[Q] TF101G Bricked,can't mound internal SDCard - Eee Pad Transformer Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

my TF101G is completely bricked, it can't mount my internal SDCard and can't wipe dalvic cache.
my mistake was i flash JellyBean for the TF101G because the dev said this rom can use 3G using CM10 rom and connect to 3G using PPP Widget. this rom works but it has a few bugs like signal icon not working (it shows no signal eventhough it can access to 3G using PPP Widget) and gps not working perfectly. then i think its better if i use cm10 night for tf101 (non-G) and use PPP Widget to connect to 3G. yes its works well with PPP Widget but not gps.
then i want to flash stock rom WW_epad-user-9.2.2.6 back, i copy that rom into internal sdcard and reboot into cwm recovery and try to enter "choose zip file from internal storage" but it said "Error unmounting /sdcard!". i thought my internal sdcard problem so i reboot and open file manager. i can access my internal sdcard using file manager and pc but not with cwm manager, then i think my cwm problem so i install rom manager to update cwm to latest version but still cwm cannot access internal sdcard.
so i use my external sdcard and put stock rom in that sdcard. cwm can access external sdcard but can't flash stock rom, error said
#assert failed: write_raw_image("/tmp/blob","staging")
#E:Error in /sdcard/WW_epad-user-9.2.2.6.zip
#(Status7)
#installation aborted.
then i flash Android_Revolution_HD_Eeepad_3.4.3_3G.zip, successful but it stucked in booting shows "Android". i waited until 4 hours but no changes. i flash again cm10 nightly for tf101 but also stuck at booting. i use Peri-0.4 to unbricked but i only able to change recovery from CWM recovery to Rogue XM Recovery. now i only can wipe cache, wipe factory reset and cannot wipe dalvic cache. i also cannot access internal sdcard, what should i do? i read about APX but it only work for non-G tf101. please help me..

[Q] rooted but no ADB and no Clockwork

so i was having alot of FC's with the 2.2 leak so i went back to 2.1 update 1 using Odin and i rooted with SuperOneClick.
everything went fine and i confirmed root with several root only apps, and also with Superoneclick and z4root.
but adb isnt working, and i can not get clockwork to load.
ADB
usbdebug is enabled
Mass Storage is abled
why is adb not working?
Clockwork
I did everything in the clockwork steps but the ONLY time clockwork actually works is if i reinstall clockwork with rom manager and then choose boot to recovery.
if i reboot the phone and choose reboot recovery via QuickBoot, or even via rom manager i am sent to the Samsung Recovery.
**addition per my 2nd post**
if/when i am able to get into clockwork i cant do anything because it keeps saying that it can not mount the sdcard and it also pretty much cant mount the phones file system.
i can not delete cache, or browse for a zip to flash on the sdcard or anything.
I also can not restore a backup via ROM Manager, it just keeps saying it cant delete anything, such as wiping cache, or formating partitions, etc.
Should i just reload stock 2.1 update 1 with odin again and root it again?
and what are the recovery mode boot steps
power Vol Down and home? or ??? that is the only method i have not tested yet.
oh yeah i forgot.

its like my phone is rooted but only partially.
and yes i can move/delete/rename files on the phone /system/app etc etc
so i know i have root, but its like the nand is not unlocked or something like that.. i dont know.
I had the same problem in recovery with it not seeing the sd card. I was able to rectify this by removing and reinstalling the sd card while booted into recovery.

(HELP)Can't flash CWM from Micro SD

I am on stock 3.1(wifi)
Unlocked bootloader fine
Flashed recovery image fine
I put the wifi root file in the root of my SD and navigate in CWM to "install from SD" and i can't keep getting the following error- "no file found". I can't mount or nothing.
I tried a 1 gig, 2 gig and 4 gig card all formatted to FAT32 with a fresh format.
What am i doing wrong?
+1
Having the same issue.
Did you just install the latest version of Clockwork Mod Recovery (4.0.0.1)? If so, that's your problem. It's not reading the external sdcard so it can't flsh from it.
I had thatproblem and Ihad to install Solarnz's cwm 3.2.0.0 via fastboot/adb. It did work and now I'm fine and have flashed the tiamat rom.

[Q] SNS I9020T Stuck at "google" screen with unlocked padlock symbol

Hi I'm aware that there are similar threads as to this issue but the problem i'm having is my computer being able to detect my usb storage. Since I cannot boot the phone up I can't turn on usb storage. How do I go about flashing the right software since I cannot mount the files to my sdcard through my computer?
As it stands right now:
1. SNS status = unlocked
2. I am able to boot in to clockwork recovery v3.0.2.4
3. I have tried a factory reset/wipe data from recovery
4. I am using windows vista, have downloaded the proper driver (i think)
I followed the nexusshacks guide so far
can anybody help?
Go into clockwork recovery, mounts and storage, mount USB.

