TWRP formatted data - Asus Transformer TF700

Was trying to get the Data2SD mod on my tabby when I accidentally formatted data fromTWRP (Wipe->Format Data).
I don't have a backup.
I can boot to TWRP. I loaded CleanRom on to my external flash card then flashed it from twrp. It did not help. I am stuck in a boot loop at the Asus start up screen. Thought it might be a path issue so I copied it to the internal SD card and repeated the procedure. still no luck.
Does anybody know the steps required to get the tablet to load the OS again?

boot into twrp, do a factory reset, then flash cleanrom2.4, remove your micro sd card and see if it boot up.

Didn't work.
Something I noticed. i boot to twrp. use the file manager to copy a file from the /external_sdcard to the /sdcard. use the reboot option to shut down. boot to twrp again. check the /sdcard and the file is gone. /external_sdcard is fine but no files in /scard.
I can: copy CleanRom from /external_sdcard to /sdcard then install from /sdcard then reboot to twrp and the file i installed from in /sdcard is gone. still in /external_sdcard though.
If i
1) copy CleanRom from /external_sdcard to /sdcard
2) copy that file (/sdcard/CleanRom) to /
the operation fails in step 2) and twrp gets freaky(flashing the blue teamwin screen) and has to be rebooted. of course when i reboot, the only place i can find the file is in /external_scard.
if I:
1) copy CleanRom to / directory
2) copy that file (/CleanRom) to /sdcard
i get the same problem as mentioned above, twrp gets freaky and must be rebooted.
if I:
1) copy CleanRom from /external_sdcard to /sdcard
2) try to rename /sdcard/CleanRom
The operation fails, but no reboot.
i'm using the twrp file manager for all of these operations as i can't get booted to the OS.
btw i'm using twrp v2.3.1.0 and cleanRom2.4

Seems like something is corrupted. Do a clean install - Use twrp and flash Asus full rom.

Would the "Asus Rom" be CN_epad-user-10.4.4.20.zip? I found this on the Asus site.

Look at the build numbere in about tablet, is it US or CN or what?

First off, Thanks for the help. My tabby is once again living.
I actually downloaded this and tried it yesterday. It would not flash so I assumed that the problem was elsewhere. This time i took a closer look and found the problem. It would only flash from /external_sd, and I was trying from / or /sdcard. Also it had an error when mounting /system so i went into the twrp mount screen and manually mounted /system. At that point it flashed successfully. I rebooted after the flash and ended up in a boot loop at the Asus bios screen. I tried to go back into recovery but the flash of the Asus image removed twrp, so all that was available was Android recovery. I tried recovery option, but it halted on the "dead android" screen. I tried wipe data and then it worked!
Didn't realize the CN (guess I should went EN) was a language. flashed it anyway and seems to be working. Would there be any ill effects?
When I get home tonight I will put twrp back on and continue the process of destruction...I mean modding!

[Q] Help - TF101 not booting

I have a rooted transformer that wont boot (probably due me to replacing the build.prop file), i have a backup of the original file.
How can i access the internal storage so that i can replace the file in the system directory?
I can get to ClockworkMod Recovery but nothing in there will let me access the internal storage?

If you can get into CWM recovery, just flash the ROM again.
Also I have never tried it on the TF but in CWM there's a "mounts and storage", did you try that?
you can go through adb and move the files.
when mine wouldnt boot i ended up having to do the nvflash method in the dev section
although couldnt get my data off the the sd card as it has md5 mismatch so just started fresh with the nv flash

[Q] E:Unable to mount '/external_sdcard

I'm using TWRP 2.3.1.0 to try and install a .zip file (the new JB version), using the Install feature. The situation I'm running into is that on both internal and external_sdcard my .zip file is not visible. I cannot mount the external sdcard, when I use the mount feature the TWRP log shows many E:unable to mount "/external_sdcard errors. Even on internal storage I can just see the folders and no individual files let alone the .zip file. When I boot into my currently installed ICS 9.4.5.30 version I can see all my files no problem including the .zip files.
I"m confused because I successfully used this very same process to upgrade to ICS 9.4.5.30 from .26 with no problem back in Sept.
I've searched and googled but so far nothing has added to my understanding off what is wrong or what to do at this point.
Please help if you can, thanks in advance.
I've found my .zip file!...under the internal directory /data/media (not sure why this file only appears under this directory). I've updated to JB from that .zip using the TWRP Install and it all looks good. Still don't understand why the file could not be found under the internal /sdcard directory nor the /external_sdcard with TWRP. Perhaps my misunderstanding of how TWRP works perhaps some problem with TWRP 2.3.x.
So I guess nothing more required.

