have anybody had any luck using bluetooth type controller or a six axis on ICS?

Does anyone know whether running stock ICS rom VS. a CM9 variant has any effect when using a PS3 controller to play games, specifically GTA III or Riptide I've done almost everything to get my PS3 controller working and I still can't get the games to respond to the controller. Bluetooth reads it, ive paired it with the sixaxis controller app, I've even plugged the controller into the dock but now im wondering whether its a result of the rom im running. Any help would be really appreciated.
I've tried a few gamepads with the THL W8+ on the stock 4.2.1 rom. I've tried a PS3 controller which did not work, wired xbox 360 controller with OTG which did not work and a MOGA gamepad which was recognized by bluetooth but was quickly disconnected.
Anyone out there own a THL W8/W8+/W8 beyond and have an idea which gamepads work well with it? Thanks
Are you unable to pair a MOGA through their MOGA Pivot app? Pairing with the Bluetooth menu in my experience hasn't worked.

Has anyone tried to use the wired xbox controller with the note 4?
I plug my controller and noting happens, the only way i got it to be recognized is using de USB/Bt Joy Controll Center, but i dont want to use my controller as a emulated one on apps like asphalt 8 wich supports natively this controller.
Does anyone have any idea about what might be happening?

I use the PS4 controller with my note 4 on LP. Works great with Dreadhalls for Gear VR.

i hope someone can help me with this Problem.
I want to play some games on my S6 using my Dualshock 4 controller. But there are some issue.
When i pair my controller usingthe built in Bluetooth, then the controller works just fine for like 15s, then all inputs become really delayed (delay ~2s), assumed an input is even recognized. If i toggle the Bluetooth off and on, pair the controller again, then same thing: 15s ok, then horrible lag.
It seems like, that the Bluetooth goes into some power saving mode, but i dont know it.
I tried some of the recommended apps (sixaxis, bluez IME,...) but they just dont work with this New device or are just outdated for the DS4.

i have connected my ps3 controller to my nexus 7 but when i play gta san andreas it just spins camera constantly, so tried reconfig the keys but noticed cant defrenciate between the 2 analog sticks ? ive seen guys just plug and play any idea why iim having this issue?
