I'm running this rom and its working good other than lag. Is there any way I can speed it up? Maybe overclocking with another kernel. Please help as I'm a noob and want my phone faster.

Go to settings-->Performance-->Processor-->Min CPU frequency ==>998Mhz and Maximum Frequency-->1036Mhz. and also enable Set on boot option, Keep CPU Governor option to Powersave mode..
It works great..

i tried it but it says kernel is unavailable for my tablet version (n8013)
Trie it and it works good, but needs stock rom and kernel, I set my clock to 1.6 ghz to be same as note 2 (we have got same processor ) ,so far 1.6 ghz is safe as it is already supported by the processor, I'm on stock 4.1.1 uk rom

1.6ghz works. Anything above this freezes and reboots.
Why do you need to overclock this beast?? It runs beautiful every game highest settings!!

u can buy tegrak overclock ultimate from play store to oc to1.6G over that u can oc gpu to 400mhz
Hello everyone.
Does anyone know if there's an appropriate custom kernel for this phone in order to increase cpu?
Or an alternative way to overclock it
stock it runs @ 1.2 mhz and i would like to increase that.
So far i have tried setcpu.apk on the stock rom but the maximum figure is the stock 1.2 mhz.
Looking forward for a reply. Thanks
