Hello Vets:
I have a problem and I came to the place with all the best information! Anywho, let me get to the point. As many other people have experienced, my save state for final fantasy 7 crashes when I try to load a save state. Unfortunately, the last time I did an "actual" save was hours and hours prior to where I got up to. I have the actual save state file that's giving me trouble.
Has there ever been a sure solution to the issue? Also, if I supply the file, would anyone be able to diagnose it and see how to fix it? Or has anyone had luck emailing the dev and have their file restored to working order?
Thank You!

ok, I've had my fuze since the day it came out and didn't do a thing right, I didn't even install a .cab until about a week ago because I didn't know how. I'm pretty much an idiot when it comes to this type of stuff, so I'm here now asking for help. I just did a hard reset so I was back to factory settings, logged into here and starting posting this, I came here because you all seem really kind and genuinely willing to help morons like me. So I'm here asking: what should I do? Would someone be willing to write a list of all the things I should install (preferable in order) and even give a link to the thread where it was made (so we can read about it and properly thank the creators) because no joke, I messed something up and I would get a message popping up every minute or so, I couldn't download anything or do much, so I figured I'd restart the thing have have some people who actually know what they're doing help me out and give me a list of things to do, I'm sure I'm not the only one this would help
special thanks to those that've helped:
none yet, be the first =]
honestly all i can say is, read this thread :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=410159

Late,

thanks, also, I remember hearing that advanced configuration tool 3.3 is a great thing to download, however when I tried to find it I came up short, is this something I have to download via comp, then transfer? Or can I download it straight to the phone? because I'm on a road trip right now just sitting here trying to get my phone awesome
Advanced Config Link
I searched on "Advanced Config" and this link was the first hit:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=317070
You should be able to download the cab to your phone (or storage card) and just execute it.
Another good link for really getting your phone "right" is this one (which also has many of the CAB's you'll want/need): http://fuze.cassiebaby.com/
I'll note again, however, that you really need to spend some time familiarizing yourself with the search functions...most of the questions you'll have are answered (and you'll not draw ire of folks). And, per above post, spend some time reading the wiki's...
Let me start by saying I searched the forums and google: "spell check," "spell check freezes," and others.
Only came up with one reference to a custom ROM...so here is the question.
When I'm in a text message and finished typing, I hit the spell check option and when it fizes the mis-spellings I hit send and...you guessed it...freezes the phone!
Is this a known issues (if so, like I said I search and will apologize ahead of time), but I'm curious to see if anyone else had any luck fixing...I like the feature but the feezes suck!
Just me then????
No one else has this issue on their Fuze?
I'm using the original ROM (it's been running fine!)
This happened since day one! I've hard reset with same results. Wondering if there is an issue similar to the xt9 issues where WM and HTC not playing nicely?
Anyway, can any test and try out...perhaps report back?
Hey, dont dispair! i have same problem too on a custom made ROM from kitchen. any experts listening please help
Breathe in...breathe out...
It's not end all but very frustrating! I am a horrid speller Even worse, I rarely proof read before sending...quick on the trigger...so this would be a good fix.
Hi everyone,
I have spent the past few days trying to remember the name of a program I used a long time (and many ROMs) ago that would log all the changes made to a phone while the program was running.
This software was good for keeping an eye on registry changes made during installs and post-install customization of software.
Does anyone know what the name of the software is and/or a link to the CAB?
I have tried my best to look through my software folders, search the forums, and google and still no dice so now I'm turning to you all.
Thanks in advance!

You can try SKTracker. You should be able to Google it. Not free but it works great for finding changes.
Thanks for your help! I'll give that one a shot this weekend if I can't get any help finding the free one. I'm just really not wanting to spend more money on this phone than I already have especially when the one whose name I can't remember did exactly what I needed and was free.
But, like I said, thanks for giving me (and anyone else interested in the same subject) options.
Alright, so the deal is, I was having problems with my gameboid app on my Motorola Atrix and I got it fixed, it was having to download a new gba bios.bin. I got that all downloaded and running, the gameboid runs great, it's just that when I started up my Pokemon game, my save wasn't there. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really don't want to restart my whole game over again completely.
Found issue?
the problem is, the gameboid program alocates only 64 KB to each save. once its taken up, the program does not access it because all the space is taken up thus making you restart the game. Now, i do not know how to fix this but maybe someone can come up with a patch or something to fix this. i will keep looking but i hope the developers will see this post and help.
sorry but u havent found a solution. hope i helped.
Hi there, i'm new around here! Só... i've got a problem, i've forgotten the paternn for the apps screen lock, now i'm trying to edit the file setting.db on data/data/com.Android.providers.settings/databases! And i don't really now the code to change and how to change it! Can sameone give me a feed! I'm on cyanogenmod 11!
Hello there! Welcome!
A couple of things to gather some info to help me help you...
Thing number one: Take a deep breath and remain calm. I've done this before; it's not the end of the world, I promise.
Thing number two: When you flashed CyanogenMod, did you make a backup? If so, how long ago was it?
I've manage other solution, thar was a factory reset, i've had the same issue on the programs protected apps, i've deleted a file on system paste and that worked on initial screen lock. I've done that a few days ago and i don't remember for sure where was that file! Maybe on data/system...
