How do I access the clipboard? I have come across it accidentally, but I really would like to look at some of the things I've saved. How do I get to it?

mnt/sdcard/Pictures, or via the Gallery, Screenshots.
You can also press and hold the area where you want to type and it will pop up next to paste. :highfive:
when the OEM keyboard is active then the botttom right key (I believe) will open it.

Hiya boys and girls! Ok... just put Tommy on my 650 but... i'm told there is a program called FAKE CURSOR available in which to enable simplicity when it comes to setting up, for example, speed camera alerts and the ability to manage them, among other things. Now, i've GOT the programme, read various bits and bobs about it via Google, but, i can't find any help as to how you assign keys or link it to the tomtom itself. Shortcuts needed maybe??? Anyone got a step by step gide at all please? Sadly after selling my Kaiser (lack of funds at the time!), i can't do it on that and edit back over any more.
Any help would be awesome.
Yes i realise you CAN use the tomtom without this FAKE CURSOR but... personally, i'd prefer to use it with it to save mucking about going back and forth if errors are made. Let's face it, if you type in a postal code incorrectly, you have to go back and start again as you can't delete the error can you.
Anyway, shout up and shout loud cus this one would be a help to us all if someone has the right answer!
Cheers, Steve

its simple
what i do is put the fake cursor exe on the storage card somewhere and have a long keypress of the voicecall button run it, and it works perfect together with tomtom.
remember to exit fake cursor you need to press the home key, but then you can press back to back to tom tom.
i have attached the fake cursor exe, and the shortcut to enable the long press of the voice call button (long_poc) to run fake cursor
at the moment the shortcut (long_poc) is directed to ""storage card/fake cursor/fake cursor.exe", BUT if you want to change it create a new .txt file and drag the shortcut to it, then edit the path, and then save, job done.
if you need any help, post!
PS remember to put the long poc file in the /windows/ folder!

Okies! Got all that after a few brainless moments with creating a folder called Fake Cursor (the space messed it up!!!) but there's just one thing that i'm not 100% sure of. Is it supposed to leave a 'snails trail' effect as you scroll up/down/l/r etc etc? Mine looks a bit odd! Ok it works and that's cool cus now i can finally set my camera alerts up and sort my COM port to but... well, it it supposed to do that? Just wondering!
Thanks for the help so far. I'm sure others may have found it useful when Googling etc etc.
Thanks, Steve
P.S. Ignore the Private Message! You'll see why when you read it! ha ha ha
Forget TomTom.
It doesn't support the smartphone hardware keys and FakeCursor is a crime to use.
Try Route 66 (Navigate 7) or Sygic McGuider (7.52).
Both work perfect on the Vox and have updated maps.
Hi this might seem like a silly question but sorry I'm a newb. My programs folder is getting rather large, Id like to make more tidy like one of Leo's/ Garmin's Rom's without loosing all my apps. Can I just create a folder in the programs menu and cut and paste the apps I want to move in this newly created folder. Thanks for any help or info regarding this silly question.
Yes, you can do just that.
Would have taken you less time to test if it worked than it took to post your question!
Yes you can!
Open your devide explorer and go to:
My device -> Windows -> Start Menu -> Programs.
The icons that appear there are those that are used in the programs mnu.
If you create folders and put the icons by cut paste in the folders it should work.

Did try to but kept getting a message come up "Moving may prevent some programs from working. Continue?" so I thought to ask the community before doing something which may have made other things stuff up. Couldn't find the answer using the Xda-developers search engine. Had I tried it and if it had stuffed other programs then I'm sure it would have taken longer to fix than to post a question. Isn't that what these forums are for?
Thanks anyway.
if so how? i often write little notes but cant seem to delete them.

On the OneNote screen, press the All icon to get a list of your notes. Keep your finger on the note you want to delete until the pop-up menu appears and then select Delete
A lot of problems can be solved in WP7 by tap-and-hold...Microsoft's version of right-click on a touchscreen...
I've just gotten my HP Keyboard in the post. It's very sleek and is great to use.
However, it does have a pretty big flaw (especially now with the QuickOffice update): Keyboard shortcuts.
It has a control button, which only has two uses: 1. Hold it while using the arrows in a text box to move along whole words, 2. Ctrl+3 brings up the notification area, which is odd as it has it's own button.
Would it be possible in any way (homebrew or otherwise) to add standard keyboard shortcuts: Copy, Paste, Cut, Select All, etc? Using all those functions is just a natural part of how I use a computer and I'll know I'll forever be trying to use them.
Still, despite those issues, I'm glad with my purchase. It'll be good for my laptop (especially when I want to use the HDMI out and the lid is closed), PS3 and my Android phone.
Edit: The ability to scroll and navigate cards with the arrow buttons would also be very nice, but probably harder to implement.
Looking into it right now. Probably needs a binary patch on LunaSysMgr, someone please correct me if I'm wrong (and I sincerely hope I am).

Agreed. I managed to copy a web address from one website today using the drop-down menu's copy command, but when I went to a forum to paste the address on a "link" attachment, I couldn't figure out how to to it. Still don't know.
That would be a great fix.
I was just wondering if the pre-installed file manager is actually capable of moving files around to different folders? Lol I've tried playing around with it but can't actually seem to find a way to do it. I feel stupid even asking the question Haha I know I can just install one from the Play Store but I just wanna be sure before I do that
