samsung p7500 error while flashing need help guys

Hi guys u have samsung p7500 can not flash aways give error when it strat flashing LNX
what to do can some one tell me how do i flash this tab?

I have alread tried to replace AxT9IME.apk on my phone but this file doesn't exist on \system\app ...

i tried to remove the battery and insert it again but it didn't work

I need help with my tablet

My tablet is stuck at ANDROID logo. The model of the tablet is QC-7BHD with Rockchip (BND-RK3126-D86-BT A1.0) . I downloaded this ROM rk3126-quadcore-fq-088ka-1024x600-7inch-android4.4-20170104-test.ok.rar from here (i uploaded a picture because i can't provide links) . Is this safe to flash ? Will it fix the issue ?

Im looking for the R730TUMUXXXXX version, because i tried the R730UVUXXXXX and get the Secure Check FailIT error
