Hi I have been looking at installing the rom listed HERE for my Verizon HTC Trophy Running the latest version of mango. I was wondering how I go about installing this. do I just run the exe inside this and follow the instructions or whats the hspl thing. this is a sparkw also. Hello, I have a HTC MOZART Locked on orange Uk
bootloader : 1.24.2250.35
is it possible for me to install a previous rom from orange uk and upgarde to the 1.30 HTC europe version without using the GOLD card Method.
Would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice.
i looked around the forum and a thread suggest using the same rom as the phone currently has to debrand and install the Nodo update, but i couldnt find the rom for this version.

I don't think that will work. The only Orange ROM listed is 1.22 not 1.24 and, from what I've read, the Orange ROM you download needs to be the same as the ROM on your phone.
So, unless anyone knows where we can download the 1.24, then we're stuck...

Just make a backup of my HTC Trophy with Nodo and I wonder if I install HTC Mango Shipped ROMs, then could return to previous state with the backup and / or install custom firmware?

I know there are few threads out there on this subject (and I will be reviewing them) however I wanted some quick pointers from people who are experienced in upgrading their HTC HD7 to Windows Phone 'Mango'.
I have purchased a HTC HD7 16GB Black T9292 phone which I believe is the Asian model being sold in Europe?
So far having read the recent posts I understand I need to check if the phone doesn't have HSPL installed so my questions are:
1. How do I check if I have HSPL installed?
2. How do I prepare my phone to install the HTC Mango release?
3. Which release is correct one?

i currently have a HTC mozart with a 5.xx bootloader
i am running 8107 i believe and i think i need a normal rom to downgrade then install hspl etc... then i can flash
but where can i find the normal o2 rom, and how do i flash my device?

Yes, many. Please spend less time spamming the forum, and more time searching. There are lots of custom ROMs for the GSM version of the Trophy. Custom ROMs for the Veizon (CDMA) Trophy are in development, and several have been actively asking for testers.