[Q] omni 4.4 help stingray

I am not new to ROM's I have dabbled here and there with my phones and the xoom. I followed the directions to a t for the Omni 4.4.2. I did the first part for putting bigPart TWRP on my xoom. I have the recovery on there and I can find my SD card with the rom and other files on there needed but it will not load after I install everything. The internal storage still shows at 0. I get the Omni bootloader and then a message from google pops up saying encryption unsuccessful and I need to perform a factory reset. When I try that it just brings me back to recovery. I don't know what I did wrong but the only thing that works is recovery. It's like nothing at all is on the internal storage of the xoom. I have tried to copy the files from my sd card over to internal and install, same thing. When I go back to check the files I copied to internal they are gone. The files I have on the sd card are there but it won't load the files on the internal storage to set up android on there. I can't even go back to an old restore cause I was using cwm recovery and the those restore files aren't recognized. I'm at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't even get my computer to see so I can push the files over to it and I am pretty rusty with ADB to try and set that up.
I just tried to push the original twrp 2630 through adb and it flashed, I tried to reboot into recovery and it just staid at the twrp screen. Ughhh I'm getting so frustrated cause I had the xoom working perfectly on JB before I started messing around. Any help would be great, Even getting me back to stock and I can take it from there.

trying to give as much info as I can. I got the original twrp 2630 running, flash twrp big part, followed next step to to wipe everything except sdcard, this is what I got:
Updating partition details...
E:unable to mount '/system'
E:unable to mount '/cache'
E:failed to wipe dalvik
updating partition details...
E:unable to mount '/system'
E:unable to mount '/cache'

what do i do next

i recently bought a galaxy tab s2 8inch tablet (sm-t719). i want to root it
i am following:-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7JjDfeIyRI and http://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-s2/development/twrp-3-0-2-1-galaxy-tab-s22016-sm-t713-t3390627
this is what i did until now:-
1) i copied the supersu zip file to the tablet
2) i ran odin on my laptop and i installed twerp on the tablet
3) i tried to do backup of boot, system and data. it said failed and cannot mount /data
4) it failed because:-
At the moment TWRP isn't working with encryption, this means the DATA Partition and internal storage cannot be mounted.
To mount the Data partition encryption needs to be removed and the boot image patcher needs to be flashed below.
This can be done via the FORMAT DATA button under the WIPE option in TWRP.
5) i did the format data and i got stuck. i dont know what to do next
i am unable to find the supersu zip file that i copied to the tablet. also if i say reboot then the tablet is not booting up and this is because of:-
After formatting DATA the boot image patcher can be flashed with TWRP. The boot image patcher MUST be flashed before booting the device to system.
what do i do next?
should i get an external sd card, put card in my laptop and copy on it the supersu zip file and the boot image patcher, put the sd card in the tablet then install the supersu and flash the image boot patcher? is this the only way?
@cns00 your status for now??? Did you able to boot or it won't turn on ????
i can turn on but i cant boot. it said i need to flash the image boot patcher so i can boot and i didnt do that
i put tablet in download mode. can i install the UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.zip by using odin instead of doing it in twerp? if yes how?
can i flash the no-verity-no-encrypt_ashyx.zip by using odin instead of doing it in twerp? if yes how?
or do i need to get an external sd card and put both zip files on it and do it in twerp?

Flashing TWRP Corrupts /data Directory

Hi, so whenever I flash TWRP after installing my ROM, my data directory gets corrupted. When I try to mount it, it says "Structure needs cleaning". I've attempted to format it, and reinstall, but nothing works. Anyone know how to fix this?
When I open TWRP, it doesn't ask for my device password, doesn't show me any of the files in /sdcard.
