capacitive button issue
Is anyone facing issue with capacitive buttons if the phone is kept on a table or any surface not in hand. Mine work if I am holding in hand but hardly register a touch if kept on a surface. Start working again if charger is connected on surface. Screen is also less responsive on table/surface.

Sorry bro but i dont have karbonn a9+.... if u have Your device's recovery.img then google builder.clockworkmod and upload it there.
If not Then You have to make a rom dump of your device via adb (google it) and U'll get ur stock recovery.img from the dump
Touch screen buttons not working
I have purchased this mobile from Flipkart about a couple of weeks back, altogether its a good VFM mobile but a strange problem is bothering me too much. its capacitive touch screen buttons stops working when you place mobile on any other surface except on hand or charge. I have made a video for that too (/watch?v=YtVYIyGiPk4).
The buttons work only in these conditions:
– Hold mobile on hand
– While on table touch mobiles back side by little tilting
– Put USB charger in socket (no matter its switch on or off)
– Remove the stock screen protector
The problem could be the screen protector but why it starts working when USB is inserted, its some sort of hardware problem. Also I cant remove screen protector as its glass is not of very good quality and will be spoiled easily, also no other good company makes screen protector this model.
Anyone have any solution for that?

Had the same issue with my A9+. Capacitive buttons not working on table. A white one bought from infibeam in Nov. Had it sent back to them as this was a hardware problem and got a refund. Now got a black one which works perfectly. Had a discussion with Patel nagar, delhi service center. As per them touch IC needs to be changed.

I just bought a MyPhone A919 also known as Micromax A110 or Mobistel Cynus T2 last dec.2012 and i gow excited when i heard a lot about custom roms and mods available in this unit. so i search hard on the net all day and i ended up reading a forum about switching your internal to external sd card and i accidentally deleted the file vold.fstab without backing it up. so later on i just found out that my internal and external sd card wont show up in my phone. so i search again in the net and found this xda forums and found some fix on my problem. so i tried first the UPDATE micromax A110 to stock rom v2 and its succesfully get ok. then i also try Flash Cynus T2's ICS rom in A110 and again success and now i can see my internal and external sd card and im really happy about it. and then i found an update to jelly bean by Sir jigarmpattani its a custom rom the JMP™ Light ROM Jelly Bean 4.1.1 and im realy excited to try it because of the good feed backs of other users. so i followed his instructions in his forum and turn out fine and ok. i successfully flash JMP™ Light ROM Jelly Bean 4.1.1 on my phone. and im really happy about the outcome. i tested all the functions and noticed some bugs. i cant surf on the net using 3g on my data connection. and the auto totation is gone also.. if some1 read this pls help me on my problem pls. i download the stock rom of MyPhone A919 but it seems that i cannot flash it back to older versions.is there anyway that i can return it back to normal? thx in advance for any help and suggestions

flash ur stock rom via odin...search the thread for same!!
JMP ROM
JMP LIGHT ROM bricks all micromax a110 if you are on GPS navigation and get a call at the same time there is no solution. you can't even post it as a problem to the rom dev. you are dead. So don't use your micromax a110 with JMP light ROM with GPS for calls. My phone is bricked not even charging.

Micromax A110 Stuck on Boot Screen Please HELP!!!

I have micromax A110 jellybean version 4.1.1 and i just rooted it and was successful but the real problem started when i wanted to swap my external sd card memory and internal sd memory, the problem is i followed the method of replacing file in the sys/ect folder after downloading and installing "Root Explorer" after i completed the process and rebooted my phone doesn't go past "CANVAS" screen. i have tryed all possible methods like going into CWM mode and trying to wipe data/ factory reset, but nothing works. m still stuck in the boot up screen. PLEASE HELP.
I was assuming if i could download some custom rom and install it but i dont have an option to flash it from internal sd also as i cant access it as i cant place it in my internal sd....So my question is can i flash any good custom rom from external SD card so that i can get my phone back to life and if so kindly do let me also know any other alternative way of Swapping External and Internal Memory.

