Well, facing another problem.
I wanted to perform factory reset, so i reflashed stock recovery.
Flash was "probably" fine, no error in Windows.
I reboot device.
Then i power off to reboot to recovery with power & Vol up
And now, i'm stuck on a black screen, nothing appears, no recovery.
I try to switch off, long press power, working, but every time i try to power on now, black screen.
Help...
Hello,
Boot in recovery and wait 5/6 minutes in black screen.
I Have the same problem and after 6 min the recovery is ready. After you can reboot your phone With recovery's menu.
Sorry for my bad English.
Thanks
Finally, my phone booted in stock recovery, after 5 minutes, as you said
PS : Je suis Français, donc la prochaine fois, si j'ai besoin d'aide, je t'enverrai un mp. Merci :good:
I think it's rare that a phone can truly be bricked these days.
I have a big problem with my galaxy S8 plus, at the beginning I had a problem with the bootload after having made the last update, my phone reboot constantly (bootloops), then I flashed it with Odin, and I get another problem, after the flash the systems update stops at 32% ===== erasing then it restarts again, I even tried the PIT flash method it does not work

S8+ has at least two major variants,
Qualcomm and Exynos.
Might be helpful if you can advise of your model number and also which version of Odin and which Samsung firmware you're trying to flash

When Odin is done flashing a firmware on the S8 or S8+, it will always boot the phone into recovery, install the update to 32%, say "Erasing", then reboot like normal. After that, it should boot straight into Android. If you are having problems with it not booting into Android, it sounds like there is a bigger problem.
man i think ur battery is discharged charge it overnight after flashing....will work surely
try to boot into recovery and wipe there then turn off then download mode, flash again and see what happened, if still happens force power off then turn on and see if still goes into bootloop
Sorry for bumping but did you found a fix? I'm having the same issue.
Whoops, I was impacient. A wipe fixed this.
Hello, the same thing happened to me and I solved it this way:
Flash firmware with odin when restarting will get stuck in 32% and error will go out, enter the native recovery and make wipe data factory reset and then restart the phone. When you turn it on again, the screen may freeze, you just have to force the restart. That worked for me, I hope it works for them.

I have the same issue. Flashed firmware with ODIN. Rebooted phone got to 32% update then erasing then just stuck on the samsung logo. Pressed volume up and home cannot get into recovery mode to factory reset or wipe cache. Rebooted again with volume down and power of and home button. Now the blue light is on and the go back and two boxes buttons on. Any can resolve? cheers

Thanks to alfredobalan for the hint.
This is how i resolved it for my Samsung Note8.
Connect phone to charger.
Now press and hold volume down, bixby and power button at same time.
Release after u see a blank screen.
Now phone will start displaying charging percent circle.
Now u can remove the phone from charger.
Now press volume up, bixby and power button at same time.
Phone will reboot, leave power button but keep holding other 2 buttons.
After you see android/system update installing screen, leave these 2 buttons
Wait for few seconds and phone will show no update and then will show recovery menu.
with volume keys go to "wipe cache" and press power key.
after that select "wipe data/reset" and press power key.
after that select reboot phone and press power key
now phone will go to Samsung logo screen and you may think that it is again stuck in bootloop
But no, wait for some time->for me it was less than 4-5 min
and you will see the installing apps and other messages on screen

The only way what solved the problem for me: Start ODIN as system administrator. I still received the system update and erase screens, but after a half minute the tablet started normally ith "optimizing apps" screen. Hope it will help anybody if nothing above.

assuming you want to boot to usb just hold volume down and press the power button but dont hold the power button and keep holding volume down until the surface logo appears. then select the keyboard layout and click troubleshoot and reset this pc. if it asks for a recovery key just press skip this drive then select the os you want to reset and click repartition these drives. then click on either just remove my files or fully clean the drive. now click reset and wait till it reboots. if it asks to clear the tpm just press f12 or volume up
I have been trying to bypass this FRP lock on Galaxy J7 Star J737T. I have not been successful with any of the YouTube videos nor Google search. I was going to flash the Combination Files and/or firmware via Odin to see if that would at least work. However, I cannot because it is not allowing me to put the phone into download mode. I hold vol. down and power and home and it comes to the Samsung logo and if I keep holding than it will just restart to the Samsung logo and if I release than it will just boot up the phone to the screen to click start and at the bottom of that screen is emergency.
Any suggestions please?
Thanks!!
Bump:
Anyone?
Hey, I still have not received any replies...
Recovery mode
I believe it's vol up home and power and volume down would be cusom os . I myself have a j7 pro I would love to unlock trp. Conecta cable usb a PC, luego presiona botones de volumen abajo + boton home y conecta cable usb a tu telefono, y automaticamente te mostrara el modo descarga

Ok. I have a fix for this. You can find this fix at youth Galaxy .com. Also you will be using the phone that locked. There is a back door right on the connection page where you sign on wifi . But if you haven't unlocked it yet check this page when you have WiFi and can connect the FRP locked phone. Then if you have any questions let me know and I can guide you thru the stages. This fix and yes it's a fix not a bypass. You will be back in full functions.
For the Samsung Galaxy J7 Star T-Mobile version:
- To enter download mode: Power off your phone, connect USB cable to PC only on one end (not to your phone), then press volume down AND home button at the same time, and while holding both down, connect USB cable to your phone.
- To enter recovery mode: Power off your phone, then press volume up, home, and power button at the same time. Continue to hold past the Galaxy J7 Star logo until you get to the recovery screen, then let go of all buttons.

I have the same issue:
OEM unlocked, USB- debug allowed, but didn't get into it.
Power on + Vol up, Power on + Vol down, Power on + Vol up and down...:
No chance to get into fastboot or recovery.
Did Samsung closed this door in some way?

Hi I lost the password despite that the oem is active
This is the solution that worked for me when I could not go to recocery ... as simple as a factory reset from the settings, after that try to enter the recovery with the buttons on the phone. A greeting
(I do not know English but I wanted to help)
fixed
