TC Desire HD Hard shell w/kickstand.

Just got this case and so far it's good. I love the kickstand. I have the zagg screen protector combined with this case and I'm loving it.

Awesome dude. I've been watching that case and was wondering when someone would do a review for it. Can you tell me the size after? maybe a before and after side by side? I love the slimness of the phone so I don't want added bulk.

It adds some bulk; nothing mayor that can't be dealt with. It kind of feels like the HTC Thunderbolt. But still, it feels like it will protect it against any fall. The pro is the kickstand.

Awesome thanks dude. It definitely adds a little bit to it. I'm gonna keep my eye on that case though. Hows the camera and the flash with it being depressed in the case like that?

I work in a chemical -plant I guess I will stay with defender for every day. That may be an option for off days though.

I have the Zagg Invisible shield on the front only and I love it. I'm using the Otterbox Commuter with it and everything plays very nice with each other. I'm really thinking about getting this case but it's like 30 bucks DANG! lol Zagg makes a solid product and they stand by their stuff.

What is pressing the physical buttons like with it? Power button and volume can be a bit recessed

Cool thing you can do with battery cover

Don't know if this is the right thread to post in but saw this fix you can do with your sensations battery cover! Pretty cool if I ever get an extra battery cover think ill try it!

Oh, i talked to HTC customer support today about some problems, and asked if they had any plans to release custom battery covers, and i gave him the link to your blog, and he liked it! So he went away for a couple of minutes, came back and even gave me price for custom battery covers, it was 75 USD in Norway, maybe cheaper in other country's

I love that cover. However wouldn't that process be faster if you use a metal paint remover?

aircraft remover would work MUCH faster, yes. i may have to do that this weekend...

It would be easily painted tbh, it would need sanding down then painting with a primer/undercoat then a topcoat of your choosing (Depending on the paint you may need to add a top coat of lacquer)

This guy has beat HTC at their own design.

The problem with the pain removers is that it would also remove it from the "htc" which then takes away from the appeal imo.

I noticed that Swype has some shady permissions such as call log monitoring and some other funky business. Anyways if you don't like Swype constantly knowing what you're up to them check this free app out.

Swype has had a nasty bug where it would appear tiny and when "fixed" by using the landscape fix, it would be tiny. This is normal sized after being "fixed"

It's the actual keyboard, no installer necessary. You might get a check saying will expire in two days, just ignore it. Another notification saying all up to date should appear after. If not don't worry it'll still work.

How do we get the new version to look how it should? All the screens I've seen show a white/light-grey (holo-light) keyboard, mine's still dark-grey/blue like the older versions.

Themed Calculator Just For Fun (updated w/landscape)

I've been trying to learn to theme the past couple of days so I was messing around and themed the calculator a dark red. Here it is if anyone wants it. I thought it came out pretty good. I may do a whole red cm10 theme.

Actually I think I took it out of either the WCX Illuminati rom or CleanRom 4.5. I don't remember. The calculator seems to be the same in all the Sense roms. I just themed it and added it to the rom I'm on now which is Nocturnal SE.

Cool, sending in original package which made it from Greece ok so should reach you fine.
A coat of lacquer on these helps protect the design.
I had a one x case from them, same design but finish was bad, so they sent this wrong replacement. They have now sent another replacement so bonus!

Sadly the case has a few cracks in it now. It fits very tightly and when removing it some cracks opened up. Also the piece just above the volume rocker broke off. The material it is made from isn't great and seems as though it will break if dropped might have to revert back to my Case Mate Barely There.
But it still looks awesome and hardly adds any weight or width to the phone. Plus it was free lol.

Its the case itself that has cracks in it, the paint is fine and looks brilliant.
