IT seems to me that u tried to instal cm10.1 with stock recovery( isn't it). if u did u probably soft bricked ur device.. if not if u hv installed cwm recovery 5 by tj style using odin multi downloader...then tried to install cm10.1 then wipe data and try installing the rom again....
Second; if u hv stock recovery + soft bricked ur device and u cannot connect to ur computer then probably u hv no choice but to goto local mobile repair center... in your device the charging ic may have been damaged which will they replace for rs.200/- and flashing ur device back to normal will cost u rs.200/- extra....using their circuits..something z-box....
third; if u went to authorised samsung care they will blindly charge u rs.4000/- for changing motherboard and messing up the software...which noboy wants.. or ucan makeup a story and fool them and replace ur motherboard if under warranty...
fourth; try to check with local mobile repairwallah and u can yourself flash stock rom at local internet cafe...and then root then instal cwm5 recovery then install diifferent roms for our device.....
take care..:good: luck

Are you pressing the recovery buttons correctly? Take out battery then put it back. Then try pressing the Power button and Volume Up + Down together and see if it opens CWM..

Don't worry bro! Try to boot into CWM again because it should be there. Then try to flash the ROM again...
And remember, in future, always take a Nandroid backup before you install anything, mod or ROM. It really helps in case something goes wrong and phone stops working,

It's not a hard brick yet.
The " Downloading... " message won't change and that's normal, Odin leftmost white bar will turn yellow if it detect your phone, otherwise, you will need to install your phone's USB Cable Drivers.

You should try wiping data and cache by going into recovery mode. If ur phone still stuck on boot logo then u have to flash Stock rom using odin. For this. You must have ur phones drivers installed in your Computer.
Download Samsung drivers from here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=961956
read the instructions and install.
After that download your phone's stock firmware: http://www.tsar3000.com/Joomla/inde...ace-plus-firmwares&catid=55:samsung&Itemid=82
You can get from the above link.