THIS IS A GUIDE FOR ALL THOSE WHO ARE STRUGGLING TO ROOT AND INSTALL CWM ON THEIR LAVA E-TAB XTRON TABLET'S
Since there was no mention of any successful guys who had done that as this gorgeous and wonderful TAB is relatively a new kid on the block, I had to undertake some risks and had to suffer a hard brick on way, by choosing a wrong parameter file while flashing using rkbatch tools. Luckily my Tab is under guarantee and so the service centre unknowingly gave me a reprieve by re-flashing the stock ROM (I must be the first one to do so). Its been only 5 days since I got it for my son, and I was determined to root and install CWM on it. There has been no support from anyone and surprisingly LAVA does not provide stock firmware (update.img) files for any of their Tab's. Finally my fried Randy from freaktab.com has cooked ROM's for both the XTRON and XTRON+
The LAVA E-Tab XTRON/XTRON+ is basically an RK 3066 chip based Tab which is almost or fully identical to the Z70
CUSTOM ROM'S FOR X-TRON & XTRON+

I bought this Tab recently. But I cant find drivers for this tab.
I tried connecting the Tab to my laptop with USB debugging on, but the windows doesnt install the drivers automatically.
It searches but fails to identify f the drivers for the device.

Here are all the drivers you need... Anyone please come up with a STOCK update.img or ROM....? Then I can make custom ROMs for our TAB.

Windows is not recognizing the drivers from the folder you have provided.

X-Tron + custom ROM available!
I flashed an X-tron + custom 4.2.2 ROM on my X-tron and it boots and is blazingly fast! The only issues are the following.

If someone can give a helping hand with suggestions we could have fully working 4.2.2 on X-tron. LAVA guys are terrible and they will never provide us with official 4.2.2 for the X-tron. Guys, 4.2.2 is lighting fast...Any help??

Try cm 10.1 on the xtron tab...no bugs no wake-locks and an amazing battery standby time...just lost 6% in the last 8 hours in standby......good aint it??
Only pblm i found was the camera is inverted which is a kernel bug. and some visual artrifacts on rotating....but it aint a big deal breaker since u get amazing battery backup

Hey guys i saw that there was no thread for p300, so i decided to make one (this is the support and development thread)
Do this at your own risk
1=Root your funbook
It is rooted but sometimes it is not rooted so you must visit this page: http://apk4phones.blogspot.in/2013/05/root-in-just-two-minutes.html
Download the unlock root software from there- (second post), download the app, connect funbook with usb debugging to pc
click root (DONE!!!)
But first try to install Super User app from playstore as MMX P300 is already rooted

8= Battery calibration problem
Best method to fix is to install another rom, it will fix, if you want to keep it on stock rom so please download the battery calibration app, and follow the steps given!!!

Can't connect to wifi after installing Roms?? well here is the solution:
Flash the the jellybean rom (number 3) using live suit and and then try installing other roms

Power button broken?? i found a solution for p300-
The thing is, i couldn,t remap it- so i did the other thing- i downloaded this app called the AWESOME ON OFF from PLAYSTORE- download this and switch on the awesome on, and voila- your tab will get on when picked up
P.S. you can do this even if you don't have a broken power button

the lightning rom says for funbook pro.. it can be installed but i would like to say.. make a backup before i have no idea about it will work or not.. but my experience says that funbook pro always refers to funbook P300,, so sorry i can't try it for you as my tab broke... hope i helped u ... any more questions ... feel free to ask..
Is the battery or the callibration software defective? I calibrated the battery using BatteryCallibration but it discharges directly from 90% to 3% in just 5mins.

hey, if that is not working for you. then install CWM, go to advanced and wipe battery stats.. then it might work.. .. and i am still having this problem.. best way to install a new rom but my power button is broken

Yeah, I installed the allwinner rom today itself. Didn't check the battery performance though.

I just bought a pantech burst p9070 ,the wifi worked perfectly when there wasn't any sim card in it but after I inserted a sim card the wifi stopped working. It cant connect to saved networks or search for new networks once there is a sim card in it.please help me solve this problem:fingers-crossed:
