I just checked for updates and it got stuck with an error message saying I have an update waiting but the servers are busy. I thought, fluke, rebooted, changed the date up a day and tried again, same thing, I tried one more time and same thing. Could there be an update? I'm already on ICS. Can someone else check...

Thanks for backing me up on this. That is exactly why I'm checking for the updates. Just as an FYI, If you have the latest version of Avast anti-virus installed on your phone it will prevent the USSD code from running.

Some people won't ever read the rules. Get over it and act like a decent human being.
Instead of crying about it, politely help them out an explain to them how it's much better for them if hey search. That'll do more then acting like a brat.

Acually i have searched and have seen the nice size change log on the cm10, so i know they are working on it. And i posted this in general because i was hopeing for discussion not a answer, if u bothered to read my post u would of noticed i said for opinions. And i am not looking to email the dev because i am sure they are busy enough as it is. There was a nice topic about it in the cm9 section when they fist announced cm10 but it has become quit lately.

I like your answer but lets get back to the topic on hand. I agree with what was stated earlier, that it should come out in around a week my rasoning is not only the huge changelog on cm10 that is available to read but also cm9 has gone from nightly's to weekly's. Though the last one was alittle more than a week. And than look how stable the unofficial roms are getting. Anyone else agree if so why? Thats what I want to hear is why u believe maybe u just have a hunch or looking at some of the stuff i mentioned.

While it may an "other jb rom" vincom's CM10 superlite will show you exactly what the cm10 nightly will be like (minus some of the extraneous fluss - not that there's much of that on cyanogen roms).
To be truthful, cm10 is more of an incremental improvement but it's heading the right way...

But back on track, to the op, ETA's for cm10 are unknown. They're currently working on getting the codebase stable, but once that's done second tier features like this one will be implemented

This was asked on my thread and the best answer is: it's up to you. If it's important to you, see if you can hack it out. Or try to get someone to work on it for you. You'll have to stop the flash half way through or you'll get a bricked s4. If you stop the flash a quarter way thru your s3 will be fine.
Edit: if you get the bricked s4 just use the dbag service to get it fixed. Just Google dbag

I have since received a couple PM's by some very sincere users who want this thread to go on. So---- I have reopened and have also subscribed to continue to monitor this thread.
My opinion below still stands, there are already a couple threads that, if you used search, most users would find what they need. But, as this thread is covering all the other stuff, I have reopened it.
Trolls and flamers have no place in this thread and will be infracted, no more warnings.

There already is a similar post/thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1427268, coupled with the fact that this type of thread does nothing but invite content-less flaming and trolling.
