When I wake up my device, the lock screen is blinking/flashing once, how to fix this? I didn't have this on HC stock. thank you.

ps : other than this, the ROM is great, thanks to devs and everyone who contributes.
already google it, read the CM10 thread, etc, can't find solution. Please help, because it's very annoying.
That really an issue on many custom rom...mybe u can try to remove "crt on off" from ur device...

I flash android rom on my hd2. I tried many different roms, but none of them can solve problem. No flash when i take camera picture. Flash light still works well because i can turn it on by flashlight app. I dont know if it is rom problem or my device problem. Anyone here helps me pls. Xtremely appreciate. Thanks

Hey dman, I'm a little nervous given the warning on the bootloader download page which indicates you can do serious damage to your phone. I'm have no problem with iphone jailbreaks but just stepped over to the Android side recently and don't wanna do anything stupid.
I'm currently on the CM7 rom, do you happen to know if i'm ok as far as flashing over to your rom without changing the bootloader?
Should be able to...if you run into an issue let me know and well work it out

I searched the entire dev thread and didn't see anyone else reporting this so I think it may be my phone but I can't install anything from the market. So when I tried to get Titanium backup or SGS Kernal flasher or even just update existing apps they all download fine but cause a reboot when they are installing. Any ideas? I tried reflashing already.
Hmmm...idk I have downloaded many apps with no issue...may have to Odin...I posted in op if anyone having major issues I recommend Odin to stock because I have had zero issues...

The name is a loooooooooooong time used online name- maiden name was peacock (hence ladybird). I never changed it after all these years. And yes, for the record that makes me one of the VERY few women on the board!

I can confirm same problem coming from cathy. I did Odin back to stock then re flash same problem. Then flashed back to Cathy and tried to in stall apps and no problem?? everything else seems to be ok just wont install anything? Banging my head on the wall with this one..

Everything went smooth for me and love the rom a lot more than the previous one I was running. Only problem I have is I get a FC when trying to change the phone or notification tones. Looked through the developer thread and nobody else has mentioned it but that is a problem i'm encountering but no other issues.
Logs provider, is this the modded one or do I need to add it?

I had the same issue at first. But I re-wiped and re-flashed and it seemed to go away.

This worked- I couldn't edit the file suggested w/out root explorer, which of course I could not download w/out the market. Sort of stuck there in a corner- but I flashed entropy kernel and now I'm fine.
As usual, the ROM rocks socks.
how to add more app at your app drawer? thi is a very noobish question but I'm here reading and sick at the same time so I didn't find anything in the q&a thread nor the dev thread. and nothing that I write makes any sense. i installed cm7 on my g2x works fine for about 3 days until i turned off then when i turned it on it never passed the 2nd lg logo.i go into clockwordmod recovery(power + volume down) and i cant find a way to fix it ..anyone now how to fix it plz help me..
Did you install a different kernel too? Did you make a backup before flashing new rom?

Could have been an app you installed preventing it from booting properly, try to make a nandroid of your current rom then restore back to your original rom and let us know if it boots. If it does, it's most likely something on your rom. If it still doesn't boot that's more of a hardware issue.
Did you properly wipe, did you install a rom, you have to tell more information then just saying it wont boot could be anything why it wont boot answer what you did before you got to the point you are in now and then we can help.

I bought my device a few months ago and it was working perfectly, then one day, all of a sudden the keyboard just started lagging, alot, I couldnt type a single word properly without it getting stuck. I tried updating to Custom ROMs and also to the latest Stock Rom (2.3.6 XWLF3) but after a few hours, the keyboard goes back to lagging. I have tried formatting, factory reset, through the phone and the recovery, but it is still giving me the same problem. Please help.
And btw, I have looked through a lot of forums and websites, but I havent really got a proper answer

or you can also wipe dalvik cache. and also the most common solution is always activate autorotate screen. many experienced before in stock roms when you deactivate autorotate screen, the keyboard lags.

I'm having a serious problem with me LG Optimus L3!!!
Everytime i turn off my phone, for any reason. When i try to turn it on, it shows the LG logo and then screen blinks and shows the battery charging screen!
BUT when i try turn it on while it is in charge it boots up normaly with no problems!
PLEASE tell me what you think is going on with my LG!! Thank you.

My guess is you have a hardware issue, most likely a fried power capacitor. Ok. So you have rooted your phone? if not. do it. This works. try it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1863117 Back up everything you need. wipe everything. START FRESH. I would recommend this ROM, CM9. http://get.cm/?device=e400
If you still have the same issue, youll know its hardware and not software.
