9.1 for Pico Build#14)
and was greatly disappointed with wifi toggel but now after fixer it seems working good as for today

Did you solve the google play problem ? I mean some apps in google play that are working on our device are blocked from downloading like Mozilla Firefox and others that are not working on our device like Real Racing 3 can be downloaded from google play and there are many more examples like this. Is this problem fixed in your rom ?

bro..i dont know about what u r talking about but the supported app for our phone can be downloaded from android market

WIFI is not working in this ROM, it gets stuck at obtaining IP adress no matter what you do and what WIFI network you chose !
The bluetooth is also not working...

Ok I have tried the rom, encountered some issues, like always getting msg youtube fc,
Second major issue is like " WI/FI not connecting to a hotspot... I have created a hotspot on my Nexus 4 But in P690 it is showing "obtaining ip address only for a long time"
Fix that OP..

Well, I will stay with the clean CM7 for now.

There is a rom called giggerblur b. In that those fixes are provided as separate zips.
