nice work this is usefull if we want to return to fully stock phone if you running stock rom with cwm. no need to flash complete rom

Hi. I have a S3 LTE Gt-I9305 Will these Recovery and Kenel work for my phone and if so what is best to flash first the Kernel or the Recovery?.

Doesn't matter in This case

These task were better done by mobile odin and no need the separate recovery and kernel. Run mobile odin, touched on the kernel field and selected the full rom file here. Then touched on the recovery field and selected the rom file here. Mobile odin will extract the kernel and recovery data on it. Touched flesh firmware. Once completed, the stock kernel and recovery were installed. This operations all done by phone, no need to use pc.
Send via i9505 using XDA premium,
ROM: PYRANA 1.3 Lite,
Kernel: adam 1.32, Phil 5.06.0 CWM,
superSU Pro 1.30, 64GB exFAT Card

Links just downloads "downloadmanager_setup.exe" ?
Guess im being thick I know they put the links in obscure places but for the life of me i can only find ilivid or download manager.
any1 point me in the right direction please.

Just read the instructions for deposit files
Download file in browser .
But as the links are a year old they may have been deleted .

Recovery file is only 5.46 MB !...is it correct?

Where and what link did you click to download the files? All I get is download manager.

[Q] need help getting .tar file for odin (n8013)

my wifi here sucks, so I cant download the stock firmware for the n8013. the file is too big. however, it is my understanding that all I need is the .tar file to flash the stock firmware via odin. Im trying to unbrick my device and im told this is how to do it.. Since I cant download the whole file, and im told all I need is the .tar file, could someone post that file to here? itd be greatly appreciated.

The whole file IS the .tar file.

There are more than one stock firmwares for your model, so i don' t think anyone will be able to help you with that request.
Furthermore, why do you think you will have an easier time downloading the same file from this forum instead of the original place?
All you need to do is Download the correct file, from samfirmware.com, on your PC and use Odin to flash it to your tablet/note.
It's useless, IMHO, to Download it on your tablet because you will still need to transfer it to your PC to use it...
(You can register a free account on samfirmware to be able to download)

GT-i9003 Flashed with .PIT and the phone won't start.please help me!

I'm from India and have a Galaxy S GT-i9003 and I decided to flash to DDLF2 (2.3.6) firmware.
I chose to follow these instructions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1004622
I downloaded Odin and all the relevant files but I stupidly failed to read ahead and flashed with the .PIT file when it was unnecessary.
I then tried to flash with the I9003DDLF2_I9003ODDLF2_INU.tar.md5 file in the PDA slot with Repartition unchecked.
My phone will not start, it just loops through the startup screens.
What is the best thing for me to do now? I still want to flash to DDLF2.

Hello I have a question if anyone can provide a srock rom or tar so i can flash it over odin
My Tablet SCH-i905U US Cellular is semi brick the only way that i can go as far is to download mode if any one have the tar or how un Brick i be highly appreciated..

I finally flashed a recovery but now i need any tar compatible to this device some said that verizon is good choice but which rom and where to look at?
