You move all the .ko files to system/lib/modules. Then use the app to set frequency and voltage. In the SCv7 thread there is an overclock zip to flash that will make it editable on boot once you find stable settings.

You'll need to be more specific. GB or ICS? Are you running a custom rom? Do you have init.d support?

I installed cm10.1 from this section but am yet to figure out if there is any over clocking. Or is it stuck at an over clocked state? Or at all?

In settings, scroll down to performance. Goto cpu, and set Max to 1400 or 1600mhz
