Strange icon in notification bar - AT&T, Rogers HTC One X, Telstra One XL

Pic attached.
Does anyone know why this is showing up? I pull down my notification menu and nothing is in it. It never goes away.

.
Go to Settings -> scroll all the way down to "Developer Options" -> deselect "USB Debugging".
I assume you are not using it.

Do you have your phone connected to the computer ?

Its been a while since if used a sence ROM but I "think" that icon is for the SD card. This comment will bump and maybe a sence user can say for sure. Maybe download a file explorer app and make sure your device finds the SD.

Okay its gone now, just randomly went away. Not sure how or why it happened.

If you download the app "root tools" from the market you can turn it off. Its not an option on the main screen, though. once in the app, hit the menu button on your phone, go to settings, and its at the bottom of the options list.
you can toggle it on and off!
::thanks?did this help?::
Ya I'm rooted,

You need to remount the /system partition as read/write in order to rename or delete the sound file.

Password Protect on Lock screen on ICS

Anyone know of a way to have a pattern setup to lock the screen but only become active after 15 minutes of no activity? (I want the lock screen to stay enabled at all times, but only the pattern unlock to come up after the phone not being unlocked and used for X number of minute) The only thing I could find completely disables the lock screen until the time limit has been reached.
I had this option one of my Motorola and liked that function.

Download this app. Only thing is that it costs. Well worth it though.
It's in settings to set it up this way.

Heck no don't buy anything. Hey I restored LICS just for you. Ain't I a pal?
Settings-Security-Automatically Lock->
You can set it anything from 1 second to 30 minutes (after sleep).

That doesn't exactly act like what I was talking about. While you're waiting for the screen to lock automatically, all you have to do is unlock the screen (with power button) and you're on your screen so there is nothing that requires you to slide to unlock while the pin requirement hasn't timed out yet.
It's like the way a blackberry locks the screen and only requires a password after 15 minutes of not being used.

Are you referring to under security selecting "None"? That just means no security. You can't remove the lockscreen entirely until Sense 4.5 where you can choose the no lockscreen option. However you can download a 3rd party lockscreen app and probably bypass that.
Any recommendations?

Not sure about no lock screen but if you'd like to try and give it a better appeal you could load Widget Locker. I use it and recommend it.

By sub I mean an option inside a main option in settings... I know if you go to the message app like your going to send a text and hit the menu it will also bring up message settings too... It has been a long time since I've been on sense but I'm sure I saw that option somewhere.. Sorry for being so vague...
Sent from my HTC One S using xda premium
No worries.
Yeah looks like the only setting is to show message on lock screen, but nothing to actually turn screen on when it arrives. I really only want this because I always have my phone on silent. When playing Xbox with headphones I miss everything but I guess that's a good thing lol.
Anyways thanks for the help

I don't ever remember hearing about that option built into a rom--
But, as Google is your proverbial friend--maybe this--it is for text messages, maybe something else available for more notifications--

I use this app, simple and does exactly what it says it does. Turns on your screen when you get a text, nothing more nothing less.
I bought the pro version, there is also a free version that does the same thing.
There used to be an stock option in sense, I'm not sure what version they took it out in.
