So, I flashed the CyanogenMod 10 Jelly Bean onto my MOTO RAZR. Not the Maxx or HD, but the first one. Rom worked except no cell service whatsoever. So, I want to go back to stock ICS but I can't. I can't flash a different rom or go back to stock. I got the fast boot files and RSD Lite and got ADB installed. When I put the phone into fast boot mode it is not recognized in RSD Lite or in ADB. It is when it's up and running, but not when shutdown and booted in to fast boot mode. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

Yesterday I attempted to update my Xoom to the newest EOS nightly. After installing/wiping/rebooting I found myself with the RSD mode 3 problem. Having encountered this before I used ADB to flash a stock boot & CWM recovery. After this I have tried to flash several different roms (EOS 3/ EOS 4 nightly/CyanogenMod nightly) but each time the device gets stuck at the boot logo, not the motorola dual core screen but the actual ROM boot logo. Any ideas what I should do/try next? I'm sure there must be a simple solution to this, I just don't know/can't find it
I have a Atrix 2 MB865 which is not a AT&T phone.. It was on ICS before..I rooted it,flashed custom recovery and everything went smooth till here. Then I tried to flash carbon 4.3 unoffical rom through CWM recovery.. Got a message that flash was a success but when I rebooted I got stucked in bootloop.. I tried flashing a stock rom using RSD lite in fastboot mode but everytime it get stucked at "7/20 rebooting cbt.bin fail".. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Recovery mode is not working and phone is opening is just fastboot mode and no matter what stock rom I flash (ICS or GB) it is stucked at that 7/20 rebooting step and I get a FAIL message... again I say any help will be really appreciated.
EDIT:I can enter stock recovery... will this help???
The above scenario was my problem yesterday and after a lot of browsing and understanding the basic concept I was able to recover my phone.I want to thank to all the Atrix community group for helping me out and providing very good and accurate set of instructions. For me I come from a samsung background so dont have any much knowledge about Motorola chipset but again thanks for the helpful threads/post I was able to recover my phone.
SO THIS IS HOW I RECOVERED
As I mentioned in the above scenario that I was able to enter in fastboot and Stock recovery mode but flashing a stock rom (no matter ICS or GB) wont work because flashing failed in RSD LITE (7/20 Reboot cbt.bin FAIL).
I had drivers and I had antivirus turned off and I have met the every requirement that is favourable for RSD lite to flash stock rom package to my MB865.
Then I saw this THREAD,all thanks to @alteredlikeness.
He proposed a menthod of flashing firmware without using RSD Lite and it WORKED!!!!:victory:
He provided a batch file package and told to extract in your FXZ folder(extracted Stock Rom folder).
As told the device must be connected in fastboot mode to PC and then the batch file should be run ... I followed all the instructions carefully and took a while to run the batch file but in the end it flashed everything and I recovered my phone.
Just in case if anyone has met the above mentioned problem try this method .. It seems to be working for both AT&T and NON AT&T MB865 phones.
Hi, My moto g (XT1032) was previously running Lollipop 5.02 with a custom kernel. Also using TWRP.
I was trying out a new kernel and rom, I backed up my phone before I did all this so I went ahead and tried to install CM12 this failed so I recovered from the back up and now I am stuck in a bootloop and can not access recovery.
As soon as I try to access recovery the TWRP splash screen appears but then boots normally!!
ADB is not recognising the device whether I use Moto adb drivers or universal ones!
Really need help, would greatly be appreciated!
(Just trying fast boot, will update if no success)

I think you ****ed up
ADB commands only work in recovery or when the phone has fully booted the OS.
Have you tried to flash your phone's stock 4.4.4 ROM? Do not flash anything older.
Hello
I have a xt925 that after behaving strange for a few days now is stuck on boot with a pulsating M.
A factory reset did not help so my guess is that some file somewhere is corrupt.
I can get into recovery mode or fastboot mode and RSD lite can talk to the phone.
Can I simply flash a stock motorola ROM? Or will that brick it even further since it was running kitkat before it broke?
Will any stock ROM do?
No the bootloader is not unlocked and I prefer not to do that.
Hello guys. I have a problem with my Motorola droid RAZR HD xt926 . I was rooting with king root when suddenly it turned off and then I could not open it. I gets stuck on the Motorola logo. I can access recovery . I wanted to ask if I could flash a stock ROM through that recovery (not custom recovery). My computer is not recognizing my phone so I cannot do it through the RSD method. Any help would really be appriciated
