Hi all,
I flashed the EMEA- DE Rom from
global-download.acer.com (sorry can't post a link, because system won't let me)
Everything seemed to be okay during flashing, but know the tab doesn't boot to system, it just hangs at the 'iconia tab' logo. The problem is that CWM was replaced by stock recovery and the bootloader is also locked again.
Can anyone help me with my problem to get a running system again or is the only solution to send it to the acer support?
EDIT: I think I solved the problem myself, I just had to do a factory reset and know it boots to system and everything seems to work

Hi all,
not sure why this predicament is happening to me, but currently I can't push any custom rom to my photon Q...
0. I installed a millions of ROMs and know how to do and using TWRP 2.6
1. Yesterday I experienced several File I/O errors during installing Pac-man ROM.
2. after TWRP full format, Installation was okay and it was also bootable, you can set up your phone just like everyday, but you cannot reboot... stuck in the moto logo everytime you reboot, and I had to RSD/FXZ restore :crying:
3. Nothing can bring this phone back with TWRP, Only RSD / FXZ restore can save the situation...
4. a stock ROM of FXZ seems okay and normally reboot, but I went back to #2, but in vain...
Any clue? My phone's flash simply borked?

yes,i have the same problem,i try a lot times.
use cwmrecovery,it will solve all
Try CWM or Open Recovery. Try also installing custom rom from internal storage.
Thanks for the input, but neither CWM nor open recovery helped a lot after each tests, unfortunately exactly the same problem.
Only the first boot was possible with the first custom ROM right after RSD recovery.
This is extremely weird and I don't understand what this situation means.
Stock ROM looks okay since I can restore from the TWRP backup, but no other roms were recoverable from my last backups none the less flesh installation... stuck in the red moto logo, not even in the boot screen...

Try to remove sdcard and see if phone boots normaly without it.
What is "twrp full format"?
Thanks,
suddenly all got back to normal. I simply don't know what happened and what I have missed. maybe I have been too jittery to wait for a boot time ?
If anyone happened to have experienced any of my symptom, just wait for another min to diagnose something !
BTW, when I refer to 'twrp full format', I meant there was a format menu inside TWRP wipe section.
It looks like a bigger problem, I updated my xoom MZ601 and installed the 4.2.2 Omnirom and at first it worked - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2593414
Then I installed some apps and after half an hour my xoom crashed and now it's stuck in a boot loop. Installing the rom again does not work, any other rom too - always a boot loop.
Allright, I thought, let's do a full reset and use adb and fastboot to install the original software and firmware in my xoom. (the link is german, but it works and yes, i have the right files) http://www.android-hilfe.de/root-ha...al-firmware-einspielen-softbrick-loesung.html
My problem now is: intalling the original files does not may any difference. I still have the teamwin recovery mode, still the omni logo and still a boot loop - even istalling the original firmware looked like it worked. No errors, right files...
Have no idea at the moment what do to, help would be great!
Problem still there - really need help

I was recently flashing a rom on my rooted Verizon S5 via Safestrap on one ROM slot. I flashed the rom then downloaded the 0A8 kernel. Upon bootup, the phone was stuck on a boot loop, but I can get into recovery and download mode. I have already tried to factory reset the phone via recovery and I have also tried to put on the stock kernel again. Both were unable to resolve the issue. I have a fulll nandroid backup so wiping anything would not be an issue, but is there any way to solve this problem?
Also, when the phone boots up, it stays on the S5 boot screen and you will hear the boot sound but it will remain at that screen for an infinite amount of time. Can anyone help?
Thanks

So I was trying to put a rom on my oneplus ... and I wiped everything and did a system partition wipe thingy because I thought it was needed. After all this I completely forgot to install the rom ( idk how was preoccupied ) and I rebooted it with no OS installed. I can't get into my recovery anymore, and I cannot boot into fastboot. I really hope someone here can help me out because I need this phone badly!
Thanks for the help!
Fixed this problem ... didn't mean to have a annoyance post ... but thank god for these forums.
How you solved it? Was the recovery/fastboot really not accessable?
I solved it by using the one plus recovery tool which installed cm11 onto my phone. And no, I wasn't able to access the fastboot or get into recovery mode.
I rooted my device. Everything's all good.
I flashed a rom (xposed framework) using Flashify.
My phone started going crazy after the reboot.
Now I'm stuck in the samsung logo screen.
I need help.
I dont have TWRP Recovery or anything else. My recovery is still the Android Recovery.
I have tried wipe cache and wipe/factory reset. Nothing works after rebooting.
My option right now is downloading a stock ROM and installing it via Odin.
Problem is, I don't know if my phone is region locked and I cannot find my region/country stock ROM.
So I'm going to assume any of them will work as long as it has the same android and build version as my phone.
I cannot access my phone.
Only able to go into recovery and download mode. A normal boot will just stay stuck on the samsung logo screen for hours.
Any help is appreciated. I am very new to this, please help me.
