Virtual pool is pretty good but I don't know about pocket frogs
Stick cricket and tennis are spot on!
Granny Smith is rather good. Im also playing Virtua Tennis which is decent
Although this is a great note, I am really pissed that some of the games are really pixelated and unclear I wish there was a way we could make display or resolution smaller
for games
To name about 1/2 of the games I have installed...
Angry Birds - love it on 10" of screen
aTilt 3D Labyrinth - Reminds of the real ones I had as a kid. lol, I never could make it to the end though back then!
3D Bowling - better bowling on a tablet than I am IRL If I only had an S-Pen to guide my aim in real bowling.
Crystal Defenders - life long Final Fantasy fan...
Dark Meadow - THIS perhaps is the most fun I've had on a game for a tablet.
Dead Trigger - Really is amazing what a tablet can do and I play with a PS3 controller
Eve of The Genesis - Had gotten this originally for my Epic4G but never played it. Started playing it on my tablet!
Fruit Ninja - Slicing fruit with an stylus sword! :victory:
NFS Hot Pursuit - not as good as the real game on my computer, but still looks good on the tablet.
Mass Effect Infiltrator - it was 25 cents, how could I say no? Looks good, plays well.
Monopoly - forget setting up the real board, this is the future right here!
Pac Man Championship - Sort of reminds me of the pac man arcade tables from my childhood. S-Pac-Man!
Peggle - S-Peggle!
Pinball Pro - not much to say here. it's pinball.
Pool Master - with realistic s-cue!
Quell Reflect - was free on Amazon. Puzzle game that's easy to play with the s-pen
Scrabble - had it since my Epic4G. Still works.
Shadowgun - It was free, compliments of my Galaxy SIII so I loaded it on to my tablet. Much better than playing it on the phone!
Sonic 4 Ep2 - It was free on the Samsung store. Retro gaming... Not my favorite, but it looks good graphically!
Symphony of Eternity - old school RPG that like EotG, looks good and plays decently.
Temple Run - I've heard of other devices getting lag playing this. It's lagless on the note. Decent repetitve time burner.
TurboFly - Had a pay for version for 2 years still works. There's a full free version on the Samsung store. Wipeout/FZero clone. Worth getting.
Virtua Tennis - It was free on the Samsung store. Not really a tennis fan, but still worth grabbing imo.
WIsh my gameloft games worked on the tablet, but they don't, and they refuse to assist me, so I don't buy from them anymore. Would be another 13 games I'd have to list.
some of mine:
bad piggie
angry birds space
agent dash
age of zombies
air attack hd
cytus (best music game ever!)
dead space
mass effect
eternity warriors 2
cut the rope experiments
fantasy defend
fifa12
Frontline commando
GTA3
hot persuit
judge dredd (best free 3rd person shooting game for me)
max payne
minecraft
niva
riptide
seven stars 3d
to-fu hd
Nova 3, n64oid, asphalt because it was .25c, then the basic chess, checkers, glow hockey, ping pong...
The first two are awesome and asphalt was kinda disappointing

I have many games on my tablet and most of them work well. Zapix, you have my style so you have many of the games I have; except dark meadow... It's free so I got it,
If I had to select 5 of my favourite games:
Granny Smith: It was on sale the other day
Spirit HD: Neat game, real addictive and works better with the pen than with the finger
World of Goo
ME Infiltrator
Tile Storm HD
JetPack Joyride: This requires special mention so I'll create a separate thread for this

lol, I've probably used my Note 10.1 (that I got in late August) for gaming more than I used my PSP that I got in 2007. Since I paired up PS3 controller, it's so much more fun to play games like Dead Trigger. Come to think of it, with the controller, and the adapter for HDMI out... Hmm. Nah, I'll leave my tablet gaming for tablet gaming, and consoles for the TV. Phosphor should make a Kinect version of Dark Meadow though. >.> Although I guess it would be best done on the Wii/WiiU
and now realizing I never put my NES/SNES roms on the tablet. >.>

I may do that one of these days, especially if I were to pick up a 64gb card for it.
Then again, I would technically be better off playing PS1/PS2 games on my PS3 (80gb fat) on my tv...

