I put it on charger but battery charging indicator is not flashing

Try to hold the power button(so 5minutes) to charge the battery because your battery is 0%(I propose)..
Then try to power on,if u don't succed,try again

thanks for your reply , but I still can't turn off my phone. I try with your advice.
Something that I forgot to mention is that yesterday I unlock my phone and then I install Clockworkmod (CWM) Recovery. At that time my phone battery was about 20-30% charged. And then I simply shut down my phone , until today , and now I cant turn on
I'm not finished with Step 3 from this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1583427
Now I have the same issues as described in this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1843048
I try to clear cache using fastboot command but, windows didn't detect my phone
Please give me some help!!!!
Thanks

Are you using the official charger? Someone had issues with unofficial ones: when the phone was completely discharged, they couldn't power it up anymore. They solved the problem by using the official charger.

For a start don't panic (just yet)
[Questons]
Do you have a safe Nandroid Backup that you can restore to?
You obviously have a custom RECOVERY (which one?)
Do you know which eMMC card you have?
Options Left
[1]
Pull Battery (which is risky - if you do - then pull evenly and quickly and do not re-insert for over 10 seconds)
Assuming that you have a Nandroid Backup then:
[2]
Let battery completely run out until phone shuts down on it's own.
plug into power supply for a hour or so (until battery full (green light)
Restart and force entry to bootloader (volume down + power)
Restore safe point backup from RECOVERY
Reboot
If you have no backup
[3]
Download another (safe) Custom ROM and place on SD card
Let battery completely run out until phone shuts down on it's own.
plug into power supply for a hour or so (until battery full (green light)
Restart and force entry to bootloader (volume down + power)
Ensure- that you manually WIPE SYSTEM, DATA, CACHE, , DALVIK CACHE, SYSTEM
flash new ROM
Reboot
If you don't know which eMMC chip that you have, then once you device is booted you should run the following commands from you PC to find out (you don't want these results, which is what I have) as this is run that fails:
Code:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Support Tools>adb shell
# cat /sys/devices/platform/msm_sdcc.2/mmc_host/mmc0/mmc0:0001/name
cat /sys/devices/platform/msm_sdcc.2/mmc_host/mmc0/mmc0:0001/name

I'll be online this morning, so will be able to assist......
- Did you activate "USB debugging" mode in the menu Settings-Applications-Development?
If NOT so you can not connect by the ADB command.
- Did you press and hold down VOL UP and VOL DOWN first, and then press Power button?
If none of the above method is working, the only option for you is pulling the battery out. Remember to not re-insert so quickly.
Thanks, My chip M4G2DE or like that Coz forgot. I am sure it is the faulty one. Anyway problem its solved, thanks again

How did you solve it? Reboot by ADB? by Vol up/Vol down/Power combination or pulling out the battery?
Yes, how did you solve it? So that people will know what to do when they're in this situation. Thanks!
Probably adb reboot recovery command thru terminal.

Been there myself
I went down the same rabbit hole a couple of days ago brother. Exactly the same problem you were having.
This is what saved me... Read.

First of all I think my Emmc may be good one or I'm lucky for that being labeled as M4G2DE. I had already nandroid backup in my sd card.
A) I waited and waited till battery was completely zero.
B) after phone turned off, waited for 2 minute.
c) connected phone to the charger and charged for 1 hour
d) opened recovery by pressing vol down first, then pressed power and released power and after getting hboot screen, released vol down.
e) went to clockwork mod and restored nandroid.
You downloaded the wrong Rom, according to your post in the other thread.
You want a ROM for the DS, not DHD

Tks for your explaining, however I didn't ask for restoring procedure to stock backup.
As you've said in your 1st post, your DS has hang on the HTC screen. How did you do to bypass this issue and recharge your phone? Wait until the battery completely discharged itself?

Simple - go to this page and download this one - BinDroid DS 2.3.5 GB V1.0.
But there's an imminent update, so prob better to wait.
Peace

This is not a good idea, because the risk is the same as you pull out the battery. And this will also affect the battery lifetime (because of completely discharge).

Battery not charging after completely discharged

I am using a S3 HTC One S with stock 4.0.3 rom, rooted and unlocked bootloader. I was not carrying my charger with me and phone battery is finished to 0 and phone is closed. After I come home, I connect original charger to phone. Indication led is not flashing orange. I wait around half an hour. It does not flash now also. When I press power button around 7-8 seconds touch buttons blink 5-6 times and indication led begins flashing orange for 3-4 seconds and turns off. What should I do ?
Are you using CWM recovery? That's one fault with CWM, it will not charge the phone when off.
I am using TWRP. I entered recovery and reboot device from it. Problem solved but I still dont know problem.

[Q] I can't turn on my HTC Sensation XE. WHAT TO DO??
ok i tried to charge it for 5hrs but when i tried to oepn it.. i can't turn it on and the led light is always being delayed when i remove the charger..
i dont know what to do..
my previous rom is Ordroid 9.0.0 and i decided to flash another rom to Ordroid 15.0.0 i think i am so NOOOb. that i think that rom i currently installed is for HTC One x but i know it worked fine when i restore a system backup that is )rdroid 9.0.0 and i ended up the Bluetooth error that when you turn it on or some apps turned it on.. it causes a bootloop process.. and trying to drain my battery and when my phone doesnt want to open.. then i realize some process of flashing my rom is wrong.. and i need someone help! i tried everything at some thread ive seen.. but i know my pc doesnt recognize until it opens or power on for bootloader..
sharing this.. that issue "the bluetooth bootloop error.. i get rid of that when it restarts and my phone turned on i tried to be fast and tried to unticked the bluetooth switch and succesful not thinking to turn it on again but when i tried or eventually try to open the Car App.. it opens the bluetooth and boom it restarts again and i cant catch taht swith to turn again.. and it boots always.. and my battery drains.. nad my phone overheats i think and.. it happens!
my thought:
do i need to j-tag it.. actually i dont know that process.. my phone i miss it so much!.. i am such a noob.

When you connect the phone to the PC, if you can get it to say QHSUSB_DLOAD, then you can try the HTC sensation unbricking project: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=23078349
Generally, flashing ROMs for other phones will result in a brick... So I guess you learned your lesson the hard way.
By the way, can you boot into bootloader at all? (Remove battery, insert battery, volume down +power button)
If you can boot into bootloader, then you have hope.
Also, do you remember if your phone was s-off before this happened?

Hold volume down and power button to enter the bootloader. Then choose the recovery option with the volume buttons and press power to confirm. When the recovery didn't load press volume up and power. Now you are in the recovery. Do a backup and wipe to factory settings.

Tried to do factory reset but stuck at enter recovery...
