Click to collapse
I don't think this would be possible as wires would need to be re-routed to the top speaker so don't expect something to be possible through software..... just out of plain curiousity are u the kevin from all the hd2 threads.... the kevin who was first to have a tesltra hd2 in the USA....

[Q] HTC One S Microphone issues - How do I Access Service Mode,To Increase Mic Volume

Hi Everyone,
I have been having an issue with my HTC One S Microphone for some time now, people say I am very quiet but if I switch to loudspeaker they can hear me just fine.
I want to find someway of increasing the microphone input volume, effectually making the microphone act like it does in loudspeaker mode during normal calls.
After poking around I have come across the ability to do just this BUT it requires either, a total flash of Cygen Mod or enabling Engineering/Service Mode and using something like MTK Engineering (although I think this is chip specific?).
So can anyone help me either get further with MTK Engineering or indeed another app?
I noticed a similar question was asked here but unanswered, I decided a new post with a slightly more specific question might help.

[Q] question about the engineering menu honor 6

Hello everyone! In the search for specific information is not available, but can anyone have the answer about the increased sensitivity of the earpiece through the engineering menu.
The device is great, but there is such a poser - Order Case "neubivaemaya" LOVE MEI, incidentally featuring thing, but hear me interlocutors become worse, respectively, want to raise the sensitivity.
Hi,
If I understand your worry, you need to increase the volume either in the earplug or in the speaker.
If your phone is rooted, you can edit the /system/etc/audio/codec/ascend_MOGOLIA_ULG_ce.xml file
It deals with all volumes but be careful.
Don't forget to backup the file before changing it.

Increasing stereo speaker volume

Hi guys after struggle I managed to get root on my devices and have recovery know, maybe some of you know me from Xperia z1 forum developed the stereo mod for z1,
My problem is i tuned the phone and I pushed alot of bass to the down speaker through the tfa98 folder in system/etc,
And know I want to significantly want to increase the speaker stereo speakers, but I could not find how or where the files are located,
Do I have to add some RX lines to the speaker path to connect the components in mixerpath.xml?
I appreciate any help and I will give credits after I released my work so plus help me how to increase the volume of the speakers thanks, after this I will port this mod to z2 and after will port to z1

Help, Xperia Z3, speaker does not work, remap speakers in system

Hi, the Sony Xperia Z3 has stereo sound, where the down speaker (right) speaks sound from the media and the speaker from the top (left) speaks media and calls, my Z3 has no sound in the top speaker and I verified that the speaker Is good and the problem is on the board, it is the NXP TFA9890 audio device (left) that does not work and does not replace it. I want to remap the R and L speakers for the sound of the call go to the speaker down (R), I want to invert the output of the speakers in the Android system. The device run Android 6.0.1 rooted. Help me do this please excuse the errors in my english
I think I can make this change in the audio_policy.conf file, but I do not understand how to do it. The audio_policy.conf file is in System/etc
