I've looked through the various Kno Textbook threads and am unclear about whether it's working or not. And I haven't seen anyone getting this particular error. It came on my Note, but when I try to run it, I get this:
"Unable to determine the current database version!"
If this was pre-installed, shouldn't it work right out of the box? Is there something else I need to do?

I actually tried vnc and drm+ couldt get either to actually work I don't kno if I was doing something or what but drm+ has g1 listed as supported deviecs on their website but it never loaded my desktop ....idk maybe some else could try and lemme kno it it was user fail or software fail....prolly user fail..lol
Hey guys, I'm trying to get a few items off of my Virgin Mobile Samsung Intercept using NV Items. However I keep gettting the "access denied" error. I've even used the default Samsung password with no luck . I recently heard that it's actually harder to read NV Items than it is to overwrite them .
Does anyone have any suggestions? Here's a screenshot of my dilemma:
Also, I'm not sure if I'm permitted to post what software I use, but if you're familiar, you'll probably be able to determine from the screenshots. I just don't want to list them and start trouble.

I've been having this problem for months now. I notice that there are times when I am unable to be invisible on Gchat.. I get the error message saying that I'm signed in else where.
Anyway, I've tried all tricked in the book, change passwords, sign out of all sessions (via my inbox all the way at the bottom), stopped using 3rd party IM programs (e.g. iChat and Trillian)... still no luck. I only use Gchat in browsers or on my phone.
I've created a dummy account to see if I'm still signed in.. sure enough, I get the green globe (minus webcam abilities)... so that's how I can tell if I'm really signed on..
A search on google isn't helpful either. Most threads are dated or don't give any useful information.
Trying my luck on this forum. Anyone else have this issue and figured out what to do?

hello, looking setup, applications google talk stop, delete data and uninstall, then located in the web goo.im/gapps the latest package for your phone, unpacking talk.apk and put it in SD and install it. remember to backup before you do it if you could have problems either.
I happen to find a software that i believe was call "ANDROID LANGUAGE PLATFORM" at least that's what i thought it was called. I can not find it anywhere after my hard drive crashed. Anyone know what im talking about? When you hook up your phone it tell you what it is, what OS you are running, available to change IMEI numbers if allowed, boot screen options. If anyone knows that name or where i can download this amazing software again would be much appreciated.

If the app can change the IMEI then you will not find it here as doing so is illegal in many places and not allowed on XDA.
TLDR: "Blocked by IT Admin" message and I don't know why.
Hello I've just had a really random issue while installing an Apk with the reason being something I've never encountered before, the message being "Blocked by IT Admin" this is not a work phone or have (to my knowledge) anything to tell it that there's an IT Admin governing it. I have installed many apks and have never run into an issue like this before (exception being the message saying to turn on unknown sources) and it's quite irritating. The device I'm using is a Samsung Galaxy S5 on android ver. 6.0.1, model is sm-g900a (at-t model). If anyone has a bloody clue how to remedy this issue or any insight, feel free to respond. (I just learned I cannot post an external link because of the new user, I'm trying to install a Starfinder character creation application someone is working on. Screenshot or link available if asked.)

I have fixed the issue, it may have been an application that was stopping it (I don't know why it might have) but if someone could close this thread that would be much appreciated.
