Which app or widget is this? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket SGH-I727

I'm trying to find which app or widget this is. Per the screen shot its the lower left where you can drag multiple apps into to avoid clutter. I'd like to add it to my other home screens but can't seem to find the widget for it. The name just says Google but I can't find the app to place additional instances of it.

That is part of the launcher feature. I use Nova and have this option.

Thanks. I actually added Google + and until you drag apps into it, it doesn't have the circular pattern around it so it didn't appear to be the correct app but it actually is. Pretty cool for those wanting to keep the home screen clean

If you use a launcher such as apex (probably nova too), you can drop apps on top of each other to make a folder. In the launcher settings it will even give you the option to change the look of it. Has nothing to do with Google+.

Yea I use apex launcher so ill check it out. I wasn't aware of that function. Thanks

[Q] Any Screenshot Shortcuts in mik_os [LGP500] CM7 6.5.7?

Hi!
I'm new here in xda. Can't post or reply directly on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=946354 to ask.
It is really hard to get the options when you press the power button.

You have to be really precise in timing it or else you'd just lock your screen.
My question is: is there any combination key, shortcuts, widgets or anything that would allow us to access the built-in screenshot app of this rom when necessary (apart from pressing the power/lock button) which normally locks the screen and makes any open app (which by the way intended to be taken a screenshot) force close?
I searched the forum but got no answers. Hope someone could help me out.
Thanks!

? Just long press the power button, the menu will open but not close anything else.
Select screenshot, after ~3seconds a screenshot will be taken.
If your rom is rooted there are apps for screenshots too, i.e. trigger through shake.
and you can still post in the general section even though you're new

Yeah I actually have shootme right now but I was hoping that there's some kind of way it can be accessed aside from the power button.

Gallery using a lot of data?

Why does the gallery use so much data?mines has used almost 100mb since ics update, does anybody know why?
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA App
Hmm, don't really have a clue, but I'm using QuickPic, I disabled the built-in gallery completely.
Yeah the stock 3d gallery app is crap and sucks data. You can use root explorer to delete it then grab quikpic from the market.
Not as fancy as the stock, but great none-the-less.
You probably have the google+ app set to do automatic uploads, go into settings in the G+ app to deactivate this.
No I have upload disabled... I'm not into sharing every pic I take...

Well, you don't really need to delete it, just disable it in the apps if you are using ICS.

Wallpaper

Everytime I try to set a downloaded wallpaper as the background it is cut off on the right side and looks pixalated.
Anyone else have this problem? Any way to make it full screen and to retain picture quaility?

Try simple image wallpaper in the playstore. If you have a non standard launcher wallpapers wont scale correctly.
I just got it yesterday. Haven't done rooted it or anything yet. All stock but I'll try that app. Thanks

When you crop the wallpaper make sure you see all the edges of the cropping tool. It may help.
I see the boarders and make sure everything is in. I tried a few more times and it works right sometimes.

Sorry, didn't I don't knowwhy it posted the same pic so many times.
Sent from my GT-N8013 using xda app-developers app
the resolution must not be correct do the stock wallpaper load correctly go to sites like zedge and try download a wallpaper from there for note and see if it works
This is most probably a problem with the wallpaper resolution or format or may be it is not readable
The stock papers load good all the time. Its my pics and pics I have downloaded. But as you can see the last one worked and so did a few other ones. It took quite a few times though. Weird but at least it does work

Hi everyone,
I just finished the big part of my project: Lama launcher. ( made with StandOut )
Description:
LamaLauncher is a new style of launcher, he run over all other application for quick access to the application you want to run. You can show/hide LamaLauncher with a slide movement on the left side (at top).
The application is in beta, on slow devices (less powerful) it encounters difficulties, i am actualy trying to fix this
.
Screenshots:

I will add lot of options soon ( after my finals ).
If you have suggestions, I take it
PlayStore:
demo: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kornflexx29.lamalauncherdemo
full: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kornflexx29.lamalauncher
Works fine, thanks !
I love it but am unable to hide my apps.

LOL ... naw, that's not my home screen. That's the screen after hitting the top and lower right corners of the phone. Glass is intact. OLED and digitizer, not so much. Just sent it today to Sammy for fixing. Sorry for the threadjack,
There's already a good thread in Themes & Apps for this...just FYI (and possibly better location?)