Omg dude I love the choices, can you please add some more options .
Just got a ps3 controller, currently playing N.O.V.A. 3, GTA3, Dead Trigger,Dark Knight, Bards Tale, SNes, Fpse, etc.. also smaller games like angry birds, cut the rope, granny smith, Drawable, and so on. I wish I could play MC3 and O&C but nooo.
Sixaxis kicks ass! Although I have issues with Dead Trigger and GTA. If someone have a flawless touch profile for DT I'd appreciate it, the only thing wrong with GTA is that if I press L2 or R2 the controller no longer works, could be bug but other than that Everything works flawlessly.

lol, yep it all works, Not something one expects since we're all so used to games having only touch controls. Seeing they can make native controls... Doesn't that make you wish they did that more often? xD
I just recently got Shadowgun, but really haven't played it, and I never did check if there are native controls... It's also by Madfinger though, so I'm guessing there probably are. Need more games with native controller settings!
Not sure how much if a difference it makes (I've run it on both and haven't seen any) , but if you're rooted, you can also run a little tweak to up the graphic settings from HIGH to ULTRA. I don't think I've seen any difference, but figured I'd mention it.
Here's a site explaining it.

Oh I already set graphics to ultra but thanks. But yes definitely need more games that support controllers nova would be great, I learned how to set it with the SNES emulator just a few mins ago, next I'll search to do that with fpse if its possible. its been proven that nexus one has multitouch problems so it doesnt matter what games. Games that have a joystick and action button on the bottom will not work with multitouch on the nexus one. Maybe if one is on the bottom and on at the top they would work
I'm playing at Heavy Gunner 3d actually, it have both controls at bottom of the screen and they work very well togheter on froyo, probably it was a broblem on Eclair. i've never found problems on gameloft games too (excluding optimization)
Asphalt is a money racing game.

perhaps because it's been only what a week? they need time to develop games for the android.
I'd like to see an MMO on android.
Iphone has some great games and I can't seem to find any good ones on Android. Yeah, I have some fun small-type games, but I'm looking for a game that I can play for hours and not get bored. I love COD: Zombies on the Iphone, and I wish they had it on Android. A game like that, it doesn't have to be related to that, but a game that you can play for a while, use strategy, and have a ton of fun
Anyway, suggestions would be really helpful.
Thanks!
You should take a look at the gameloft games. They have some great games. Personally I would recommend Nova, its a great action game that's addicting!

Spectral Souls is nice, kind of spendy (14.99) but I love it, although I am RPG fan though
Gangstar: Miami Vindication is a pretty sweet game, I also love Tank Hero if you're after freebies.
Pocket Legends is a decent little Smartphone MMO. It's free, but eventually if you want to do some serious leveling up, you'll want to buy some new levels to broaden the experience. It's like a cross between World of Warcraft and Guild Wars, just on your phone. If you have a tiered data plan, I'd recommend only playing via Wi-Fi. The game stores your character info server-side, so if you wipe your phone, you can just re-download, log back in, and pick up where you left off.
Robo Defense is a good tower-defender if you're into those types of games. I believe it's $3 in the Market.
There's some great games from Gamevil in the Market called Zenonia and Zenonia 2. They pay homage to the Zelda games back in the heyday of the Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance, as it's mostly a 2D sprite-based experience. Gamevil also makes Illusia, which is more of a side-scroller than a top-down perspective viewpoint. They do run $5 each in the Market. You can try the free versions of Zenonia and Zenonia 2 to see if they're worth your hard earned cash.

As long as you can sideload or install non market apps, Gameloft games are the best IMHO. Not for quick games (My favorite, right now are Radiant HD,Reckless Racing, Gorilla Bob,Galcon.)but for when I have a bit more time. I have bought most of them, but right now I have installed Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus HD and Brothers in Arms :Global Front. I have backups of others and I have really enjoyed them all.

Yeah I rooted my phone so I can sideload apps. I was looking at Modern Combat 2, Modern Combat, and Hero of Sparta. Are they any good? I don't have a trackpad, so is it still easy to control with a virtual analog stick?
If you're into sporty games, Real Football is the best soccer game I have played. Much better controls IMO than FIFA 10.

