[Q] PLEASE HELP! Arnova GBOOK all apps FC'ing after attempting to root. - General Questions and Answers

I attempted to root this tablet using the adb restore script, and now when it boots ALL apps force close.
I am unable to place it into usb debug mode, as the option is unticked after each reboot, and the settings app force closes..
So - someone please help! I only got it today!!!!

Restore back to stock rom or get a custom rom.

Solve what? The all apps force close? To fix that, I booted it into recovery and wiped data from there. I wasn't able to solve the USB debugging disabled at reboot issue - I think arnova stuck something into their ROM that stopped it

I got same boot loop problem a week ago after installing a game. I couldn't get into recovery mode but I do have download mode. I have tried flash stock ROM multiple times and it always failed. Today, I brought my device to samsung service center. But guess what, even them couldn't help resolve the issue!!!
I hope someone here are able to help.

Ugh guys I'm having the same issues my tablet won't go pass Samsung Galaxy note 10.1 splash screen and can't stay on twrp recovery with out rebooting again. I tried to reflash twrp tar and stock firmware but it always fails and then my PC would say my USB driver or port is unrecognizable or malfunction so I bought another USB charging wire and tried it today and still get the same issues I hope someone can help me and us out asap!!

Hi guys!
same here! my note was charging and I've found it stucked in samsung logo without any reason. I've tried to install almost every version available of stock rom also from different country but no way. I can install also custom recovery but unfortunately I don't have any custom rom to try to install in my sd card. At the current time I really thinking to move to new note 10.1 2014...I'm afraid is some kinda hardware malfunctions. Any update from you guys with same issue?

Wow now I'm really start to think it is a Samsung and hardware issue I think these tablets weren't made to be usable for more than 2 years smh is anyone else with this issue running lollipop roms? Jc
The same here, My friend just conntect me, that SAMSUNG does not want to cover charges, due to bootloader says SYSTEM STATUS: custom.
And he never did anything with his tablet.
He got angry and Samsung check the hardware and they find that some chip is broken. But still don't want to fix it due to custom issue.

If you don't have a custom rom, now may be a good time to consider it. If you do, just wipe it completely and reflash it. (Assuming you have a custom recovery --->) If you dont have a rom in your internal, use a USB OTG cable, a computer to download a rom, and a flash drive to hold the rom and use along with the OTG cable Or use a computer along with the Samsung USB drivers to manually toss in a rom via custom recovery.
I sideloaded rom again i tried everything only to find out I did factory reset and everything was good to go thanx alot guys

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
I see you have made it to the location I was going to suggest:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63315776&postcount=12473
Unfortunately it is getting buried fast. I looked at that post as well. If you cannot authorize yourself to mount system and push the right file back via stock recovery (something that you can rarely do anyway), sadly you have too few options.
Only thing you can do is try to find a fastboot image to reflash system, if your device supports fastboot that is (alternatively, if you have download mode, an image for that). But for a rare device, you would end up having to deal with the manufacturer anyway, so your best bet may be getting it repaired by them.
Sorry, but I hope that helps.

Deleted keyboard and now stuck on setup wizard

So I factory reset by LG Leon LTE H345 by T-Mobile the other day without realizing i deleted my keyboard with my root permissions. Now I can't enter my google account in the setup wizard as the voice recognition isn't accurate enough. Without this, I can't complete the setup and I'm stuck on this step. Someone please help! I've tried similar threads but none of them gave me a working solution as USB debugging and bluetooth aren't on. My research is getting me nowhere and I really don't know how to fix this :crying::crying:
Download mode not working on LG Leon
I also forgot to mention that I don't know how to flash Cyanogenmod onto my phone because when I put my usb cable into my phone to try put it into download mode, it just displays my battery percentage.

Install keyboard with mobile go pc version or mobo genie.. And other solution is only reflash your phone.. I'm having this issue few month ago..
ooho.. your stuck on serious issue... as of my knowledge you dont have other way instead of flashing a rom... if you have custom recovery then there is a chance to flash a keyboard in your ROM.. or flash a custom ROM.. if you dont have custom recovery then find a custom recovery for your device model and flash it.. if there is no way to flash custom recovery then SIMPLY DOWNLOAD A STOCK FIRMWARE OF YOUR DEVICE AND FLASH IT....
.
........best of luck.......
