Hello, I have a HTC MOZART Locked on orange Uk
bootloader : 1.24.2250.35
is it possible for me to install a previous rom from orange uk and upgarde to the 1.30 HTC europe version without using the GOLD card Method.
Would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice.
i looked around the forum and a thread suggest using the same rom as the phone currently has to debrand and install the Nodo update, but i couldnt find the rom for this version.

I don't think that will work. The only Orange ROM listed is 1.22 not 1.24 and, from what I've read, the Orange ROM you download needs to be the same as the ROM on your phone.
So, unless anyone knows where we can download the 1.24, then we're stuck...

Yes, the device needs to me CID unlocked using www.imei-check.co.uk or another site which I can't remember right now.
Currently there is no free way to do it.
When it's CID unlocked all you need to do is to find the ROM you want and install it.

I have a dutch Vodafone branded HTC Touch Pro.
It seems that other roms are more reliable and faster than the Vodafone branded Rom.
Is there a possibility to get rid off my Vodafone branded rom and install another Dutch Rom?
Is there a step by step manual how to do this?And is there a way back?
I know about warranty issues when i will do this.

you could flash it with Romeo's NLD Rom. Be sure to HardSPL your device

Flashed this Rom to an uk t-mobile DHD and it works,
but now i can´t go back to any other rom.....
any hint for me ?

( after Bootloader the DHD shows : "main version is older! Update Fail!" )
why do you want to go back? is there too much tmobile-spamware installed? any difference?
I want to go back cause with the uk-version i had just a light branding und no t-mobile bootpic, now i have full branding.... I like to have a wwe version mit german lang without extra apps or a german version with light branding....
But now i get error 140 ..... so i can´t flash back or to any other version ...

I don´t use and have exchange... so how trying? ...
Unfortunately, I think you have to wait for a WWE or O2 ROM with a higher version-number before you can flash another ROM unless somebody find a way to skip the version check... because obviously you can't downgrade the ROMs on the DHD.

The phone was SFR branded when I get it.... I don't remember the version number it was...

I'm new to this forum but I have 1 question that I can't find on the internet.
I want to root my HTC sensation but when I want to get back the warranty I need a RUU, my phone is vodafone NL branded but there is no RUU for vodafone NL. Can I just use a UK or GER one to get back my warranty? Please help me..

This is the Vodafone_DE_1.27.162.1 version, which is not the latest RUU, but this one is the one which comes with the Vodafone_NL branded phones!

To be honest. Its better then the DE one.
Vodafone doesnt even look at the firmware btw.. issues mean factory reset by them

Ok thanks, but I have a radio version of 10.56.9035.00u_10.14.9035.01_m and this one is no where to be found as a vodafone version. Correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't the 'stock radio version' the best one?
Yeah, my radio is the same, but the DE has another radio does this matter?