Yeah they work great I own all those games and they are fun.Not quite as smooth as an iphone 4 but the size of the screen makes up for it IMHO.
What are you wasting hours playing on your TF?
Hands down, Gun Bros. Great looking game on the TF, runs smooth and the controls are snappy.
I love Robo defense on my Evo but it's just not the same on the TF, even the HD version so it's my phone game of choice.
I'm looking for other tower defense or starcraft style games if anyone has suggestions. Hope to have warcraft one working using aDosbox emulator. =]
Probably a bit too boring for some but I like WordFeud!
Besides, since I don't have much time, WordFeud works really well.
just installes crystal defender. not hd but since I like towe defense game so it's cool. games from hexage.net like radiant hd, robotek hd, etc are also lovely. last but not least I love gameboid emulator, runs almost all popular gba game flawlessly
Definitely Plants vs Zombies HD. Look up the apk on Google. Or Paradise Island. Both are pretty addicting

+1 to Battleheart....great game and well worth the money! I got nervous after doing the manual update to 3.1 and the game ran into issues (loading). Great to see the developer was quick with the update to fix the issue, back to my 6+ hour game.
+1 Paradise Island...was a great game at first now it is starting to become kind of a chore. I have filled up my allotted land and have 3 levels to go until the next section is unlocked for purchase.
Robotek, Brain Cube HD, Plants vs. Zombies HD (even though I have beat it 3x on other platforms), and Nano Panda.
All those game look amazing on a Tablet.

It's a fantastic RTS game, albeit a little basic upon first or second try. Once you really get into it, there's a ton of strategy. Not to mention it looks fantastic on the transformer and is super easy to navigate around and play (functionality-wise.)
Spectral Souls is a full fledged console game (100+ hours of gameplay).

Usually when I wanna look for good/cool new apps or games I go on the Google Play store website on my home PC and use the various search functions on the Play site and can sit there for like a hour just looking at apps and reading reviews/descriptions hahaa.

That would be pretty awesome if I played PC games, but I don't have any PC capable of keeping up with today's games.
Order and Chaos Online - WoW style MMORPG (Online Only)
Modern Combat 4 - Call of Duty Style FPS (Single Player Campaign/Online)
N.O.V.A 3 - Halo Style FPS (Single Player Campaign/Online)
Blitz Brigade - TF2/Battlefield Hybrid (Single Player/Online)
Battle Bears Royale Gold - TF2 Style FPS (Online Only)
Dungeon Hunter 4 - Diablo Style Hack and Slash RPG (Single Player and Multiplayer)
Heroes of Order & Chaos - LoL, DOTA style MOBA (Single Player or Online)
Critical Missions: SWAT - Counter Strike Clone for Mobile (Single Player or Online)
GTA Vice City or Gangstar Series for GTA style gameplay (Single Player)
Shadowgun/Shadowgun: Deadzone - Gears of War style third person shooter (Shadowgun = Single Player, Deadzone = Online)
Survivalcraft or Minecraft Pocket Edition - Minecraft style Sandbox (Single Player or Online)
Real Racing 3 - (Single Player or Online)
Dead Space - Scary Third person shooter similar to the PC versions. (Single Player)
Theres a few others like Need for Speed, Call of Duty Zombies, etc. You just gotta look for what you are interested in. On decent phones or tablets most of these games have pretty impressive graphics as well.

I loaded every single version lol. Its not so hard. Spoof your S4 to a different device model so that the android store thinks its such, and then it will let you install applications for those devices. Lets you also get tablet versions of apps and also those really old ones that they are aging out of the market.
So I'm just getting into emulators, and want to download some classic PSP games to play. It's been so long since I've had my PSP, I don't remember all the good games. So far I got Socom: Fireteam Bravo, Ratchet and Clank : Size Matters, Killzone Liberation, and Resistance Retribution. What are some of your favorites?
And just a heads up- I'm using the Moga Pro Power controller and it works unbelievably well with emulators, especially PPSSPP which is what I'm using for PSP emulation. Having your phone snapped into the controller turns it into a portable game console that is super convenient to use. I highly recommend that controller.
Also, please don't discuss or ask where to download the game ROMs from. Let's keep this convo specifically about the games themselves.

Crisis Core! I forgot about that! Some of these games are pretty glitchy. Socom worked fine at first but when I played it again it was all choppy. Dantes Inferno is unplayable, so is Killzone. So far the only game that works close to perfect is Freekscape. Are you guys having issues too?
