There is no need to keep posting new threads, just either use the one that you created before or post in the help thread by tinky1.
In answer to your question you put the .apk file onto your SD card then use a file explorer app to browse to the file and install the apk.

Well you could have mentioned that your phone was in bootloop in the first post, would have been very helpful.
You need to download the actual recovery.img and flash it, follow point 2 in the guide below by -Asskicker-

Make sure you rename the sound to:
android_audio.mp3
And place it in:
data/local

Using ADB from your pc
$ adb push android_audio.mp3 /data/local/
Or you can use root explorer on your phone. But do recommend using ADB coz if you use Root Explorer you have to take care of the permission setting of your file.
I tried root explorer and coudnt copy file from sd card to phone. I will try adb, thank you.

From the internet, google, but only download a game that you currently own and are not using or you will be committing an act of piracy, piracy is not tolerated on xda.

It is HIGHLY recommended to always make a back-up prior to flashing anything, rather it be a ROM/Kernel/Mod/Theme.
This way, just in case something does go wrong, you always have a stable ROM.

What recovery are you using? Do you have the latest Busybox/SU on your device? When it comes to the Sensation, I recommend 4EXT recovery, you can find this on the market, install it and use it to flash the recovery.
Beyond that, I need more details about your situation.

ROM Manager onl;y works with Clockwork Mod Recovery. You have to use the free 4EXT Recovery updater app or the paid 4EXT Recovery Control app, I have the paid version.

The diag file for this phone should set supercid as it removes sim unlock that's a pg58img.zip I believe. 2 seconds I will find the link
http://www.multiupload.co.uk/KHJXXHKA8F here is the link. Make a full nandroid backup first before using this as it will wipe your data from your phone. Once its ran run your back up, restore your phone and you should be good to go good luck!

I think that you may be right about that ganeshp, I know the PM58DIAG.ZIP actually performs two functions. One is to SIM unlock the device but I can not remember what the other function is of the top of my head. I could be wrong but I thought I had read somewhere you can use Terminal Emulator as Superuser and write Super SID to the device. Like I said I could be wrong about that though. I will see if I can confirmthat and find the other function of the DIAG file when I get home and have WiFi cellular data kills my battery.
Edit. OK I have redone the pg58diag.nbh just to be sure of myself, and must admit I am wrong. This phones diag file reacts differently to others I have used. And as such does not give supercid. Sorry for any confusion I may have caused
Sent from my HTC Sensation using xda premium
So how do you super cid through terminal emulator? Or can you just use the pg58img file? Or are these not possible?
