Moved here for better assistance, Thank You.
I've had the same problems. Even on stock I can't get NFC working.

Check your batteries. You might be running non-original ones that have no NFC, even if "Samsung" is written over them. I have one like that from eBay.
i have the same issue trying to beam to a s3 and both batteries and the s3 are stock, i'm running superlite cm10

I have been munching on all types of ICS and have not seen this feature work on my skyrocket since GB..Is there a fix available?

Your the first person to even ask about HDMI on ics, but no there's no fix. I'll be honest, most xda members don't use that feature on a regular basis
HDMI works on sky-ics for me. Just HAVE to have the phone charger plugged into the side of the USB-HDMI thingy.

I saw the XDA article about the leaked stock SGS3 rom and I was wondering if its even possible to port to the Skyrocket. I don't know that much about the hardware differences but I'm sure someone else here does and perhaps I'm not the only one wondering if its compatible, not compatible, or compatible but with effort.

I see SG3 theming in the future. But doubtful on a port.

Would it be more a hardware capability issue for our phones or simple incompatability?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using XDA
There very well maybe possibilities of a port. Just give it time.
Software should be fairly easy. S-Voice works on 4.0.4 but some features are a bit hit/miss

I created a topic in CyanogenMod Forum regarding to CM9 for Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G SGH-T769.

Please follow the link above to vote so that CyanogenMod Developers will make CM9 for our device.
You need to create and activate your account via email.
Let's make it happen. Thanks everyone.
You're not the only one. I posted there about a month ago as well

How bout we just vote for CM10??? Isn't Cyanogen now working on CM10 for Nexus and other devices already???

Well if they support the device all together they surely will add CM9 and CM10. They probably don't have the hardware (phone) to develop for it or simply don't care because of our small community :-/

It sucks because this phone definitely has the specs needed to run the latest software. Dual core processor, NFC chip, front facing can etc. This phone is basically a slightly updated Nexus S.

hi
i will also vote later, because it is not that many roms or devs for this phone
In the list for compatible devices, it stated that it was compatible with GT2. In the market its not even showing up. Online it shows not compatible with the 5113. What gives?

for what is worth, the game turns up in the play when I search from the lap top. Maybe wait a day or two for caches to update, the ravens to return, etc and while that is in motion, cackle at Rockstar's tech support folks.
Has anyone had any luck with it yet?

Hmm. Has anyone got it to show up or work on a 5113?

I'm getting the exact same problem! On the Play Store I just get a "Your device isn't compatible with this version" error message! I'm running a Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, P3110, stock ROM rooted. Any help? I'm contemplating buying the game on my S3 and sending the APK file+data across but I'd rather have it all done properly so updates flash through easier/properly too!
I think after you upgrade to stock 4.1.1 you can find the new games

maybe some kind of DeviceID hack on my samsung galaxy player 4.0, the devs did a "hack" so the player told the play store it was an I9000 and then we could get apps that we couldn't before. Any devs done anything like that here yet?
I think this is a really funny way of Rockstar telling me they don't want my money
Vice City works on the 5110 for sure though.

Just thought that this might interest the Blazers
... That phone is just the blaze with a qwerty keyboard so it shouldn't be long and maybe their code might help development here for Cm 10.1

It's quite different than just the keyboard

True it is but not that much it also came out after the blaze so I take it as good news.
