My understanding is that basically everyone in this forum is migrating and upgrading to the Note. Are there any reasons for even considering anything else or staying with the obsoleted Infuse? The Note just seems like such an awesome phone so it would be great seeing all great users in this forum going there.

you make it sound like your next device has to be a group decision. the note is basically a bigger skyrocket with a stylus. what's the big deal?

What dani said is exactly right. Who cares? Don't be a follower! You are the one paying for the phone so get what you want. Who cares what everyone else is getting. I just used my upgrade for what i wanted and got a Atrix 2. I use it and my Infuse. Why buy two samsung phones that are similar when you can have two totally different devices? Do what you want, dont worry about everyone else.

Just go to all devices and hit ctrl f and type in Verizon Galaxy SIII and it's at the bottom give the forum people some time separating 1 forum into 4 forums isn't exactly the easiest.

it's not too much...and consider that those 6 mods are spreaded over s2 forum and i beleive that they have a lot of work to do around many forums they are appointed [email protected] you really have to open another thread just for this?...yoh cojld post under sticky Forum specific moderator thread, eh?...

I am looking into purchasing a new phone for myself. My budget is $400USD.
I've looked on Amazon, and I can get some very nice phones, but I would like to see what the community thinks I should get. I would like to get a phone that has excellent dev support, and is future-proof for atleast 1-2 years.

I am honestly leaning towards Iphone SE because it's new but the screen size is killing me. I then thought about buying Iphone 6s but i think i can get 7 which i hope will be much better than 6s in few months. I am trying to avoid samsung at the moment. What is there for me in the market you guys?
I would go for HTC 10
I have HTC m8 and it still is fast as hell
I sometimes even prefer it over Samsung s6 edge
Now my primary device is Nexus 6p which is awesome and love it more than iPhone 6 which I ditched for Nexus
