Hello everyone
Today im showing you how to make the Galaxy SIII lockscreen for Android Gingerbread 2.3X
I recommend doing this on a Samsung device!
What you need is:
- 7zip
- Framework-res.apk (From your device!)
- The .png's (I have them for you only In MDPI)
Step1
- Open Framework-res.apk with 7zip
- Go to the Res folder and then go to The Drawable MDPI Or ldpi or hdpi depending on your phone!
Step2
- Download the File
- Now open the .zip file and open the .png's folder inside of the .zip file!
Step3
- When you have al the .png's Ready Copy and Paste them in the Framework.res.apk Res/MDPI/LDPI/HDPI folder (Depending on your phone)
Step4
- When you are done with that close the .zip file with the .png's and also close 7zip.
- Now Copy the framework-res.apk to your phone!
Step5
- Open root explorer and go to /sdcard and move framework-res.apk to /system/framework!
- Now (NO PANIC!) your phone should be giving Force Closes that's normal Just wait (If everything went fine your screen goes black and it should be starting up)
NOTE: If it keeps force closing than reboot your phone by yourself!

Good morning ladies and gentlemen after a long month of exams i back with an awesome tutorial [how to change Hover icon]
first of all i will assume that you know how to recompile and decompile - if not look for tutorial "how to use apk kitchen "
note : before anything take a backup you know stuff happens
1- you will need to extract framework-res.apk from (System/framework) from your own Rom
2- do some decompile magic
3- then navigate to (res/ drawable-xhdpi) in output file "will be various depend on the kitchen you use "
4 copy these files "which in picture " to another empty file to work freely

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
5- now we are talking :
every file have an icon which appears in different places eg. (tw_pointer_spot_hovering_spen_cursor_dark.png appears when you hovering pen on a text
and so on
- tw_pointer_scroll_hovering_spen_pointer01_dark.png is for scrolling up with the pen
and here a picture to sum up the hovers :
6- use any image editor ( i prefer Photoshop )
7- open the icon that you like to change with PS
8- then edit or change it with one you like and save it with ".png" extension
9- say yes to replace the modified file with the new one
10- then put the file that you had changed to ( output file /res/ drawable-xhdpi )
11- finally recompile
12- push it to (System/framework) on your phone or ROM and change permission to rw-r-r
-- or -- use majdinji temple zip
and have fun

thanks bro
easy to do^^
FIRST OF ALL BACKUP YOU ROM JUST IN CASE ANYTHING WENT WRONG
this is how to enable the ASOP lock screen on stock 4.1.1 xperia rom
ONLY TESTED ON XPERIA E DUAL
( IT SHOULD WORK ON XPERIA E OR ANY MDPI XPERIA)

this is a noob friendly guide you wont need to decompile and recompile any apks
First:
add this font to "system\fonts" and replace
this is the clock font it won't affect anything on your rom
Second:
Extract framework-res.apk from "system\framework"
third:
open framework-res.apk with winrar and put the continents of res.rar inside framework-res.apk
fourth:
this step is very important if you do it wrong you will end up with a boot loop
copy the modified framework-res.apk to your SDcard
then copy it to "system\"
then change Permissions to rw- r-- r--
then cut it to "system\framework" and replace
if your system instantly reboots while copying framework-res.apk then you did something wrong and you will end up with a boot loop
if not then everything is alright and all you have to do is reboot your device and vowala you have the ASOP Lockscreen
change log:
increased clock size to 120dip
removed am/pm
changed some icons (missed call, download, upload, charging, low battery, alarm, text selection handle, ...) to ASOP
if you don't want the icons simply don't insert the "drawaple-mdpi" folder to your framework-res.apk

file are in the discription

Smart cover has background image which can be changed at will, only you have to know where it is... and be rooted... It takes me quite long time and many efforts to find it out... So, I will share this knowledge with you.

In fact there are TWO images: one to show normally without any action and second to show when there is incoming call to take. Originally this is the same image in two places. It has resolution 561 x 1061
To change background image you need to:
- Prepare your own picture with given resolution and rename it as needed (details below)
- Go to /system/priv-app folder and find adequate .app file (details later) using e.g X-plore, Total Commander or Root Explorer
- Copy .app in edition to PC and open it with e.g 7zip.
- Navigate (inside opened .app ) to folder with original background image
- Copy your prepared picture into opened folder, agree to exchange files and close 7zip.
- In /system/priv-app folder rename original xxxx.app to xxxx.app.bak and copy there your prepared .app
- Set .app permissions to 644
- Reboot & enjoy your own background image in Cover window
Now details about files
1. Background image which is normally visible lies within /system/priv-app/Keyguard.apk in folder /res/drawable-sw420dp-400dpi-v13/cover_clock_background.jpg. Originally it is .JPG file
2. Background image for incoming call lies in /system/priv-app/InCallUI.apk in folder /res/drawable-sw480dp-400dpi-v13/cover_bg.png and originally it is .PNG file
.
