Can anyone give me the more simple steps about how to install the supercharge v6 scripts?
I have follow all the thing but the script manager only show supercharge level :50% so how to get 100%? Is that need to patch the service.jar ? Because it was so confused me.:what:

Any chance something like this would do anything for our phone?

It should I've been using it.
did you notice any difference?
If you use it you have to delete any init.d ram tweaks, because it will conflict.
I am not responsible for any damage to your phone, marriage, sex life, etc. as a result of installing this mod.
This is just a simple compilation I put together that installs 3 ROM tweaks that I find myself always using whenever I flash a new ROM.
Included Modifications:
Galaxy S II Startup/Shutdown Animations w/ Sound by Jay Aristide
Fix Permissions Script by crackpot
Improved SD Card Icon for Status Bar. I couldn't find the original thread or author, so if you find it, please let me know so I can give credit.
Installation
Put ROMTweaks_Signed.zip on your sdcard.
Flash with CWM.
Enjoy!

It has worked with every Gingerbread ROM I have used on my phone, which is all of them, except for Audiophile series, but it would work no doubt.
You screwed up my marriage and sex life. I hate you. AHAHA.

The fix perms script. I'm assuming that replaces the one in cwm, and is ran from cwm recovery?

Nah its intended to be used via a terminal emulator while the phone is running. Original script is on XDA somewhere.

works for me, ty, I'm happy to have anything other than the damn pink startup screen.
When a dev says their kernel has init.d support, what exactly does that mean? I've been told if the kernel doesn't support it you can load the script in script manager and tell it to run as root and run at boot.

Yes I know what it is but when they say, init.d support what does that mean, support. If they don't support init.d can't I still put a script there tell it to run at boot. So if they don't support it would doing that not work?

With init.d support, you don't have to make Script Manager manually start all scripts on startup. Script Manager takes the place of init.d for those that don't support it, but that's still another program running in the background.

Does script manager have to stay running after it has executed the scripts?

Not quite sure. I know if you set it to run at boot, there will be a message at startup saying "script manager has been granted superuser permissions".

No. It actually ends the process on its own afterward.

In my experience loopy smoothness needs to be run at boot while v6 supercharger does not. It doesn't seem to take hold otherwise. I could of course be wrong.

I have searched & searched for a compatible battery percentage mod for my current phone setup which is:
- Entropy's Daily Driver kernel
- Red CWM recovery
- Rooted
- Deodexed
- Zipaligned
- Busybox
- AT&T and other bloatware removed
- Scrolling wallpaper fix
- CRT off animation
- 8 lock screens
- Extended power menu
- Accurate battery mod
I've installed numerous .zip packages with my included CWM recovery already but can't seem to find one. A lock screen with camera toggle would be great too. I apologize if I come off as a bit of a newb but I only have my phone to search forums by with NO luck or I would have never posted this. Thanks for ur time.

I'm confused as to how this script is installed. I downloaded rc11 of this script. Is it flashed via recovery after flashing ics ROM? I keep seeing su but not sure what this is. If someone can help point me in the right direction that would be great.
Thank you

You don't flash it. You need an app like Script Manager, and you run it from there

Check out the v6 supercharger thread first if you have any questions...but basically just run an app like script manager and run the script w/root permissions.
