It all started all of a sudden.
Every time I reboot my device it erases everything from the internal memory. Even if I try to transfer a file from the computer to the device, after I unplug the device, the file I just transferred is not there.
The most annoying thing is that it even erases the play store.
I tried flashing different stock firmwares, CM roms, hard reset and wiping everything without any luck.
Please help me.

I used the search option and did everything I wrote above, nothing helped and this is why I am asking.
Try searching for pseudo reset problem!!!
I had same issue with my i9003 .. moving to another ROM solved the issue

I have recently rooted and installed Android Revolution on my wife's inspire.
However I just realized that i am unable to download from the market any apps. All I get is 2 secs of the downloading arrow before it disappears and i am prompted to
download again. I have tried clearing data in the market app and rebooting to no avail. Internet works as does browsing the market.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Edit, tried over wifi, tried an older version of the market app and still no luck.
Re-install the Rom, ensuring you clear the Delvik and wipe everything before install.

2. When was the last time it worked? Ever? Are you sure market sees your account and you are logged in?
3. Have you tried going to market on a PC and pushing an app to the phone? Does the app push when you do?

No error messages, power cycling the phone has not helped.

since flashing I'm not sure if it has worked. I am logged in, and can see apps under my apps. Anything I have attempted to dl is listed there, but is not listed as installed.

Hve you checked your APN settings? Ensure that they are correct. Do A Search and you will find them.
Try and wipe the cache.

Flashing the rom was supposed to be the first thing you did.

what if it doesnt work?
i just flashed honeysense 2.1 today at first all my old apps did reload except for a select few so when they didnt i tried reloading them from marketplace and said try again. Ive spent all day reflashing the rom flashing other roms recovering on prior roms that were working flawlessly. ive ran searches and tried everything that i read. i am very new to the whole rooting and flashing but this is my 4th or 5th flash and everyone before i had absolutely no problems except for deciding which i liked more. any help is appreciated. thanks in advance!
I rooted my gf phone and flashed a new rom. Now I am trying to go back to stock but CWM won't mount her SD card and USB storage and WIFI won't work! Anyone out there know what is going on? I know about the file you have to delete on .android_secure but I can find it even on a computer!

Mmm, many questions...
Do you try full wipe/factory reset before installing new room?
Are you using a kustom kernel? If yes, try to reflash it. Customs kernels also includes CWM Recovery.

Well. This is the first custom room you installed? If not, probably is a room bug, or the compatibility with your phone is not 100% funtionally.
If yes, perhaps the root is not correct. Why you dont try to re-root your phone?
Or try with another room and tested.
If still not working, dont worry, we will solve it!
Try BH's back to stock one click.
I'm curious what ROM you are using? Go to settings - about phone and it will tell you the name.
It was the ICBINB rom I believe.

I have rooted phones and installed roms but this is the first time I work on this phone. I rooted it a while back and barely flashed a rom on it. I pressed the recommended setting on it not custom.

As Jigglynuts mentioned previously, go grab bhundven's one-click from the development section. The 3rd one listed in that post is KJ6 (GB), has CWM & it's rooted. All you need to run it is to have Java installed on your machine.

i got this phone yesterday and i'm not new to android or custom roms. but i derped pretty hard and stopped at step 7b of this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1223765
and it would mount the sd card, but i noticed i didn't finish so i did the other steps and i've been able to flash roms, this program can also return you to stock i believe (some one else should confirm, or you can read about it in the wiki)
so if nothing else works you should try it.

I fuond a bug (I'm not so sure it is a bug) in Gingerbread: my P920 stays on my bed and suddenly my phone play music... I don't lauch a music app (stock music app, or PowerAmp). I don't think this is normal

Ok we need more info about your phone, if you are on official ROM or a custom ROM
and what applications you use.
You could try rooting your phone if its not already rooted and install CWM .
After you install cwm take a backup and factory reset your phone.
Try it without any 3rd party apps for a day and see if it still "plays music on its own".
You could also try a v21E based Custom ROM and check if your phone still does that..
The problen is maybe with some app that you have installed.In the app manager look what applications are working in the background and you will find a cause of you problem...

I use stock 21e and is rooted... For back up and factory reset - don't try yet because I hope there's another way fix this problem, but I will try it. Thanks for help!

Did you have earphones plugged in at the time?
If you're cable is somewhat loose, it sometimes begins playing music as it does so by default when you plug in earphones.
For that there's an app: DisableAutoPlay which I used when getting that auto play.
Hey guys how going all... I got a problem at My Infuse from two or three days ago... I made a backup of my ROM on CWM... When I finished, and was turned on my cel again it taked a long time (More than 3 hours) to get the network... Now when I restart it, do the same... I need to wait these time arround 2 or 3 hours to use it (to call, use internet, etc)... Whats the matter? Help Me please... And sorry for my English I'm Dominican... try this: delete the backup, it is causing a problem
You said you made backup with CWM,did you use Rom Manager? If so, that is most likely the problem, Rom Manager does not play well with the Infuse.
Wipe data, cache, and dalvik - reboot.
Should be good to go.

First, try flashing a new modem: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1508353 If that does not work go to system settings > Backup and Reset and do a factory reset.

Hey Bro I'm sorry for the delay ... All parameters of the APN are well ... I already tried changing the modem and nothing ... I tried returning the phone as it came from the factory and nothing ... And now I realized what I explain in the image ... The phone does not pick up signal but if the operator enters the system appear even me TOOLS KIT SIM ... Anything else I can do???

I got a big problem and only you guys can help me.
My phone is gt-i9003 is work just fine, but when I restart it, all applications, numbers and everything I've installed are gone.
For example if I downloaded an app from Google play it okay and works ,but after I shut down the phone and restart it, the icon still there but the application have been deleted. And also the time of the phone changed.

I remember some people had a hardware problem related to the internal sdcard, in which all data is saved. I think there was a workaround to that issue that made the external sdcard work like if it was the internal one and so no data was lost. Look for it in the forum.
