you should backup yuor first
download 2.2 rom from http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
and follow http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1133787 for flashing single file or .pit rom

I tried step by step instruction but always stuck on TWRP....
If you read from post #23 onward on that forum it mentions problems with the recovery ( TWRP/ Kernel)... No fix as of yet.
i bought a latest ubislate 7cz tablet with android version 4.2.2 and i tried to install custom firmware and it bricked please send me the latest firmware with 4.2.2