Thanks for that! Now I know I can access my sd card. But now I just need help flashing the default software so I can access my sns again! This is my 1st android phone and would really appreciate a straight forward guide as to how to get out of my bad situation and back to a full system recovery. Once again here are my specs:
1. SNS I9020T Running Gingerbread 2.3.4
2. Phone status = unlocked in bootloader mode
3. I have wiped my SD card clean and tried a full factory/data reset through clockwork recovery
4. All I can do it boot to bootloader or boot to cw recovery
5. I need to flash the default software for this phone so I can start a new
Can anyone help me out? would be greatly appreciated
Do you want to reflash the stock ROM or do you want to try a custom ROM? I'd suggest you download a custom ROM, for example Cyanogenmod 7. If you do, it'll also have a compatible kernel and you'll be running your phone again in no time.
Otherwise, search the development section for a stock ROM that suits your phone (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=883)
Now, I'll assume you download CM7 but the same steps apply to the stock ROM.
1) Download the ROM, it'll be around 86mb in size, a zip file.
2) Copy it to your SDcard using CWM
3) In CWM, go to "install zip from sdcard"
4) "Choose zip from sdcard", obviously, select the ROM.zip file you just downloaded
5) Let it run the installer
6) Reboot
Should work, good luck, let me know if something goes wrong
Greetz
also if you haven't installed the su zip file yet do that. in clockwork recovery mount the usb, copy the su zip file to /sdcard, unmount, and install zip from sdcard.
not sure how you lost the stock 2.3.4 rom, but you can get the GRJ22 rom back onto your ns. read these threads if that's your cup of tea:
- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1056062
if you're brave and step over to the dark side of custom roms, i can guarantee you won't turn back. i've tried several, but i usually oscillate back to nscollab. you'll want titanium backup to backup your apps and rom manager to make nandroid backups. also when you flash between different roms make sure you wipe data, cache, and dalvik cache to prevent foreclose issues.
Download one of the stock/ota roms from vulcan's post.
Extract the zip, and put boot.img in the same folder as fastboot.
<fastboot flash boot boot.img>
Reboot.
See if that works.

Need Help Fast! :( I Think My Phone Is Bricked

Okay Today I Decided To Flash My Rom From The Rom I Was Already Flashed To On My Huawei U8150, "Dronix 0.4 The Fastest" I Tried Flashing To Cyanoman V2. I Did My Backup And Everything, Everything Was Normal. But When The Phone Was Booting Up With The Cyanoman Bootscreen It Said In The Notification Bar "Preparing SDCard" Then it Froze.. I Thiought Nothing Of It. Restarted It. And It Happened Again.. And Again And Again. So i Snooped Around The Internet And It Said To Format My SDCard.. Since I Couldn't Get ANY Acess To The Phone. I Formatted It In The Clockwork Recovery Boot Thing.. And Now There Is NOTHING On My SDCard.. When I Plug It Up To The Computer It Has A File Named "LOST.DIR" When I Select It, It Brings Up A File In the Paper Format Named "4" When i Downloaded the Stock Rom On My Computer To Transfer It to The SDCard It Prompted Me "Disk Is Write Protected" ... In Addition When i Boot up The Phone Normally It Still boots With The Cyanoman Bootscreen And when It Finally Boots Up It Prompts Me With "Complete Action Using, --> com.android.provision. or Setup Wizard" Then It Freezes And I Cant Select Anything.. ( Thanks In Advanced If Anyone Can Help.
If you have another sd card try loading the rom onto it and see if you run into the same problem. It sounds like the sd is corrupted. If you are able to boot into the rom the phone will format the card automatically.
Ive Formatted The SD Card. Now the phone just has a logo on it and it wont boot at all.. can I use another phone to download a Tom on the SD card and boot from my phone? Thanks for the reply BTW
as long as you can still get to recovery youre not bricked. you could use another phone to transfer a rom from your pc,or you could go to meijer or wallmart and pick up a $10 card reader to plug into your pc.
since you have no backups now, youll have to flash something to get the phone working.
double check the md5 sum to verify the integrity of whatever you choose to flash(bad, incomplete,or corrupt downloads casue all sorts of different issues)
in recovery, prior to flashing the new rom:
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe cache
-wipe dalvik cache
-format or wipe /system since youre having issues.
now flash the new rom, flash gapps with it if needed.
hopefully that gets you back up and running

sdcard mount issue in Recovery

I am looking for some help with my sdcard on my P3113
I can no longer mount my sdcard in recovery. "Error mounting /sdcard!" any time I try. Here is what I have done so far to try and fix it:
Reflashed CWM 6. No difference
Flashed CWM 5. No difference.
Used Odin to return the device to stock.
Flashed CWM 5. Still same issue
Flash CWM 6. Still same issue.
Any reason I can't mount my SDCARD anymore in recovery or any suggestions on what I can do next to fix it?

Have you tried formatting the card?
Yes, I have tried multiple different cards also and they mount just fine once the ROM is booted.
Which SD Card (internal or external)? Also, does the SD Card mount properly when booted into Android? I had the external sd fail to mount in recovery, when to use it in Android, and it wasn't recognized there either. Had to do a reformat before my tablet could recognize it again.

The problem is with the External SD card not be accessable while in recovery. Once I am booted into the OS I am able to access it and use whatevers on it no problem. I have formated the first card and that didn't help, so I switch to a different card and that didn't work either. I have tried flashing Recovery again as well as returning to full stock and rerooting. Recovery just won't see the card. It's not that big of a deal, i just want to make sure I am not going to start having other problems too...
same device, same problem, using cyanogenmod 13.
