TLDR: "Blocked by IT Admin" message and I don't know why.
Hello I've just had a really random issue while installing an Apk with the reason being something I've never encountered before, the message being "Blocked by IT Admin" this is not a work phone or have (to my knowledge) anything to tell it that there's an IT Admin governing it. I have installed many apks and have never run into an issue like this before (exception being the message saying to turn on unknown sources) and it's quite irritating. The device I'm using is a Samsung Galaxy S5 on android ver. 6.0.1, model is sm-g900a (at-t model). If anyone has a bloody clue how to remedy this issue or any insight, feel free to respond. (I just learned I cannot post an external link because of the new user, I'm trying to install a Starfinder character creation application someone is working on. Screenshot or link available if asked.)

I have fixed the issue, it may have been an application that was stopping it (I don't know why it might have) but if someone could close this thread that would be much appreciated.

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, but is anyone else's android market not working, im in england on my Samsung Galaxy S, and its been fine until not, it downloads the file then just constantly says downloading, my friend is having the same problem with his Motorola Milestone(droid)

I saw that the market widget was constantly trying to update and nothing. There may just be something going down @ Google.
I'm on an Incredible, and I too am having problems. Attempt to sync produces complaint about not connecting, asks to "check interncet connection".

Hello guys, was wondering if anyone already came u with a simple app I'd really like to sport.
As you may know, the (PC) program in the title handles downloads from most file uploading services (rapidshare, megaupload, fileshare, even youtube...), but from time to time it asks for a verification (that is "Write what you read in the box"): obviously, it won't download anything until I input the code. Now, is there any way to be informed on my Desire about this request (so I can VNC/Web TeamViewer to the computer and do that), maybe even have the code sent to the Desire and being able to reply and have the code input in the computer. This way, ther would be no dead download times with ease! Anybody willing to put something together? Or is there something similar already? May I ask FRD developers first?
Before everyone sets there tablets on fire and goes postal on the ROM developers maybe take a look here. Seems lots of people are having Market problems and Google needs to fix it...

Errors
I have been getting errors lately when I open Market. Unable to connect to server error, I retry a couple times and it connects. I guess this is all part of the same problem Google is having?

Is this the same as not being able to find applications? I'm missing a ton of apps I'm able to see on my Samsung Epic, moreover, I don't seem to be able to receive updates for applications. I'm running CyanogenMod 6.1 with the GoogleApps patch on their site as per the HowTo on the Cyanogen wiki.

I have been blocked from a forum called whirlpool. The mods on there are ridiculous. If anyone has used the site they know what i'm talking about.
The only way I was able to create a new account and go undetected was when i bought a new phone (galaxy s8+) and have used the account fine, using vpn's , new browsers , wiping the phone didn't etc didn't work which leads me to believe they are using device id's to detect banned users.which i think is extremely wrong as they make no mention of this in their ToS. however after a thousand posts on whirlpool i decided to blow my own cover and tell the mods i know they are tracking people. Now my account is banned again.
I have since decided to use magisk and twrp and used "Device ID changer" and "change my mac" yet they still detected me as me.
What possible method could they be using to stil be able to detect me?
After using "device id changer" i notice my android device id is changed but my "hardware serial" is still the same. Could that be it? If so, is there a way to change my hardware serial number?

First of all, I am new here and I apologize*in advanve for any inconvenience.
I own a Samsung Galaxy S7 and I am facing an issue with my phone, recently I got a kind of Smart locker tool or program I am not sure, but the problem is I don't remember that I've installed or allow any kind of this programs in my phone (I tried to put a link to screenshots of the program but since I'm now I can't put a link, please who-else needs the pictures let me know), and even if I deactivate it, it returns automatically and sometimes it blocks my phone.
The following also appears in this program:
"res/layout/fragment_rec_list.xml
res/layout-v14/list_item_review.xml10%"
I can't find it in applications section to uninstall it. This is really bothering and I can't do nothing about it.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
