UPDATE: There has just been another update of Apex launcher. I'm working on the updated mod now and will post shortly. In the interim if you update through the market or other you will loose the mod portion. Just FYI. eb

This is a temporary solution(Theme Chooser equiv. on the way) to get "S" style launcher & icons on CM9. Should work on most devices(CAREFUL W THE SystemUI.apk). eb

If you use Chrack ICS V10 Rom
- Open Chrack_XXLRK_DBT_V10.zip (Winrar)
- Go to \Mods\HTCclock\system\app
- remplace Black_Sensus_4_Clock_Gnex.apk
- Upload chrack Rom on your device
- Recovery Mod
- Install zip
- Choice Install Mods only
- and Install HTC-Widget

I have also noticed it ! It's a bug probably
