[Q] samsung galaxy pro GTB7510 in boot loop

hello everyone.
this is my first thread here..
actually im in a lot of trouble.
need URGENT HELLLPPPP!
PLEASE.
i have a rooted samsung galaxy pro gt b7510 with stock rom.
today i just replaced all my system fonts with a custom one via rom toolbox app. it said to restart after installing font, so i gave it superuser permissions and bang my phone FROZE!
SO I have to restart it by holding power button and after reboot it just freezes in samsung starting screen..
i rebooted in recovery mode and did a hard factory reset but it again freezes in startup screen.
so what to do now..
any help will be greatly appreciated..
did you do a full wipe and reflashed the custom rom in recovery? you should do a nandroid everytime you try to switch system settings like that.
no i dont have a nandroid backup.
and i did a hard reset via recovery mode.
i downloaded a stock rom for galaxy pro from internet and pasted it in my sd card root as update.zip(its name was gtb7510ddkc4 something in rar format so i extracted it and renamed it as update.zip)
then i powered on my phone on recovery mode and applied the option apply sdcard:update.zip
but it stops and gives error(ie, it doesnt install that rom)
wat should i do now?????
should i try download mode??
i dont know anything bout it, so please explain in detail.........
also know that my phone powers on and gets stuck in the starting samsung screen. so i have to pull the battery out to switch it off.
PLEASE PLEASE, HELP ME IN RECLAIMING MY ANDROID!!!!
ofcourse i'll be grateful.
ok so i started android system recovery mode.
and i did wipe data/factory reset
and i also did wipe cache partition
and then,
i did apply sdcard:update.zip
BUT,
i get this message,
E:can't mount SDCARD:update.zip
installation aborted.
so whats the solution to this?
anyone please?
Always reboot. HELP

Stay calm, we do step after step.
First of all, that we all understand some questions:
1. which Firmware you started before it happened?
2. what did you flash over it then?
I have CM 7 and i did factory reset and wiped data and also formated system before i flashed 2.3.4 firmware
After factory-reset everything was fine with 2.2.1 (as this version can be fine)? And then you flashed gingerbread and it stuck. flashed by Odin? Or used ROM Manager?
Did you get it going?
i can boot with 2.3.4 firmware(flashed fuzonoidv3)but with cm7.1 and 7.2 im stucked with android letters :S
dont know y!!! cm7 depends on the connection u are using....im using bsnl nd cm7 wont work for me...bt whn i use a different connection i works!!!
what connections are u talking about? i only know that i can flash all roms except cm7(i let phone to boot for 1 night still nothing it just heated) pls help me if u know how i would be thankful

Having some phone issues - Samsung Galaxy S II LTE (Skyrocket). I've Googled and searched these forums, I've tried every "fix" I could but haven't found anything that specifically matches my issue here. A few months ago I did have the sticky power button issue but I don't think this is the issue here given I am not getting multiple vibrations on the reboots.
I had CM 10.2 installed and running, did a factory reset/wipe dalvik & cache/wipe system and installed AOKP 4.3. Phone was stuck in a boot loop. Restored CM backup and phone still stuck in boot loop. Used ODIN to revert to factory stock image and phone is still stuck in a boot loop. Tried clearing cache and factory reset in stock recovery and phone is still stuck in boot loop.
As far as this boot loop it flashes at the SGS II LTE "S" logo for a couple of minutes, vibrates once then reboots. As well, as soon as I insert the battery, the phone turns on, holding the power button down to turn the phone off just reboots the phone.
Also in stock recovery, I see this:
-- Verifying internal MMC block --
E:failed to mount /efs (invalid argument)
E:Mount fail : EFS partition
Not need checksum confirmation
already executed!!...
E:failed to mount /efs (invalid argument)
E:failed to mount /efs (invalid argument)

Any thoughts/ideas/possible fixes?

READ THIS B4 POSTING | THE MOST Common Questions Answered HERE goto the general section for sticky power button
inserting battery turns on phone is symptom of sticky power button.
your error message idk, could be because phone wont/cant stay on long enough to mount partitions

As I mentioned, I had the sticky power button issue about 3 months ago and I resolved it then, I just mentioned it because I was unsure if my current issue might be related. I read the rest of that post before I posted here and didn't see anything regarding the EFS issue.

if it starts as soon as you put the battery in the power button is the prob, afaik no one ever had the phone boot up reinserting the battery no matter what the state the phone was in, I even wiped the phone then pulled/reinserted the battery and the phone did not boot up.
next prob is you probably had a bad flash, why you had a bad flash idk, maybe a bad emmc, the only way to tell is to reflash stock, but u need to get to odin mode to do that but you cant get to odin because of the bootloop, reason behind bootloop is the sticky power button.
it could be dumb luck that both things happened at the same time. try to get into odin mode by either mashing the power button or cleaning it out to solve the bootloop
I can get into download mode and Odin. I've flashed stock and it still bootloops.
TL;DR:
1. Bootloop started with fresh AOKP 4.3 install
2. Bootloop continued with CWM restore to CM 10.2
3. Bootloop continued with CM 10.2 fresh install (everything wiped, even factory reset)
4. Bootloop continued with Stock install via ODIN
5. Factory reset and wiped cache in stock recovery and bootloop continues.
I think the power button is a separate issue from the bootloop - but I did try the fixes in the power button section just in case and no change.
Please share the steps to resolve bootloop

Do a factory reset in recovery

wtf my core is ****ing dead?!?!(no bootloop)

I have tried to flash the Yoda s3 kernel on core but it saied installation aborted and the twrp started lagging(so strange) but to avoid the bootloop i've flashed filth kernel
Wiped cache and dalvik and reboot but the screen doesn't switched on so i clicked the lock/unlock button to turn on the phone but the screen is still off
Then i've tried to re-click it for things Like a minute but it is still off what to do?
I don't tink the problem is the kernel coz filth installation was good whit no errors
And filth worked for me other times the really strage thing is that i can't go in recovery or download mode
Maybe...
Maybe usb jig??
Hey yo is USB jig OK?
