Hi i have m2 xperia i was wondering if i unlock bootloader will that unlock phone for all cariers also if not if i change to cm11 rom would that help and if that cant unlock it how can i unlock it. Nothing will help you to unlock carrier lock except unlock code.
damit so its not like s3 i rember rooting it and unlocking it to all cariers with some program.

Unfortunately I haven't seen anything good about carrier unlock for a few years.
If you insert a non T-mobile sim does it ask for a unlock code?
