Ya, if it (ideally) works with windows, than the KFHD will have support.

I imagine it should pair just fine...besides, a place like Best Buy should let you return it asap over an incompatibility issue like that.
I bought one...although it is specifically listed as "for android 3.0+."
Google Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard Android. I'd wager similar specs...and this one just had a price drop.
Good luck choosing one.
Yes it's working guite well.
Friend of mine has bought it few days ago and he is very pleased with this device.
Would you have any questions, I can ask him.
I've been looking to get one of these for a while, so I can use my tablet on a stand and type emails and such.
Confirmed

Does anyone know if the video editing app that Google demoed when they showed honeycomb a few months back is included on the transformer? And if not has anyone had any luck getting the apk from the xoom to run? Thanks for taking a look guys!

Hi,
I have the Transformer and have not seen it
steve
They have the APK available for download over in the XOOM forums. Anyone up for seeing if it works on the Transformer?

Tried it. The apk just fails to install on the eee pad.
Installation failed....

Ahh damn. Thanks for trying it out! I hope Google releases it for all honeycomb devices. Can't wait till the launch!

Odd, it's preloaded on the Xoom. Which would be the first thing I've seen the Xoom support that the TF doesn't.

Hmmm, I don't think so. To my knowledge Motorola added nothing custom whatsoever to the Xoom. The app seems like the one I remember seeing demoed when Google announced Honeycomb.

Yup, it's a Google product, not Motorola. (Not surprising -- I worked for Motorola for a good while, but even I can admit they don't know how to do decent software.)

Guys and Gals of XDA, I think I've found the Holy Grail for the Xperia Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.awindinc.sphone2tv&hl=en
A little app called MirrorOP Sender. Fully functional Android display mirror to PC and it runs fairly well.
Just played the first level of Super Mario Bros with only 1 death...Streamed from my Play to my PC connected to my TV through HDMI
All you need is the MirrorOP Receiver for the PC and you're good to go:
http://www.mirrorop.com/product_Windows_Receiver.html
The sender app is only a trial but it's worth a test. I'm not sure if the framerate is connected to how good your internet connection is. My internet isn't that good and it displays fine (portrait and landscape) but from some American speedtests I've seen maybe some of the Americans in here might have better results
Going to give ago. If works, extremely good find
Sent from my LT26i using XDA
Not bad, not bad at all! Excellent find!
Just found out you can also do it the opposite way as well if you get the MirrorOP receiver for your Play and Sender for PC
Runs brilliantly and means I can still access my desktop from the comfort of the toilet
Root only.
Awwwww
lags, dont know why
Tried it out will be perfect if it didn't lag..... Atleast for games and videos ..... But displaying pictures are ok enough......

Not to mention its like THE EASIEST PHONE TO ROOT EVER. None of those ridiculous tools that Motorola phones need to achieve root, no worry of s-off or any of that crap. I pity the Foo who doesn't zergrush his Xperia PLAY first thing.

Not worth paying for yet as just to slow for games. Can test out first as the apps are free for demo time. But this does have lots of potential in the long run. Still early days yet but if see how good splashtop is, this app good just be as good and fast with some more work done to it.

If you get paid or free apps from amazon, can you install them on multiple devices like Google play and unlike the Samsung market?
If so, do you have a working apk for amazon market for the 10.1, says incompatible on the play store?

Yes, if you buy the full version. Free version only allows you to print test pages so that you can confirm that the app will work with your device.
If you plan to print a lot, it's worth the price and for me it was being able to print to a bluetooth printer that I decided to purchase.

I've installed free and paid apps from Amazon on my GN 10.1, GT 7.0 Plus and Toshiba THRiVE without issue.
IIRC if you don't have the Amazon Market app on your device, you get prompted on their website to download and install iftrom Amazon when you try to download something like an app, book, or game.
Edit: Another vote for paid version of PrintShare

Hi everyone!!!
Like some of you I bought a new phone, but my O1 stills in perfect conditions...
Considering its quite old and not of much monetary value (at least in my country) selling it is kind of hard.
So I was wondering if there's any alternative interesting use for my O1... Perhaps as a web server? Or a kind of joystick or remote?
This thread is to give ideas and suggestions about a new life/use for old O1s
***UPDATE***
This seems to be already a popular a the best option IMO http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2084746
At this point there's no release, but it's quite promising

Finally getting this feature back. I miss the days when I was in school with my pocket PC. I was constantly messing with the teachers by turning off/on the TV and changing channels. Yes! I was so disappointed when ir was removed from devices. I understand there are better alternatives for most thing you use it for, but its like everyone completely forgot about the ir being used as a remote control. Whoever realized this and put it back in phones God bless them.

You'll have the option to select the TV's make and model from a list and it will auto tune the frequency for you. It will work with all kinds of TV's smart, dumb, HD, 4:3, etc... Can't wait for this one!
Hopefully cable providers will take advantage of this and offer apps that can control the cable box as well.
