Alright, so the deal is, I was having problems with my gameboid app on my Motorola Atrix and I got it fixed, it was having to download a new gba bios.bin. I got that all downloaded and running, the gameboid runs great, it's just that when I started up my Pokemon game, my save wasn't there. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really don't want to restart my whole game over again completely.
Found issue?
the problem is, the gameboid program alocates only 64 KB to each save. once its taken up, the program does not access it because all the space is taken up thus making you restart the game. Now, i do not know how to fix this but maybe someone can come up with a patch or something to fix this. i will keep looking but i hope the developers will see this post and help.

I got my phone yesterday, i love it - but as i suspected it.. it is a bit complicated.
I want to get some games and softwares for my TD2, i havent looked at any softwares yet, im stuck at the games
I downloaded a few games from here: http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-xtrakt.html
It came in a rar, i extracted it on my computer and there were 6 different files in it, i dont know what to do with them.
I tried searching the forums, i found a few threads but everything is sead i dont understand. It feels like theres something everyone knows (a simple thing) and on top of that the conversation is going.
I dont understand anything.
If someone has a few minutes and could explain to me (from the beginning what to do) OR if anyone knows a guide, another post that explains from the start what to download where to find how to install, id be really greatfull.
Like how do i download these games ?

the file you download is probally a .cab, you need to put this file on your phone or sdcard and run it from there.

I just got a nexus one and I'm currently in the process of finding apps that I would like to put on it. I've always enjoyed playing SNES and I wanted to put an emulator on my phone.
I got Snesoid and installed it without problems. When I try to load a rom it just goes back to the homepage. I have the roms saved in a folder on my microSD inside the "dcim" folder and then a folder called "snes roms".
Does anybody know how I can fix this problem to get the roms to work? It would be really appreciated.
EDIT: I found the answer, I needed to get version 1.3.11
I Didn't even knew the emulators supported touchscreen only controls? did they get multiouch working i take it?

Why are you putting the roms in the camera folder? I do not have this app to test where it looks for the files, but that might be your problem.

I have a lil problem. I tried to install Zenonia on my HD2 and it didn't work...
I tried to install it on many roms but each time, zenonia didn't boot...
I tried everthing (soft reset after install, install on sd or device, install net framework 3.5 messages...)
2 days ago, i flashed Pandora 1.4 and the game worked..But after i flashed Pandora 1.5, the game didn't work anymore...
So, if this game works sometimes on some roms, there is probably something to do...
Any idea ???

All in all I am a bit piss$d off about this.
I bought Zennonia for my touch pro2 on Windows market place.
Great game bashed it for ages.
Then got my HD2. Logged into windows market place. Game doesnt show.
WTF I couldnt download it to my new phone.
Log in on Touch pro 2 and voila it shows.
I am screwing.
So I had to get an older hacked version which plays fine (1.4). But I was forced to scour dodgy net scenes to get a freeby. I am not happy at all. So I uninstalled it and now wont play it.
I am going to complain as the market place says up to 5 devices. I had actually removed the game from my Touch pr 2 as well.
This is a good reason why I wont be using windows Market place again.
If anyone can offer advise as to why it doesnt appear I would be gratefull.

Have you tried microsoft customer service and support? I'm sure they would be able to help you.
You can get Zenonia from Handango, thats what I did. It now also shows in my Marketplace, but its more expensive than via Handango anyways.
It works for me, but I installed it twice and then restarted the phone before it would run.
Nobody can help me ???

I have realized that I can run the game only straight after softreset. If I run any other app and then try to run Zenonia the game will not launch.
So my advise is do a softreset and after that try to run the game.
BTW, before doing softreset, delete the file that the game produce from root directory of your device(DxState.sav).
on my hd2 in marketplace Zenonia is available but version 1.3 which obviously is older...maybe that is the problem...newer version must have issues with hd2 that is why they let us have the older one.

I've played that game on my HD2 too and if i remeber correctly, it could be easily minimalised by pressing the home button (or windows button) and then closed in taskmanager.. Keep it simple, man

you can close it with the taskmanager.
Then you can't start it again. Only after a softreset.
Yeah that was it. Been a while since I've bothered with it. Either way, bit of a mess about for a game that cost me 6 quid or so.

It work again ! I found solution after some debate with people !!!!
With some taskbar, the game doesn't work...
I tried on Pandora 1.5 with DJCEDRIC taskbar and it works again !!!
On my last rom (pandora 1.4), i installed this taskbar and that's why it worked !!!
After installing this Installer ceci : NETCFv35.wm.armv4i.cab
My Zenonia is now working !

On energyrom, just disable arkswitch before launching the game and it works.
Curious if anyone has the gemrb engine from market or the apk from sourceforge working on g tablet. I got it all setup best i could from the instructions with the config file and baldurs gate 2 files in place but it just disappears immediately when i try to start it. Would be so cool to gt bg 2 and the icewind dales and planescape torment runing on here. If anyone else can give it a shot and gets any further or knows something im missing, please let me know! Im running vegan b5.1 with one of clemsyns kernels.
Nevermind, turns out theres a folder under override i needed to copy the contents of for bg 2, got it working now.

Pipboy app crash onTf101 w/ katkit 5.1
Hey everyone sorry if i put this in the wrong place. Just looking for a helping hand from all you smarter fellers.
So Fallout4 came out and the" pipboy app" crashed on ICS. So i updated to katkiss. 5.1.1.
Anyway. Still nothing.. app loads to splash then crashes.
Anyone else run into the same problem?
I used to know MORE about how to fix these problems back when i fist bought my tablet but like i said im just now updating again so. Im behind lol.
I remember there being like a version check or something with apps... just cant remember what the issues were in the first place.
ANY HELP or pointers are greatly appreciated. My tablet would be the perfect pipboy for my fallout adventures.

If it helps the PS4 remote play app works just fine now after the update where before it wouldnt even load splash screen

i also have a tft101 which i formatted a few months ago to install katkiss android 5+ -- LOVE it btw!
except for the resolution glitch with pvz2... and difficulty to make appear the "home/back" button while in fullscreen... its really awesome!
but now i try to start the pipboy app (would be really usefull to check map while playing), but the app crash right after the logo appears...
would really love to find a solution to this! so i'll subscribe to this thread, and if anyone has any suggestion, im willing to try pretty much anything!

I also tried installing an older version of Android (4.0.3) and the app instead of just crashing it would hang in the PipBoy logo indefinitely.

Yep, same here. My TF101 was running CyanogenMod 10 and Pip-Boy would crash after the logo. Today I just downgraded to CM 9 and now it hangs on the Pip-Boy logo instead. Must be something with the TF101 that the app really doesn't like ....
