This is not the Lg G3 is a different device. Already tried unlocking and does not work.

SIM Unlock
If you have your phone paid off and/or have had service for a few months, you should be able to get the unlock code and instructions from TMo. They provided me with the aforementioned info without any pushback. Just call their support number or hop on chat and they will help you out. Also it's free
