The stock browser works more than fine. What's the use of another browser when you have one already, which is good enough for every thing you normally want.

Boat Browser is the best for me...
I like the Dolphin Browser. The stock browser sucks so much, always crashes and sometimes doesn't load sites.
I am currently on Firefox which is not bad either, I will probably go back to Dolphin though.
I removed the stock browser completely with Titanium Backup.
Opera for me!!!

Is it on ICS? Chrome is 4.0+

Just checked online. If you get a 4.0 or higher rom, it'll work like it does on my 4.1 Galaxy Nexus

Chrome will crash on the G2x if you try to select tabs. Unless someone knows some work around? I want to use this browser, but it's useless if I can't switch between tabs.

I agree, dolphin is the way to go unless you really love the stock browser. If you haven't tried any 3rd party browsers, check them out. There's a few good ones out there. You won't look back.
Didnt you create first a backup in Titanium backup?
You can use Dolphin browser.
Alternatively, you can install a new image/firmware into your phone
Maybe resetting to factory setting helps. But as others said Delphin is a very good browser, once you use it you won't use other browsers.
I've tried ICS browser, boat browser, dolphin browser, chrome, and the default browser. So which browser is best or are there better ones

I like Firefox Mobile personally, especially installing Adblock on top of it
I am a fan of dolphin browser mini. though it is not in the market anymore, you can find the .apk file online and just download it and install it from there.
ICS browser works for me...
Either Opera or Chrome for me. Since I use Opera the most I know one of the feature I use a lot that it has is 'find on page'
Firefox nightly with adblock and Sync

Personally I use maxthon for searching and ics+ for downloading

I'm using chrome only because it syncs so nicely with my desktop where I also use chrome. I actually like dolphin better but for some reason I can't get it to sync my bookmarks even though I have them linked to my Google account.

I've got a Nook, but maybe it isn't about the tablet, maybe it's about the mod.

Table Browser?
For a file browser I'd recommend ES File Explorer.
For an internet browser I'd recommend Google Chrome. But you might have to root your device to get Chrome to install.
Chrome has been crashing on me, so I brief Boat browser and its pretty fast and stable.
Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD
Chalk up another vote for Dolphin Browser for a tablet. I find it to be way faster than Chrome and just a little bit quicker than the regular Browser.apk from AOSP Android. It really feels a lot peppier than Chrome on my AOKP Nexus 7.
