Hi, I am willing to change my stock to CM10 but the only thing that has been keeping me from doing it is the stock video player that full cover the screen. Do anyone know a player with the same caractheristc?

You can try extracting stock video player apk and sideloading on cm10.
And please tell what feature are you talking about???full screen mode??
Anyway mx player is good.
I think BSPlayer FREE will do the trick.
Dice player is free of the store and works well for me.

The feature full screen is when the navigation is hidden so the video could ocupy the whole screen...got it?

After test the Dice Player, its not what Im looking for. The soft buttons doesn't hide like the Samsung Video Player.

Works for me, you could also combine it with expanded desktop to make it more full screen.

Well, the soft buttons does hide and left a few transparent dots on the status bar, but I wanted to hide the status bar too!
Is there a way to expand desktop without rooting?

I too, am looking for a way to get the stock video player (and the music player) for the Galaxy Tab 2 (for my P5113). I like the feature that lets me stream files from my PC over WiFi and I can make those files play on my Google TV or Xbox 360 from the tablet.
I've not been able to find a similar music/video app that can do that. (Though if someone could recommend an app or apps that does the above, I'd appreciate that).
I know this post is regarding CM10, but I'm actually using CM9 (9-20120916-NIGHTLY-p5113) with CWM Recovery 6. I've tried pulling the files from the stock ROM, with no success. I've even un-rooted, reset to stock, re-rooted, used titanium backup to save the apps and then flashed CM9 again and then tried to restore the apps via titanium backup to no avail. (When I pull up TiBu, the apps that I want to restore have a line through them. I can still select them and choose the "restore" function, but I get a never-ending "Restoring App" indicator no matter if I choose to restore just the app or app + data).
I'm fairly new to rooting and I've tried to figure this out on my own, but I'm a bit stuck and any pointers/advice would be super appreciated.

Hi there, I am using CM7 now and am really enjoying it. But I have a main concern: I really like the Connected Music Player Motorola uses: it has lyrics and, for some unknown reason, the default player doesn't work with CM7 commands (it doesn't play, pause or skip tracks with the lock screen buttons, also long-press on physical volume buttons doesn't work with screen off, neither the play/pause button on the headset works).
I had connected music player v1.0 (from Eclair, I believe) installed before, but got rid of it because it didn't have the "shuffle" function (at least, I couldn't find it anywhere).
So, I'd like to know if some of you guys who use a GB or GB-based (like MotoGinger) ROM could get a copy of the APK (BlurPlayer.apk, I think, but I'm not sure) from your /system/app folder and share it here.

It always worked for me. Lockscreen controls, physical controls and headset button, them all are fine.

Disable or uninstall the stock music.apk via System App Remover, then the CMP works for CM7.

I have music.apk installed besides cmp and both works

It work also on stock Froyo if the previous Connected Media Player is frozen or removed. But it still doesn't save the radio channels presets if the phone is restarted.
Can someone fix this?

I will continue to use the CM9 music player. This MIUI v4 player has some nice looks and plays music well, it also has some nice features (like the automatic displaying of lyrics, a sleep timer function, an integrated equalizer and ID3 tag editor). But I miss two things: a homescreen widget (don't know why I'm not finding one) and the player controls in the status bar.

Did you still have Google music installed with miui? Maybe that's the cause and I tried it, if fcs a lot ...... but doesn't freeze the phone by eating resources like cm9 does.....

Both installed, both work fine (no freezes, no fcs).

Now I upload APK file as attachment.
I am glad i have occassion for downloading this application, from attachement, as it was since beginning of xdadev, before android era.
Two things after quick test, as I see it:
- no 480p for 480p screens in quality options(-1, okk we all know, that rich people have htc one, or just feeble s4, and 480p suck(especially while used on 480p screens used by majority of poor people without s3 or h1)),
- no skinning(even light/dark), (-1, we all know, that we DO like charging devices' battery all the time, and we all do like white ffffff color as GUI at night, as we are Walmart consumers uisng device in bright light only, shout with me: NIGHTIME SUCK!).
Third, and forth thing:
+ works,
+ feels snappy.
So, when we could expect r2?

Hi, I add 480 support now. Only available on android 4.0+, YouTube only provide 480p in webm format, which means only can use software decoder. Please update the APK from attachment.

There is no inverted style right now. I will add it in future.

Using stock music player (don't particularly like Poweramp), is it possible to get full album art on the lock screen? When the S6 first came out, I used my friend's and it didn't appear to be an option - I wondered if it's now possible?
I think if you use the Google music app it displays full screen art.

It's possible, but not with the stock player. Use Playerpro, it has an option to display album art on the lockscreen..

It's in the settings. I don't know why it doesn't work for you. It works for me. Ohh well...
