I have a question: I already flashed it, do I need to wipe the cache and re flash it if I want to apply different features?

You will have to reflash, but I don't think that you have to wipe caches, or re-do any of your previous mods you did the last time.
Sent from my SGH-I727 using xda app-developers app

I actually just flashed it. You can run the script as many times as you want to make adjustments. Clear caches. At least that's what's posted in the thread. For me it went off w/o a hitch. I'm running seanzscreams skyjelly.

[Q] EaglesBlood's 2.3.7 GingerBread For G2X NO DATA!!!!

Is anyone having this issue? I cant find a fix for it, this is really a great rom if not the BEST!!!
Have you tried a hard reboot? Do you have apn's listed?
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium
I'm pretty sure that CM7 2.3.7 has the data fix, but try the DragonG2X kernel, which has the APN fix that the cyanogen team came up with, should hopefully fix your problems. If it doesn't, try a clean install with a full wipe and the kernel, if that doesn't work, you might need a new sim card (small chance of that one making a difference), and if that doesn't work, you have no chance.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1229932
Yes I have tried doing a hard reboot, flashing the rom again and wiping everything and it still has no data. Also i have flashed an older rom and it still has the problem, and I know its not the sim card or my phone because with other roms it works perfectly, its a shame because i really liked that rom.
no i dont have apn's listed
Try the kernel mentioned above.
And put your phone number in settings<call settlings<additional settings
I've seen that fix the apn issue for some.

Sorry for the question but how can I flash a rom? Via clockworkmod, installing from SD card?
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium
I think you mean kernel right? If so, yes, thru cwm like a rom. Wipe cache and dalvik before flashing it the fix permissions before reboot.
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium
Yes that's what I meant hahaha, OK will try it!!!
Sent from my LG-P999 using xda premium
Try this, flash the tmobile recovery first, then boot into the phone. Wipe from settings, privacy, wipe the sdcard box or whatever... let it do its thing, until it reboots after the part when android flys up, pull the battery, then flash clockwork recovery, wipe everything again, then flash what you need, wipe data, pull battery, flash stock tmobile recovery, then hold down volume down and power until it wipes it's own, let it load, then flash back the recovery of your choise if needed... everything should work after this. I notice that if I don't do these steps, my use up memory after flashing any rom is pass 260, but when I do these steps, its at around 160mb

Try installing setcpu and seeing if that fixes it.
Just install it no need to open it.

What do you mean by a fresh install?
Sent from my Nexus S using xda premium
A fresh install means wiping the dalvik cache and factory resetting the phone in recovery mode before flashing the rom. Best use titanium back up if you want to keep your apps

Do you remember doing anything to your phone before the fcs started?

If it always has been like this, you've most likely corrupted the ROM file during download.
Download it again and install it after doing a factory reset & caches wipe.

Thanx bro it worked!!!!

Just flashed this and guess what? Carrier IQ is gone.
Or at least CIQ detector can no longer see it.
Probably gone, I don't think AT&T needs that kind of publicity.
Hows the modem?
nice work cdshepherd! So I'm currently rooted, KK1, with CWM (along with UOT Kitchen systemUI.apk and framework-res.apk mods). So with the zip you created, we can just flash via CWM, wipe, and we're good to go with UCLA3? (i.e., no need to flash back to 2.3.5 stock and re-root, correct?)

Speed tests are good. Getting two bars of LTE in my house now instead of one.
My house is on the edge of LTE coverage and would average 10Mbp/s down.
I'm getting 16Mbp/s now. Not sure if the update had anything to do with it, but on the surface it looks that way.
I get 40+Mbp/s at work, so I'll see if there's an improvement when I go in tomorrow.
Wipedata/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik. Flash away.
My xda app looks a lot different after flashing this

[Q] Difference between Wipe & No Wipe?

Could someone please explain the difference between the two & the pros and cons of one over the other..?
Thanks!
Sent from my SGH-I727R using xda premium
Many roms require that you do a full wipe before you install them. This is because there is some change that was made that would cause issues if you don't wipe. The con of wiping is that all of your data will be deleted off the phone.
You would typically use the wipe version when going from one ROM to another and all data is lost. But when staying with the same ROM and the Dev offers no wipe use that so your data stays intact and you don't have to reinstall and setup everything all over again. You might still need to setup your widgets with no wipe.
Its like wiping your butt....if You don't so it. You'll have some serious problems. Unless You have been instructed not to wipe, its always a good idea to do so.
